Strategy for the strengthening of scientific competencies in theteaching of chemistry
No full textAbstract –Scientific competencies are related to inquiry, argumentation and explanation processes. Itsstrengthening allows the understanding of nature and the environment. The objective of the study is toimplement an educational strategy for the strengthening of scientific competencies in the teaching ofchemistry. The methodology is mixed with the performance of laboratory activities. The sample is made up of33 students of eleventh grade of an educational Institution located in a rural area of Colombia, who don’t havetechnological resources (cellphone, computer, internet, among others). The data collection comes from aquestionnaire of natural sciences (chemistry) that served as pre-test and post-test, a script of open questionsand the activities developed in class and experiments. It is concluded that by implementing the didacticsequence it was possible to generate changes in the teaching of science and strengthen scientific thinkingthrough experimentation in the classroom. No full text4.7 MB ; 65 páginasEl embarazo en las adolescentes es percibido como un fenómeno social y de salud pública, esto se debe a su incremento acelerado; los efectos de este fenómeno abarca a las adolescentes, una población vulnerable y de tal manera se considera en esta investigación analizar las representaciones sociales del embarazo adolescente en las madres entre los 12 a 17 años de edad en el barrio Bolívar, Sincelejo, Sucre seleccionadas de manera intencional. A partir de esta investigación, se hizo un trabajo de campo con un enfoque interpretativo - cualitativo con diseño de investigación etnográfico con elementos de la fenomenología, basado principalmente en el método biográfico y con la utilización de técnicas de recolección de información como la entrevista semi-estructurada y la observación participante, la cual se interpretaron y analizaron los significados y las experiencias de la maternidad en la adolescencia vista desde las representaciones sociales desde Moscovici como teoría.
El trabajo.Teenage pregnancy is perceived as a social phenomenon, this is due to its accelerated increase, the effects of this phenomenon, a vulnerable population and is thus considered In this research we will analyze the social representations of pregnancy and adolescence in mothers between 12 to 17 years of age in the Bolívar neighborhood, Sincelejo, Sucre, intentionally selected. From this research, a field work was carried out with a qualitative Interpretive approach with ethnographic research design with elements of phenomenology, based mainly on the biographical method and with the use of information collection techniques such as semi-structured interview and participant observation, which interpreted and analyzed the meanings and experiences of motherhood in adolescence seen from the Social Representations from Moscovici as theory.

Estas permiten consolidar las destrezas, actitudes y competencias necesarias, enfrentándose a situaciones reales y desarrollando habilidades para la solución de problemas de su profesión. La experiencia social hace parte de la subjetividad de cada persona, aunque esta no se reduce exclusivamente a lo individual, sino también a movimientos sociales producto de una experiencia colectiva. Asimismo, puede comprenderse como la relación de la sociedad y la conciencia individual, donde el individuo se olvida de su yo para unirse a la interacción social. El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal, comprender cómo constituyen la experiencia formativa los estudiantes de práctica profesional, del programa de Trabajo Social de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe-CECAR. Esto con el fin de conocer la experiencia frente al proceso pedagógico y metodológico que maneja el programa en referencia a su praxis, teniendo en cuenta la percepción de cada estudiante en el área donde está desempeñando su práctica profesional.
El trabajo.Professional internship play a fundamental role in the integral formation of university students. They allow them to consolidate the necessary skills, attitudes and competencies, facing real situations and developing skills for the solution of professional problems. The social experience is part of the subjectivity of each person, although this is not reduced exclusively to the individual, but also to social movements that are the product of a colletive experience. Likewise, it can be understood as the relationship between society and individual consciousnees, where the individual forgets his or her self to join the social interaction. The main objective of this research Project is to understand how students of the Social Work program of the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe-CECAR constitute the formative experienceof their professional practice. This in order to know the experience of the pedagogical and methodological process that the program manages in reference to its praxis, taking into account the percepción of each student in the area where he is perfoming his professional practice.

