Revisión sistemática sobre el impacto psicosocial del abuso sexual en la infancia y adolescencia (2007-2022) /
No full text1 MB : 82 páginas ; figuras, tablasEl abuso sexual en la infancia y adolescencia se considera una de las mayores problemáticas por la generación del impacto multicausal que provocan y que pueden traer consigo afectaciones biológicas, mentales y psicosociales. El objetivo del presente estudio es indagar el impacto a niveles psicosocial del abuso sexual en la infancia y adolescencia a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica, reportados durante los últimos 16 años. La investigación se enmarca en el paradigma interpretativo, con diseño cualitativo, de tipo revisión documental utilizando el modelo PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and MetaAnalyses). Para tal fin se realizó una búsqueda de información en bases de datos como Scopus, Redalyc, Scielo, Psicodoc, Proquest, y Google académico a partir de los descriptores “Impacto” “Psicosocial” “Infancia” “Niños” “Adolescencia” “Adolescentes” en combinaciones con los operadores boléanos “AND”, “OR” y “AND NOT”, utilizando las siguientes ecuaciones de base: I- En español: “(Impacto OR afectación OR alteración) AND psicosocial AND “abuso sexual” AND (niños OR adolescentes) AND NOT adultos y II- en inglés: (impact OR impairment OR alteration) AND psychosocial AND "sexual abuse" AND (children OR adolescents) AND NOT adults. Para el proceso de selección de los documento se tuvieron presente los siguientes criterios de inclusión: 1- Artículos científicos empíricos o de revisión de la literatura, 2- Artículos entre los años de 2007 hasta 2022, 3- Artículos que contengan las variables de estudio “Abuso sexual” “Psicosocial”, 4-Artículos con población de niños y/o adolescentes, 5-Artículos publicados en español e inglés; como criterio de exclusión se tuvieron presente los 1-Artículos con información incompleta, 2-artículos científicos con acceso restringido en su descargar o con información incompleta dentro del documento. Por otra parte con el análisis de 30 artículos se logra determinar que dentro del impacto psicosocial intervienen factores como: las alteraciones psicológicas, factor familiar y social.
El trabajo.Sexual abuse in childhood and adolescence is considered one of the major problems due to the generation of the multicausal impact that it causes and that can bring with it biological, mental and psychosocial affectations. The objective of the present study is to investigate the psychosocial impact of sexual abuse in childhood and adolescence through a systematic review of the scientific literature, reported during the last 16 years. The research is framed within the interpretative paradigm, with qualitative design, of documentary review type using the PRISMA model (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses). For the document selection process, the following inclusion criteria were taken into account: 1- Empirical scientific articles or literature review, 2- Articles between 2007 and 2022, 3- Articles containing the study variables "Sexual abuse" "Psychosocial", 4- Articles with a population of children and/or adolescents, 5-Articles published in Spanish and English; as exclusion criteria, 1- Articles with incomplete information, 2- Scientific articles with restricted access for downloading or with incomplete information within the document were taken into account. On the other hand, with the analysis of 30 articles, it was possible to determine that within the psychosocial impact there are factors such as: psychological alterations, family and social factors.

