Para ello se diagnosticó el nivel de lengua de los estudiantes, se aplicaron actividades con el principal objetivo de adquirir vocabulario acorde al nivel establecido para el grado tercero, permitiendo que los alumnos desarrollen el aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera dentro de un espacio creativo e innovador. La investigación adoptó la metodología cualitativa y el diseño de investigación-acción, y fue desde este enfoque que se escogieron como instrumentos de recolección de datos el diario de campo, la encuesta, los cuestionarios y la observación.
El trabajo.The present work entitled "Artistic Activities for the Acquisition of English Vocabulary in thirdgrade students of the Almirante Padilla Educational Institution" investigates the efficiency in the teaching and learning of the vocabulary of a foreign language through the use of artistic activities that help to strengthen their performance in the area. For this purpose, the language level of the students was diagnosed, and activities were applied with the main objective of acquiring vocabulary according to the level established for the third grade, allowing the students to develop the learning of a foreign language within a creative and innovative space. The research adopted the qualitative methodology and the action-research design, and it was from this approach that the field diary, survey, questionnaires, and observation were chosen as data collection instruments.

Análisis del comportamiento de la calidad de vida de la población en el departamento de Sucre (2018-2022) /

El estudio se basa en métodos cuantitativos y encuestas transversales, utilizando el índice de condiciones de vida y los datos recopilados por el DANE a través de la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares y el Registro Estadístico de Relaciones Laborales "RELAB". La fuente principal es el Índice de Pobreza Multidimensional y sus indicadores respectivos. Los hallazgos revelan que en el departamento de Sucre existen limitaciones que dificultan la empleabilidad efectiva de la población, lo que afecta negativamente la calidad de vida de los residentes del departamento de sucre.
El trabajo.This research offers a descriptive analysis of the living conditions of the population in the department of Sucre and its impact on the quality of life of its inhabitants. The study is based on quantitative methods and cross-sectional surveys, using the living conditions index and data collected by DANE through the Large Integrated Household Survey and the Statistical Registry of Labor Relations "RELAB". The main source is the Multidimensional Poverty Index and its respective indicators. The findings reveal that in the department of Sucre there are limitations that hinder the effective employability of the population, which negatively affects the quality of life of the residents of the department, of Sucre.

Dado el papel crucial que desempeña el sector comercio en la economía tanto local como nacional, y los desafíos significativos que afectan su estabilidad, la investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar los factores asociados a la perdurabilidad empresarial del sector comercio a través de la caracterización las empresas comerciales de la ciudad, incluyendo una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica que proporciona una base sólida para el análisis, complementada con el desarrollo de un modelo econométrico capaz de correlacionar los factores identificados con la perdurabilidad de las empresas. El trabajo.This study focuses on identifying the determinants of the durability of commercial enterprises in Sincelejo, Sucre, through a rigorous methodology that combines a systematized bibliometric review with the development of an econometric model. Given the crucial role that the commerce sector plays in the local and national economy, and the significant challenges that affect its stability, the main objective of the research is to analyze the factors associated with the business sustainability of the commerce sector through the characterization of the city's commercial enterprises, including an exhaustive bibliographic review that provides a solid basis for the analysis, complemented with the development of an econometric model capable of correlating the factors identified with the sustainability of the enterprises. Through this study, we seek to contribute to the understanding of the factors that ensure the longevity of companies in a competitive and constantly changing environment, for the formulation of effective strategies that promote the stability and sustainable growth of local commerce.