El deporte social como estrategia de construcción de paz y desarrollo comunitario en entornos educativos afectados por violencia contra la mujer /
No full text828 KB ; 80 páginasEl presente estudio se enfoca en el deporte social como estrategia que contribuye a la construcción de paz y el desarrollo comunitario en entornos afectados por violencia hacia la mujer. Su propósito es comprender la importancia que las adolescentes escolarizadas y mujeres madres le atribuyen a la práctica del deporte en cuanto actividad potenciadora de bienestar e inclusión social. El estudio, se realizó bajo un enfoque mixto sustentado en el paradigma socio crítico y alcance investigación acción participativa – IAP. El diseño no experimental – intencional, con participación de 20 adolescentes en rango de edad de 14-17 años, matriculadas en los grados décimo y undécimo, de la I. E. Santa Rosa de Lima, municipio de Los Palmitos (Sucre), quienes, en su vida cotidiana, sufrieron algún tipo de maltrato; igualmente se trabajó con un grupo focal de 32 mujeres, acudientes de las alumnas del colegio. A las adolescentes se les aplicó una encuesta que constaba de 21 preguntas de corte cualitativo y cuantitativo e indaga aspectos como estado del deporte en el municipio, beneficios, disposición para su práctica y factores que desfavorecen la inclusión deportiva. Se valora el deporte social como una actividad que implementada de manera formal y organizada aporta al mejoramiento de las relaciones y habilidades sociales, por ende, es una estrategia que sirve para minimizar los índices de violencia por sus efectos positivos en las relaciones interpersonales; asimismo puede contribuir a mitigar otras problemáticas existentes en la comunidad, hecho que simultáneamente favorece la sana convivencia ciudadana.
El trabajo.The present study focuses on social sport as a strategy that contributes to peacebuilding and community development in environments affected by violence against women. Its purpose is to understand the importance that schooled adolescents and mothers attribute to the practice of sport as an activity that enhances well-being and social inclusion. The study was carried out with a mixed approach supported by the socio-critical paradigm and scope of participatory action research – PAR. The non-experimental – intentional design, with the participation of 20 adolescents in the age range of 14-17 years, enrolled in the tenth and eleventh grades, of the I. E. Santa Rosa de Lima, municipality of Los Palmitos (Sucre), who, in their daily life, they suffered some type of abuse; We worked with an equally focused group of 32 women, guardians of the school students. A survey was applied to the adolescents that consisted of 21 qualitative and quantitative questions and investigated aspects such as the state of sport in the municipality, benefits, willingness to practice it and factors that disadvantage sports inclusion. Social sport is valued as an activity that, implemented in a formal and organized manner, contributes to the improvement of relationships and social skills, therefore, it is a strategy that serves to minimize violence rates due to its positive effects on interpersonal relationships; It can also contribute to mitigating other existing problems in the community, a fact that simultaneously favors healthy citizen coexistence.

La influencia de la práctica profesional en los niveles de desarrollo humano en estudiantes universitarios /
No full textIntroducción: El desarrollo humano de los estudiantes universitarios se ve influenciado por factores como las interacciones sociales, la salud y la educación. Objetivo: Este estudio se centra en identificar las variaciones de los niveles de Desarrollo Humano (DH) de estudiantes de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR antes y después de cursar la práctica profesional [PP] durante el año 2023. Metodología: el enfoque es cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, la población fueron los estudiantes matriculados en el curso del PP, la muestra fue de 701 estudiantes de diferentes facultades académicas. El instrumento de recolección de información es la escala Likert de Desarrollo Humano de 55 ítems. Resultados: Tras la realización de la PP, el 70% de los estudiantes mostraron un alto desarrollo humano, destacándose la dimensión de responsabilidad, apertura a la experiencia y seguridad. Discusión: Los resultados resaltan la importancia de la PP para complementar la formación académica, promover el crecimiento personal y profesional, y establecer redes profesionales. Conclusiones: Estos hallazgos contribuyen a mejorar los procesos de excelencia académica en instituciones de educación superior.Introduction: The human development of university students is influenced by factors such as social interactions, health and education. Objective: This study focuses on identifying the variations in the levels of Human Development (HD) of students of the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR before and after taking the professional practice [PP] during the year 2023. Methodology: the approach is quantitative, descriptive, the population was the students enrolled in the PP course, the sample was 701 students from different academic faculties. The data collection instrument was the 55-item Likert scale of Human Development. Results: After taking the PP, 70% of the students showed a high level of human development, highlighting the dimensions of responsibility, openness to experience and security. Discussion: The results highlight the importance of PP to complement academic training, promote personal and professional growth, and establish professional networks. Impact Of Professional Practice On Students' Human Development