Economic and political autonomy of women in latin america : a multidimensional analysis of evolution and inequalities /
No full textIn recent years, there has been a growing international interest in understanding gender inequality in various social spheres, in this sense; organizations have been dedicated to promoting the economic development of countries seeking alternatives to strengthen equality, promoting political agreements and actions. The objective was to analyze the economic and political autonomy of Latin American women. The quantitative methodology with exploratory scope, using the Statis multivariate statistical technique, the multidimensional interaction between 10 indicators of economic and political autonomy of Latin American women, according to figures compiled by the Gender Observatory of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. Results, gender indicators were analyzed in 16 Latin American countries between 2005 and 2019, where improvements were observed in the political participation of women in certain countries and an increase in women in high productivity sectors, economic and political autonomy showed an independent relationship, these results are relevant to address gender equity in the region. Concluding that there are considerable differences between nations, which imply a heterogeneous evolution in the search for gender parity in the political and economic spheres of the region.En los últimos años, ha surgido un creciente interés a nivel internacional por comprender la desigualdad de género en diversas esferas sociales, en este sentido las Organizaciones se han dedicado a fomentar el desarrollo económico de los países buscando alternativas para fortalecer la igualdad, impulsando acuerdos políticos y acciones. El objetivo fue analizar la autonomía económica y política de las mujeres latinoamericanas. La metodológica cuantitativa con alcance exploratorio, mediante la técnica estadística multivariante Statis, la interacción multidimensional existente entre 10 indicadores de autonomía económica y política de mujeres latinoamericanas, según cifras compiladas por el Observatorio de Género de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe de las Naciones Unidas. Resultados, se analizaron indicadores de género en 16 países latinoamericanos entre 2005 y 2019, donde se observaron mejoras en la participación política de mujeres en ciertos países y un aumento en mujeres en sectores de alta productividad, la autonomía económica y política mostró una relación independiente, estos resultados son relevantes para abordar la equidad de género en la región. concluyendo que existen diferencias considerables entre las naciones, que implican una evolución heterogénea en la búsqueda de la paridad de género en los ámbitos político y económico de la región.Deporte, actividad física y salud.Desarrollo cognitivo, salud mental y neuropsicología.Gestión ciudadana y del estado en el desarrollo organizacional, social y comunitario.Vulnerabilidad social y grupos poblacionales
Machine Learning Based Toolbox in Foreign Language for Children to Address Climate Change Adaptation
No full textClimate change poses a significant threat to our planet, and educating future generations about itsimplications and solutions is paramount for effective adaptation and mitigation efforts. However, language barriers can hinder the dissemination of crucialinformation, particularly to children who may not yet be proficient in the predominant language of scientific discourse. This paper proposes a novel approach to addressing this challenge by developing a machine learning-based toolbox in a foreign language tailored for children. Leveraging advances in natural language processing and educational technology, the toolbox aims to facilitate interactive learning experiences in foreign languages, fostering a deeper understanding of climate change and promoting actionable strategies for adaptation. Machine learning algorithms like k-nearest neighbor, decision tree, logistic regression, and deep learning techniques such as natural language processing and artificial neural networks are being utilized to tackle climate change challenges across different sectors, including transportationEl cambio climático representa una amenaza significativa para nuestro planeta, y educar a las futuras generaciones sobre sus implicaciones y soluciones es primordial para una adaptación y unos esfuerzos de mitigación eficaces. Sin embargo, las barreras lingüísticas pueden dificultar la difusión de información crucial, particularmente a los niños que aún no dominan el idioma predominante del discurso científico. Este artículo propone un enfoque novedoso para abordar este desafío mediante el desarrollo de un conjunto de herramientas basado en el aprendizaje automático en un idioma extranjero, diseñado para niños. Aprovechando los avances en el procesamiento del lenguaje natural y la tecnología educativa, el conjunto de herramientas tiene como objetivo facilitar experiencias de aprendizaje interactivas en idiomas extranjeros, fomentando una comprensión más profunda del cambio climático y promoviendo estrategias prácticas para la adaptación. Hard ticks (Ixodida: Ixodidae) in the Colombian Caribbean harbor the Jingmen tick virus: an emerging arbovirus of public health concern
No full textBackground Ticks are obligate hematophagous ectoparasites involved in transmitting viruses of public health
importance. The objective of this work was to identify the Jingmen tick virus in hard ticks from the Colombian Carib‑
bean, an arbovirus of importance for public health.
Methods Ticks were collected in rural areas of Córdoba and Cesar, Colombia. Taxonomic identification of ticks
was carried out, and pools of 13 individuals were formed. RNA extraction was performed. Library preparation was per‑
formed with the MGIEasy kit, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) with MGI equipment. Bioinformatic analyses
and taxonomic assignments were performed using the Galaxy platform, and phylogenetic analyses were done using
IQ-TREE2.
Results A total of 766 ticks were collected, of which 87.33% (669/766) were Rhipicephalus microplus, 5.4%
(42/766) Dermacentor nitens, 4.2% (32/766) Rhipicephalus linnaei, and 3.0% (23/766) Amblyomma dissimile. Complete
and partial segments 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Jingmen tick virus (JMTV) were detected in the metatranscriptome of the spe‑
cies R. microplus, D. nitens, and A. dissimile. The JMTVs detected are phylogenetically related to JMTVs detected in Aedes
albopictus in France, JMTVs detected in R. microplus in Trinidad and Tobago, JMTVs in R. microplus and A. variegatum in
the French Antilles, and JMTVs detected in R. microplus in Colombia. Interestingly, our sequences clustered closely
with JMTV detected in humans from Kosovo.