El trabajo.The following research aims to characterize the public policies that affect youth employability in Sincelejo sucre in the period from 2018 to 2023. From the mixed methodology with a descriptive approach and documentary design, with the use of secondary database such as the National Administrative Department of Statistics- DANE and Mayor's Office of Sincelejo. No full text2.4 MB : 76 páginas ; figuras, tablasEl desinterés y la falta de motivación por la lectura es una problemática que se vive día con día en las aulas de nuestro país, esta se presenta no solo en los niveles educativos de primaria y secundaria sino también en la media académica; es por eso que el objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar una propuesta pedagógica basada en la Gamificación Como Estrategia Didáctica Para El Desarrollo De La Comprensión Lectora En Los Estudiantes De Décimo grado Grupo 1 De La Institución Educativa Madre Amalia. Este proyecto adopta un enfoque cualitativo, centrándose en una muestra de cuarenta y cinco (45) estudiantes como referencia en recursos humanos. Este enfoque reconoce la naturaleza subjetiva y cambiante de la realidad, la cual está influenciada por diversos contextos. Los métodos de investigación cualitativa se centran en analizar de manera profunda y reflexiva los significados subjetivos e intersubjetivos presentes en la realidad estudiada. Este proyecto se basa en la metodología de investigación acción, la cual busca abordar de manera práctica y realista los desafíos y problemas dentro de una organización. En esencia, implica un proceso de aprendizaje activo: identificar el problema, implementar acciones para resolverlo, evaluar la eficacia de dichas acciones y, en caso necesario, ajustar y repetir el ciclo hasta lograr resultados satisfactorios. Es crucial entender y utilizar estrategias de gamificación en el entorno educativo. Dado que la educación de los estudiantes es un proceso adaptable que requiere la aplicación, evaluación y ajuste de metodologías activas que influyan en su forma de aprendizaje. Esto conducirá a docentes y alumnos dispuestos a abandonar métodos tradicionales y adoptar una nueva perspectiva de enseñanza, creando entornos de aprendizaje colaborativos, inspiradores, motivadores, reflexivos y atractivos.
El trabajo.Disinterest and lack of motivation for reading is a problem that is experienced every day in the classrooms of our country. This issue arises not only in primary and secondary education levels but also in academic media. Therefore, the aim of this project is to design a pedagogical proposal based on Gamification as a Didactic Strategy for the Development of Reading Comprehension in Tenth Grade Students, Group 1, of the Madre Amalia Educational Institution. This project adopts a qualitative approach, focusing on a sample of forty-five (45) students as a reference in human resources. This approach recognizes the subjective and changing nature of reality, which is influenced by various contexts. Qualitative research methods focus on analyzing deeply and reflectively the subjective and intersubjective meanings present in the studied reality. This project is based on the action research methodology, which seeks to address challenges and problems within an organization in a practical and realistic manner. Essentially, it involves an active learning process: identifying the problem, implementing actions to solve it, evaluating the effectiveness of those actions, and, if necessary, adjusting and repeating the cycle until satisfactory results are achieved. Understanding and utilizing gamification strategies in the educational environment is crucial. Since students' education is an adaptable process that requires the application, evaluation, and adjustment of active methodologies that influence their learning process. This will lead to teachers and students willing to abandon traditional methods and adopt a new teaching perspective, creating collaborative, inspiring, motivating, reflective, and engaging learning environments.

No full text1000 KB ; 76 páginasEl caso Fiducor y/o Alianza Fiduciaria y/o Argos en Colombia fue una investigación y proceso legal relacionado con prácticas monopolísticas y abuso de posición en el mercado del cemento en el país, vulnerando muchos de los derechos de muchos campesinos en el departamento de Sucre. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio de Colombia llevó a cabo una investigación que concluyó en 2015 con una multa impuesta a la empresa de Cementos Fiducor y/o Alianza Fiduciaria y/o Argos ; la investigación surgió a causa de prácticas anticompetitivas que afectaban a los consumidores, campesinos de la zona y a otros actores del sector de la construcción; donde se pudo reflejar que estas prácticas lograron colocar a la empresa como objeto de críticas y denuncias por parte de organizaciones sociales. De igual modo, se analizó la responsabilidad de las empresas frente a las violaciones de los derechos humanos en el caso Fiducor y/o Alianza Fiduciaria y/o Argos , durante los años 2018-2022; con una metodología propia de una investigación de tipo Sociojurídica, toda vez que partiendo del estudio conceptual, teórico, legal, normativo y jurisprudencial, se contrarresto con la realidad social en el estudio del caso. Se llevaron a cabo estudios de características y cualidades, a través de fuentes primarias construidas por medio de encuestas, entrevistas, derechos de petición, y secundarias, como el rastreo bibliográfico de las bases de datos; y, se logró demostrar la responsabilidad de Cementos Fiducor y/o Alianza Fiduciaria y/o Argos S.A. por violación de derechos humanos, empresa que aceptó un acuerdo extrajudicial con las víctimas de la violencia, en el que se comprometió a pagar una compensación de 5,2 millones de pesos y a implementar medidas para prevenir futuras violaciones de los derechos humanos.
El trabajo.The Fiducor and/or Alianza Fiduciaria and/or Argos case inColombiawas an investigation and legal process related to monopolistic practices and abuse of position in the cement market in the country, violating many of the rights of many farmers in the department of Sucre. The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombia conducted an investigation that concluded in 2015 with a fine imposed on the company of Cementos Fiducor and/or Alianza Fiduciaria and/or Argos ; the investigation arose because of anti-competitive practices that affected consumers, peasants in the area and other actors in the construction sector; where it could be reflected that these practices managed to place the company as an object of criticism and complaints by social organizations. Similarly, the responsibility of companies in the face of human rights violations in the case of Fiducor and/or Alianza Fiduciaria and/or Argos , during the years 2018-2022 was analyzed; with a methodology typical of a Socio-legal type of research, every time that starting from the conceptual, theoretical, legal, normative and jurisprudential study, it was counterbalanced with the social reality in the case study. Studies of characteristics and qualities were carried out, through primary sources constructed by means of surveys, interviews, petition rights, and secondary sources, such as the bibliographic search of databases; and, it was possible to demonstrate the responsibility of Cementos Fiducor and/or Alianza Fiduciaria and/or Argos S.A. for human rights violations, a company that accepted an out-of-court settlement with the victims of violence, in which it committed to pay compensation of 5.2 million pesos and to implement measures to prevent future human rights violations.