No full textProfessional practices have emerged as a pedagogical strategy that allows students to acquire essential skills and strengthen competencies for their professional growth. This paper is part of the research project entitled "Incidence of professional practice on the disciplinary competencies and the level of human development of students at the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe -CECAR". The objective is to evaluate the level of human development of students who participate in professional practices in theCorporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR first period 2023. The methodology had a quantitative approach of descriptive type, the population are the students in professional practice of CECAR, the sample is 330 students of the Faculty of Humanities and Education. Data collection was carried out using the Scale of Human Development in University Students (Ruiz, 2004). The results revealed that the students of the Faculty of Humanities and Education who showed high levels of human development before starting their professional practices came from the Psychology, Social Work and Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and Literature programs. In contrast, the Sports Science and Physical Activity, Bachelor's Degree in English and Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy programs presented medium levels. After completing their interns6hips, it was evidenced that most of the students who initially had a medium level of human development improved to a high level, with the exception of students of the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy and Bachelor's Degree in English, who remained at the medium level. Salud mental en trabajadores informales durante la pandemia por Covid - 19 en la ciudad de Sincelejo /
No full textThe following research evaluated mental health conditions in times of pandemic in informal workers in the city of Sincelejo- Sucre. Objective: To describe the mental health conditions of informal workers in the city of Sincelejo during the covid - 19 pandemic period in the city of Sincelejo. Method: Quantitative, the research was oriented towards a descriptive, non-experimental study in a population of 50 informal workers, where the GHQ-12 mental health screening instrument was used to collect information, which investigates four basic areas: anxiety, depression, social inadequacy, and hypochondria. Results: The results show that 80% of the informal workers had thoughts that they were worthless, but that they still managed to continue trusting in themselves, which can be seen in the same 80% who stated that they continued to believe and trust in themselves. Mental health in altruism scenarios : coping strategies in volunteers of the civil defense of the Mojana Sucreña Area - Colombia /
No full textIntroduction: Coping strategies are of vital importance for Civil Defense volunteers because they can cope with the stress and emotional demands associated with their work, ensuring their well-being and their ability to provide quality assistance to affected communities. Objective: To describe the coping strategies used by the volunteers of the Colombian Civil Defense -Mojana Sucreña area during natural disasters. Method: Research framed under a positivist paradigm, quantitative descriptive type, the population chosen were 148 volunteer leaders of the Civil Defense to whom the modified Coping Strategies Scale (EEC-M) was applied to identify the strategies most used by these leaders when facing a calamity where their urgent intervention is required. Results:The strategies most used by the volunteers by factors were: religion (79.7%) and seeking professional support (79.1%), which indicates that the volunteers cling to God and seek the opinion of a professional to resolve any conflict that may arise. Now, themost limited strategy by the volunteers is the expression of the difficulty of Coping (70.3%) and Denial (64.2%) which means that it is difficult for them to express their difficulties. Conclusion: Keep in mind that each person has different ways of coping with stress and adverse situations. No full text298 KB ; 25 páginasEl emplazamiento, como acto de comunicación procesal, permite que el demandado o personas interesadas se enteren de la existencia de un litigio y este pueda actuar dentro del plazo establecido por la ley. Es una investigación netamente jurídica, la metodología es cualitativa, se realizó bajo el análisis de casos, jurisprudencia y doctrina relacionadas con la correcta impartición de justicia y el ejercicio de la defensa dentro de un litigio oneroso. El objetivo de este trabajo está orientado a establecer si con la notificación por emplazamiento a la luz de la Ley 2213 de 2020, se identificar si se brindan garantías al derecho a la defensa; para ello, se hace necesario conceptualizar, identificar la normatividad vigente buscando contrastar los defectos que contiene esta regulación normativa. De acuerdo a lo expresado anteriormente, se concluyó que la implementación del artículo 10 de Ley 2213 de 2022, con el uso exclusivo de las herramientas virtuales de la Rama Judicial, transgrede el derecho efectivo a la defensa, en el entendido de que las normas surgen de acuerdo el contexto y a la necesidad de resolver los conflictos de intereses entre los seres humanos, es por ello que deben ser garantes de que las oportunidades procesales y el debido proceso estén presentes en igualdad de condiciones y armas para ambas partes en disputa y se garantice el acceso a la justicia a toda la población que vive bajo el amparo de la norma citada, por lo que se hace necesario ahondar en la inconstitucionalidad de este artículo.
