DIAGNOSIS OF SOME CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES USING THE ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH
Through the patient samples that we obtained from Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital, some of them were suffering from high rates (a very critical condition), which led to death for some patients, while others were suffering from low rates. Over time, with treatment, their conditions became stable and they were discharged from the hospital. Some Some of them are in critical condition and may take a long time to recover, and this is what was written in the patient records (patient charts) in the hospital. All of these cases and percentages were identified and diagnosed by an electrocardiogram (ECG) device. Cardiovascular diseases were also discussed in detail in In the first chapter, the ECG device is a painless method that helps in diagnosing many common heart problems in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the devices used in measuring (ECG) were discussed, and it was learned how to conduct a medical examination for the patient, the steps of the examination, the reasons for performing the examination, and the uses of the examination. THE EFFECTS OF GENDER, AGE, EYE, AND GROWTH-RELATED FACTORS ON CORNEAL EPITHELIAL AND STROMA THICKNESS IN SCHOOL-AGED-CHILDREN
Data on corneal epithelium and stroma thickness related to sex, age, eye, and growth parameters of school-age children are limited. In this retrospective study, oct (HUVITZ HOCT-1F, South Korea) corneal epithelial thickness and myopic stroma were measured in 50 men and 60 women (average age 14.12±2.18 years) in the Bukhara region. Regression analysis was used to Decipher the relationship between gender, age, fracture status, axial length, anterior chamber depth, and simple and multiple corneal fracture strength. Age and the thickness of the central angle were positively related to the thickness of the corneal epithelium and negatively related to body weight. In the multiple regression analysis, corneal epithelial thickness was affected by gender and central corneal thickness (CCT), while interstitial thickness was affected by age and gender. The corneal epithelial and stroma thickness was significantly larger in men than in women and was affected by growth. EVALUATION OF WOUND HEALING IN POST-SURGICAL PATIENTS CAESAR THOSE USING ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS AT TANJUNG PURA HOSPITAL
Introduction The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 5-15% of births globally are surgical cesarean section. Indonesian Health 2017 shows that 17.02% of deliveries in Indonesia are cesarean sections. Surgical wound infections are infections from wounds obtained after surgery. This infection can occur 30-90 days after surgery. Appropriate use of prophylactic antibiotics intraoperatively can reduce Surgical wound infections. Antibiotics are the most widely used class of drugs related to bacterial infectious diseases. Types of research used is prospective survey research with an approach of studying and testing hypotheses related to ongoing experience. Sample studies were 20 respondents. This research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis with a prospective research design. Research results At the Pharmacy Installation at the Tanjung Pura Regional General Hospital, surgical wounds began to close/dry as much as 70% (14 patients) for compliance with the use of antibiotics according to the right indication, right dose, right patient, right drug. Conclusion of this research is that administering antibiotics affects wound healing in patients and can ensure accuracy in suitability. It is recommended that the hospital review the cleanliness of the surgical area in order to improve the quality of the hospital

This study aims to evaluate the phytochemical composition and antibacterial activities of Gundelia tournefortii and Malva sylvestris leaf extracts from the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Phytochemical screening was performed to identify the presence of key compounds, while the antibacterial activity was assessed against various bacterial strains. STUDYING THE IMPACT OF THE SCIENTIFIC MIRACLES OF THE HOLY QURAN ON THE PHENOTYPIC AND GENETIC INDICATORS OF SOME PATHOGENIC BACTERIAL ISOLATES
Background : This study explores the novel application of the Holy Qur'an and Shariah ruqyah in affecting the genome of bacteria. Conducted for the first time in Iraq and the Arab world, this research seeks to investigate the potential impact of these treatments on bacterial DNA, leveraging RAPD-PCR markers for mutation detection. Materials and Methods : Genomic DNA was extracted from four bacterial isolates using established protocols. The study employed 10 RAPD primers to identify mutations in the bacterial genomes. The bacterial samples were subjected to treatments with the Qur'an and Shariah ruqyah, and the resulting genomic changes were analyzed. RAPD-PCR reactions were conducted, and the products were separated on agarose gel electrophoresis. The mutations were identified by comparing the banding patterns of treated samples with control samples. Results and Discussion : The results indicated significant genomic alterations in the bacterial samples treated with the Qur'an and Shariah ruqyah. Staphylococcus hemolyticus exhibited the highest number of mutant bands (29) compared to the control sample, followed by Proteus bacteria (25), another strain of Staphylococcus hemolyticus (22), and Staphylococcus aureus (10). These findings demonstrate the high efficiency of RAPD markers in detecting mutations with a limited number of primers. The study revealed that the magnetic field significantly affects the genome of faba beans, causing mutations that increase with longer exposure periods. The induced mutations could potentially be utilized to improve antibiotic quality and track harmful bacterial genes, rendering them non-pathogenic. The differences in results between the strains are attributed to their different genomic backgrounds, originating from various sources. Conclusions : The findings underscore the significant impact of the Qur'an and Shariah ruqyah on bacterial genomes, suggesting their potential use as alternative therapeutic methods. The study recommends applying this approach to other pathogenic bacterial species, using specialized primers for gene-specific investigations, and integrating Qur'anic and Shariah-based treatments in medical practices. Additionally, the research emphasizes the importance of employing genetic techniques to enhance bacterial species diagnosis and determine antibiotic resistance. This pioneering study paves the way for future investigations into the interplay between religious practices and genetic modifications in microorganisms, highlighting the absence of prior literature on this subject within the region
ELIMINATION OF BIOFILM PRODUCED BY ESCHERICHIA COLI AFTER EXPOSURE TO STRONTIUM SR90 AND CESIUM CS137 RADIOACTIVE SOURCE IN DIFFERENT DOSES

Backgrounds: The bacterium E. coli which is pathogenic to the urinary tract, depends on a wide number of virulence determinants, as it is the most important bacterium responsible for urinary tract infections. Radiation is power in the appearance of undulations or spout of mote. There are several types of radiance overall concerning us. Methodology: Study populations and bacterial isolates with diagnosing E. coli from catheter and several diseases from patients in Baghdad hospitals in 2023/ 2024. Expose the bacteria to radiance released of Sr90 and CS137 radioactive sources in various doses with screening biofilm production before and after exposure to radiation. Results: The results show that there is a high killing rate of E. coli during exposure to Cesium-90 and Cesium-137 radioactive sources. As well as loss of biofilm production at different doses. Conclusion: Firstly, the impact of radiance of various radioactive sources occasion the homicide of E. coli. INDUCTION CALLUS OF MORINGA PLANT (MORINGA OLEIFERA) IN VITRO
This study aims to find an easy and efficient way to induce callus tissue of (Moringa oleifera) in vitro. The seeds were used as explant for cultivation in vitro, these parts were sterilized with sodium hypochlorite (Naocl) at concentrations (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0%) for a period of time (5,10 ,15, 20 minutes) and mercury chloride solution 0.06,0.07,0.08 0.1 mg/L) and for a period of time (2,3,4,5 minutes). Explant were planted in the medium (Murashige and Skoog (MS) in addition to different concentrations of plant growth regulators (BA, NAA), either individually or in combination. The results showed that the use of sodium hypochlorite solution (NaocL) with a concentration of 2% and a sterilization period of 20 minutes gave the highest sterilization rate of 100% without causing damage to the plant part. Also, the seeds produced callus after 48 days of culture on Ms medium containing the best combination of plant growth regulators (BA 4.0, NAA 0.5 mg/L