En este marco este trabajo pretende crear una estrategia pedagógica denominada “origami para el desarrollo de competencias matemáticas” con el objetivo de mejorar los índices de rendimiento académico de los estudiantes y su motivación a la hora de aprender conceptos clave en las matemáticas. El enfoque será cualitativo y no experimental. Los resultados y la bibliografía consultada muestra que los resultados son en su mayoría beneficiosos tanto para los aprendices como para los docentes a quienes se les facilita en gran medida la enseñanza de la asignatura a través de esta técnica.
El trabajo.The educational challenges of the 21st century involve very often rethinking the way in which teachers carry out their teaching work and how to make a subject that represents a real difficulty for students more enjoyable. Within this framework, this work aims to create a pedagogical strategy called “origami for the development of mathematical competencies” with the aim of improving students' academic performance rates and their motivation when learning key concepts in mathematics. The approach will be qualitative and non-experimental. The results and the bibliography consulted show that the results are mostly beneficial for both learners and teachers who are greatly facilitated in teaching the subject through this technique.

representations of the concept of digital skills and its relation with the pre-service teachers’
educational praxis from the ethno-educational program of a HEI in Bogotá, D.C. With a
qualitative focus and an ethnographic approach, letting the collected data be interpreted,
through the analysis, the open, selective and axial codification. Subsequently, study categories
area constructing new concepts to generate new knowledge and research about the addressed
topic, mental representations, digital-cultural competencies and tertiary students’ practicum.
As a result, it was evidenced that what pre-service teachers internalize in front of what they
understand and inquire as digital-cultural competence and the transversalization of their
pedagogical praxis in educative sceneries, such as the institutional and professors’
commitment, precise, the formalization of the mixed-digital spaces of communication, this,
imply that teachers dynamize curricular proposals in the construction of learning communities
in global networks, in order to optimize knowledge and intercultural comprehension of the
rising tendencies between cultures in the exchange and the interaction to break the dominant

Exploring the Relationship Between Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Learning, and Skills Required for Success in The 21st Century

The objective is to explore the relationship between autonomous learning, artificial intelligence and 21st century competencies.Theoretical Framework:The main concepts and theories underpinning the research were: artificial intelligence in education, autonomous learning and 21st century skills.Method:The methodology adopted for this research was a systematic mapping of 991 scientific articles published in the last ten years in three databasesResults and Discussion: The results obtained revealed that artificial intelligence is still in its infancy in the use of data and machine learning systems, until its impact on society as a whole is better understood. How Can Procrastination Affect Academic Performance? A Case Study at the Corporación Universitaria Del Caribe (CECAR)
No full textThe text presented here is the product of a study carried out at the Corporación Universitariadel Caribe CECAR in response to the hypothesis of the existence of correlations between the state of procrastination and the performance of students in academic programs. One of the reasons that motivated this study was the concern of the university community in relation to the trend that hasbeen presented by the performance below the national average in the external test Saber PRO. This benchmark is one of the indicators used by the Ministry of National Education to evaluate the quality of university academic programs in Colombia. To carry it out, the Procrastination Assessment Scale Students (PASS) by Solomon and Rothblum (1984) was used, emphasizingacademic trajectory, aversion to homework, perfectionism and self-esteem as categorical variables, which was applied to 867 students from the different undergraduate programs at CECAR. The analysis of the information was done using SPSS software, version 26, with the intention of identifying the state of procrastination in the academic programs, characterizingthe associativity of procrastination with the academic programs and, finally, correlating procrastination with the academic performance of the students. The results of the analysis showed that 89.10 % of the surveyed population is procrastinating, distributed as follows: 41.80 % of the population is in a state of low procrastination, 39.70 % is in a state of medium procrastination and 7.60 % is in a state of strong procrastination. As for the second objective, the association between the state of procrastination and academic programs was demonstrated using the Mann Whitney test carried out using non-parametric variables, obtaining significance values of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, demonstrating that there are significant differences between the two variables. In addition, it was found by comparative analysis of means that the order of contribution of each of the variables evaluated on the state of procrastination: Perfectionism or fear of failure, anxiety, aversion to tasks and academic history. Finally, the third objective was achieved by determining Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient with a value of 0.243, showing correlations between procrastination and students' academic performance. This value is interpreted as the existence of positive and moderate correlations,with significance at the 0.01 level, thus proving the hypothesis that directs the research.