El trabajo.The summons, as an act of procedural communication, allows the defendant or interested persons to learn of the existence of a dispute and to act within the period established by law. It is a purely legal investigation, the methodology is qualitative, it was carried out under the analysis of cases, jurisprudence and doctrine related to the correct administration of justice and the exercise of defense within an onerous litigation. The objective of this work is aimed at establishing whether with the notification by summons in light of Law 2213 of 2020, it will be identified whether guarantees are provided to the right to defense; for this, it is necessary to conceptualize, identify the current regulations seeking to contrast the defects contained in this normative regulation. According to the above, it is concluded that the implementation of article 10 of law 2213 of 2022, with the exclusive use of the virtual tools of the Judicial Branch, violates the effective right to defense, in the understanding that the norms arise according to the context and the need to resolve conflicts of interest between human beings, which is why they must be guarantees that procedural opportunities and due process are present on equal terms and weapons for both parties in dispute and access to justice is guaranteed to the entire population that lives under the protection of the aforementioned norm, which is why it is necessary to delve into the unconstitutionality of this article.

No full text4 MB : 123 páginas ; figuras, tablasLa siguiente «investigación – creación» sobre el Convento de las Hermanas Franciscanas Misioneras de María auxiliadora, en el municipio de San Luis de Sincé – Sucre, tuvo como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta de restauración de este bien inmueble de gran importancia en la memoria urbana y cultural del municipio de Sincé, como un objeto arquitectónico de características patrimoniales, religiosas y culturales. El problema que se aborda en esta investigación está relacionado con la no existencia de un archivo histórico y documentación técnica pertinente que permita la construcción de un diagnóstico, una reconstrucción del proceso creativo, y de la planificación de los aspectos constructivos para la conversación patrimonial en tanto bien inmueble con interés cultural del Convento. La propuesta se desarrolló en 3 fases, a saber: en la primera se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que permitió reconocer tipologías de arquitectura religiosa y republicana, la historia del lugar, las fases constructivas y sus usos, así como, la aplicación de entrevistas a personas nativas y conocedoras del lugar. Se implementó el muestreo no probabilístico de bola de nieve y juicio. En la segunda fase de análisis del bien inmueble, tiene lugar el levantamiento arquitectónico y registro fotográfico, mediante el cual se determinaron las características históricas, estéticas, simbólicas que permitieron comprender la unidad formal de construcción del edificio, su mapeo y estado patológico actual, así como el análisis de las teorías de restauración, al mismo tiempo que, el diligenciamiento de las fichas BIC y el desarrollo de la propuesta. En la tercera fase, se logró un compendio escrito que aporta a la memoria histórica del municipio y que expone la importancia del bien inmueble desde el punto de vista arquitectónico y social, y el impacto que genera para el ambiente urbano volviéndolo potencial turístico. Así mismo se pretende que esta investigación contribuya con el cultivo de conciencia socio patrimonial en y desde la población y sus visitantes, en cuanto a la necesidad de garantizar la conservación del Convento.
El trabajo.The following "research - creation" on the Convent of the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians, in the municipality of San Luis de Sincé - Sucre, aimed to develop a proposal for the restoration of this property of great importance in the urban and cultural memory of the municipality of Sincé, as an architectural object of patrimonial, religious and cultural characteristics. The problem addressed in this research is related to the non-existence of a historical archive and relevant technical documentation that would allow the construction of a diagnosis, a reconstruction of the creative process, and the planning of the constructive aspects for the heritage conversation as a property with cultural interest of the Convent. The proposal was developed in 3 phases, namely: in the first phase, a bibliographic review was carried out to identify typologies of religious and republican architecture, the history of the site, the construction phases and their uses, as well as the application of interviews with local people who knew the site. Non-probabilistic snowball and trial sampling was implemented. In the second phase of analysis of the property, the architectural survey and photographic record took place, through which the historical, aesthetic and symbolic characteristics were determined, which allowed understanding the formal unit of construction of the building, its mapping and current pathological state, as well as the analysis of the restoration theories, at the same time, the filling out of the BIC cards and the development of the proposal. In the third phase, a written compendium was achieved that contributes to the historical memory of the municipality and exposes the importance of the property from the architectural and social point of view, and the impact it generates for the urban environment, turning it into a potential tourist attraction. It is also intended that this research contributes to the cultivation of socio-patrimonial awareness in and from the population and its visitors, regarding the need to ensure the conservation of the Convent.