Conclusions JMTV was detected in R. microplus, D. nitens, and A. dissimile. JMTV could pose a risk to humans. There‑
fore, it is vital to establish epidemiological surveillance measures to better understand the possible role of JMTV

No full textEl juego como estrategia pedagógica para mejorar las habilidades de pensamiento crítico en niños y niñas de grado primero, es una investigación que busco desarrollar un modelo de secuencias didácticas de enseñanza aprendizaje basadas en el juego, la investigación fue propositiva, ya que se formuló un modelo de secuencia a partir del juego, los datos se recolectaron a partir de un test a 35 estudiantes entre 6 y 7 años y de una guía de entrevista a los cinco docentes a cargo del aula. Como resultada, se obtienen que más del 90% de la población presentan niveles muy bajos de pensamiento crítico en la gran mayoría de sus dimensiones, asimismo, se evidencia que los docentes no están utilizando estrategias pedagógicas para fortalecer el pensamiento durante el proceso de E/A. Finalmente, se determina que el juego es una herramienta didáctica útil para el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes ya que les permitió analizar, razonar y reflexionar sobre cada tema que desarrollaban durante las clases regulares.The game as a playful pedagogical strategy to improve critical thinking skills in first grade boys and girls, is an investigation that seeks to develop a model of didactic teaching-learning sequences based on the game, the research was proactive since a model was formulated sequence from the game, the data was collected from a test to 35 students between 6 and 7 years old and from an interview guide to the five teachers in charge of the classroom. As a result, it is obtained that more than 90% of the population present very low levels of critical thinking in most ofits dimensions, likewise, it is evident that teachers are not using playful pedagogical strategies to strengthen thinking during the E process. /TO. No full text924 KB : 108 páginas ; tablasLas subjetividades de mujeres víctimas de violencia de género frente a su bienestar psicológico, es un tema que cobra relevancia y deja ver que existen grandes consecuencias a nivel psicológico, físico, familiar y social que pueden aparecer a lo largo del tiempo, además la población que más ha sido vulnerada por dicha problemática es el género femenino. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo Comprender las subjetividades de mujeres víctimas de violencia de género en el municipio de Magangué, frente a su bienestar psicológico, el cual se abordó desde una metodología cualitativa con diseño fenomenológico, donde se tuvo la participación de tres mujeres a las cuales se les aplico una entrevista semiestructurada. Una vez obtenido los resultados se concluyó que, las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género tienen pensamientos de inferioridad, baja autoestima y autoconcepto negativo, pues la ausencia de aceptación provoca un desajuste en el bienestar psicológico, a pesar de ello se encontraron aspectos positivos, dado que existe un autoconcepto positivo por que poseen una serie de actitudes positivas de sí mismas y hacia las situaciones que se presentan.
El trabajo.The subjectivities of women victims of gender violence regarding their psychological well-being is a topic that is relevant and shows that there are great consequences at the psychological, physical, family and social levels that can appear over time, and the population that has been most affected by this problem is the female gender. The objective of this research was to understand the subjectivities of women victims of gender violence in the municipality of Magangué, regarding their psychological well-being, which was approached from a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological design, with the participation of three women to whom a semi-structured interview was applied. Once the results were obtained, it was concluded that women victims of gender violence have thoughts of inferiority, low self-esteem and negative self-concept, since the absence of acceptance causes a maladjustment in psychological well-being, despite this, positive aspects were found, since there is a positive self-concept because they have a series of positive attitudes about themselves and towards the situations that arise.

No full text1.6 MB : 87 páginasEl presente trabajo de grado, titulado "Docencia Resiliente: Explorando la Resiliencia Académica en los Docentes del Programa de Administración de Empresas en la Modalidad de Educación a Distancia en la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR", analiza la resilienciaacadémica como una competencia fundamental para los docentes en la modalidad de educación adistancia. La resiliencia, entendida como la capacidad de superar adversidades y adaptarse a situaciones de cambio, resulta clave para el éxito docente en un entorno educativo virtual. El estudio se enfoca en los profesores del programa de Administración de Empresas a distancia de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe (CECAR), quienes revelan que los docentes resilientes, poseen habilidades de adaptación, automotivación y manejo de la incertidumbre, lo cual les permite responder eficazmente a las demandas de la educación a distancia. En este contexto, los docentes deben aprender a sobreponerse a las limitaciones y errores, sacando siempreun aprendizaje positivo de las dificultades. Como explica Ruiz (2014), “la resiliencia implica extender los límites y continuar adelante incluso ante los fracasos, utilizando las caídas como oportunidades de aprendizaje y mejora”. En conclusión, esta investigación subraya la necesidad de promover el desarrollo de competencias resilientes en los docentes de educación a distancia, con el fin de asegurar la calidad del proceso educativo y mejorar el bienestar integral de los profesores. Esto no solo beneficiará su desempeño, sino que también impactará positivamente en la experiencia educativa de los estudiantes.
