Led Therapy In Complex Treatment of Acute Paraproctitis

    Get PDF
One of the most common diseases in emergency proctology is acute paraproctitis, the incidence of which, according to our data, occupies a leading position in the structure of proctological diseases. The number of these patients and the increasing resistance of microbes require the development of more effective treatments. A fundamentally new direction here is phototherapy. As part of studying the effect of phototherapy on the course of an acute purulent-inflammatory process and the dynamics of wound healing, a study was performed on 75 laboratory rats. It has been proven that photodynamic therapy has an antibacterial effect and accelerates reparative processes. The data obtained formed the basis for the clinical part of the study

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a global health problem that affects all age groups, races and ethnicities[1,3,4]. Currently, about 177 million people worldwide suffer from this disease[33,34]. According to WHO forecast, the number of patients with diabetes will increase to 300 million people by 2025[2,5,6]. Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) is the most common and accounts for about 90% of diabetes cases[7,8,9]

oai:ojs2.journal.antispublisher.id/:article/58Terminal illnesses are quite painful and thus require proper attention both from the healthcare personnel and the family. The modern developments in therapeutic and care options in trying to reduce the effects of terminal illness have contributed a lot in the rise of the quality of health care among diagnosed patients. Through the procedure, a person may feel frightened and also anxious. This worry has been documented in patients with life-threatening diseases such as cancer, bubonic plague, or dynamic coronary infarction. Stress in between scientific research and belief are much more frequently revealed in western culture. Terminal illnesses are quite painful and thus require proper attention both from the healthcare personnel and the family. This work tries to figure out how people cope with terminal illnesses, emphasizing the importance of the psychosocial and spiritual model in helping patients who have been diagnosed with these kinds of diseases. It was found that only a small number of patients with terminal illness were receiving support from healthcare personnel. This of course suggests that there is limited availability of psychosocial personnel to handle the emotional and spiritual suffering of patients with terminal illness. In the absence of professional health services, patients may sought the support of family and friends. This work tries to figure out how people cope with terminal illnesses, emphasizing the importance of the psychosocial and spiritual model in helping patients who have been diagnosed with these kinds of diseases

The dynamics of the composition and proportions of soil invertebrates helps to think about the direction of the processes of soil formation and the disturbance of the environmental regime. A large number of important results have been obtained in this direction. Information was collected on the system of zoological indication of the age of primitive soils, stages of decomposition of organic residues in composts, elementary soil processes, stages of community formation in industrial waste, stages of wood decomposition, levels of soil degradation in recreational areas, pollution with oil products

Due to this mechanism, threshold synchronization is achieved with a minimum amount of time. It is usually designed for communication between scalar processors via shared memory. The main function of graphics processors since their inception has been graphics processing. Subsequently, after it became possible to program the processing of model vertices and pixels of rendered three-dimensional scenes using special programs (shaders), the architecture of graphic processors changed significantly. After the advent of the first general-purpose programmable graphics it became possible to process commands not only for graphic data in vector form, but also to perform ordinary calculations for arbitrary data on a variety of special cores, while implementing data parallelism

Effect of Dry Extracts of Medicinal Plants on Urinary Excretion and Ion Exchange

    Get PDF
According to the results of an experimental scientific study, in relatively small doses of dry extracts of the studied plants (100 μg/kg + 50 mg/kg), the average urinary excretion was 61.9% compared to the control group, and in large doses (250 μg + 100 mg/kg) was found to increase by 73.8%. Therefore, when plant extracts are used in the studied doses, their effect on urine excretion remains at full blood level

CLINICAL FEATURES OF OTITIS MEDIA IN PATIENTS WITH HIV INFECTION

The work was carried out at the clinical base of the Bukhara State Medical Institute - and at the regional multidisciplinary clinical hospital. Analyzed data of examination and treatment of 75 patients from 18 to 60 years old, with ENT pathology against the background of HIV infection for the period from 2020-2021. Also examined were 30 non-HIV-infected patients of the same age and sex. All patients underwent a comprehensive examination, including otorhinolaryngological, clinical laboratory, bacteriological, and immunological studies. HIV-infected patients are characterized by frequent exacerbations of ENT diseases, in which 78.8% of patients were hospitalized due to the severity of the disease, and 21.2% of patients were treated in an outpatient setting. Severe and complicated forms of ENT disease occurred at a high frequency against the background of HIV infection, accounting for 23%. Of the complications that developed against the background of HIV infection, 13.4% were meningitis, 7.7% were brain abscesses, 1.9% were severe sepsis, and 9.6% were fatal

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN MORPHOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF THE STOMACH OF HUMANS AND WHITE-BREEDLESS RATS

    Get PDF
. Information about the anatomy of the stomach of white-breedless rats is very rare in the scientific literature. The shape, structure, and topography of rat stomachs are significantly different from those of vertebrates, but the same sections as shark stomachs can be found in them. This structure of white rat stomach sections characterizes the sac-like formation of the digestive tract. In the anterior part of the abdominal cavity of rats, on the left side of the midline, there is a hole for the heart between the esophagus and the line of the lesser curvature of the stomach. The liver is located in the small curvature of the stomach and partially covers it. The greater curvature of the stomach touches the caecum and cecum