El trabajo.This degree work, entitled “Resilient Teaching: Exploring Academic Resilience in Teachers of the Business Administration Program in the Distance Education Modality at the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR”, analyzes academic resilience as a fundamental competence for teachers in the distance education modality. Resilience, understood as the ability to overcome adversities and adapt to changing situations, is key to teaching success in a virtual educational environment. The study focuses on the professors of the Business Administration distance learning program of the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe (CECAR), who reveal that resilient teachers possess adaptation, self-motivation and uncertainty management skills, which allow them to respond effectively to the demands of distance education. In this context, teachers must learn to overcome limitations and mistakes, always learning positively from difficulties. As Ruiz (2014) explains, “resilience implies stretching limits and continuing forward even in the face of failures, using falls as opportunities for learning and improvement”. In conclusion, this research highlights the need to promote the development of resilient competencies in distance education teachers, in order to ensure the quality of the educational process and improve the teachers' comprehensive well-being. This will not only benefit their performance, but will also positively impact the educational experience of students.

No full text795 KB : 45 páginasA través de una investigación de tipo socio jurídica, con un enfoque cualitativo con el estudio de fuentes secundarias, se puso en evidencia la Potestad Sancionatoria Administrativa desde un marco contractual, permitiendo hacer ver que el procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio contractual surge como respuesta a una crisis institucional que parte de un problema central y estructural denominado incumplimiento contractual, determinando la Ley 1437 de 2011 y algunos de sus articulados como aquel método que brinda las herramientas jurídicas para que las autoridades administrativas puedan ejercer la potestad sancionatoria frente a los diferentes incumplimientos y de esta forma se puedan cumplir los fines del Estado a través de la contratación. Es por esto que, se acometió analizar la eficacia del procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio contractual aplicable al contratista incumplido: Estudio del caso Contrato Estatal de Obra No. LP-001-2018, Suscrito en el municipio de Sincelejo, Sucre, determinando si el accionar del contratante, contratista y garante se surtieron en armonía a la regulación del Código de procedimiento administrativo y si en el marco de la potestad sancionatoria fueron aplicados en materia administrativa el debido proceso, derecho a la defensa y contradicción, principio de proporcionalidad, tipicidad, entre otros frente a la imposición de multas y clausula penal, las cuales tienen como finalidad evitar el incumplimiento de las obligaciones pactadas, reparar el perjuicio causado y que la administración pueda, de esta forma, salvaguardar el patrimonio del Estado; lo que dio como resultado, evidenciar un proceder eficiente por parte de la administración, logrando concluir que ésta tuvo un buen actuar al momento de aplicar los procesos administrativos correspondientes, así como también, se pudo determinar el buen desempeño de su rol al salvaguardar el patrimonio que le es asignado para ejecutar su función .
El trabajo.Through a socio-legal research, with a qualitative approach with the study of secondary sources, the Administrative Sanctioning Power was evidenced from a contractual framework, allowing to see that the contractual administrative sanctioning procedure arises as a response to an institutional crisis that starts from a central and structural problem called contractual non-compliance, determining Law 1437 of 2011 and some of its articles as that method that provides the legal tools for the administrative authorities to exercise the sanctioning power against the different breaches and in this way the purposes of the State can be fulfilled through the contracting. For this reason, we undertook to analyze the effectiveness of the administrative contractual sanctioning procedure applicable to the non-compliant contractor: Case Study of State Contract No. LP-001-2018, signed in the municipality of Sincelejo, Sucre, determining whether the actions of the contractor, contractor and guarantor were carried out in harmony with the regulations of the Code of Administrative Procedure and whether in the framework of the sanctioning power the due process was applied in administrative matters, right to defense and contradiction, principle of proportionality, typicality, among others, in relation to the imposition of fines and penal clause, which are intended to prevent the breach of the agreed obligations, repair the damage caused and that the administration can, in this way, safeguard the patrimony of the State; As a result, it was possible to evidence an efficient procedure on the part of the administration, concluding that it had a good performance at the time of applying the corresponding administrative processes, as well as to determine the good performance of its role in safeguarding the patrimony assigned to it to execute its function.
