Fiscal Decentralization and Macroeconomic Performance in Pakistan
The study plans to analyze the part of fiscal decentralization and macroeconomic execution of Pakistan. The major goal of study was to investigate the effect of fiscal decentralization on macroeconomic performance and fiscal resource distribution system of Pakistan. The study employed secondary data comprising from 1972 to 2014 for examination. The distribution of resources among federal and provincial governments never remained simple and always recognized much complicated problem. This study categorized a number of problems in the system of fiscal division of resources of Pakistan. To examine the effect of fiscal decentralization on macroeconomic performance in Pakistan, the study evaluated a brief history of distribution of resources among the provinces. The commission reviewed the NFC awards since 1991 to improve the procedure of resource allotment among the provinces in Pakistan. Direct transfers of finances and grants have been increased for all the provinces due to these awards. The effectiveness, self-sufficiency and resource generation of Provinces get inducement to improve because of identical grants and in turn attain financial autonomy. The economic divergence of provinces can be removed through appropriate transfer of resources. The experimental results demonstrate that the fiscal decentralization prove to a valuable device to improve the economic stability, encourage the better allocation of resources and promote the economic development in Pakistan
Managing Employee Performance of Sharia Banking through Religiosity and Islamic Work Ethics in the Covid-19 Pandemic
The Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries, including Indonesia. As a result, almost all sectors experienced contraction, including Islamic banking. However, Islamic banking is considered quite capable of surviving this impact based on the empirical facts of the previous crises. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the performance of employees in Islamic banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, Islamic banking is required to be able to develop even though it is during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Islamic banking companies, especially in West Java. The sample used is employees who have worked for a minimum of two years using nonprobability sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). By conducting this research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to the company with policies as an effort to manage Islamic banking employees during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to stick to the guidelines of the Koran and Hadith and to contribute to existing knowledge

An improvised helmet design which is integrated with a circuitry for automatic rain sensing mini wiper located on the eye shield. The presence of a automatic helmet wiper will make two wheeler riding easier and safer in rainy season, since the driver won't be bothered by the continuous rain drops disturbing his/her vision. The wiper will automatically start as soon as it detects the presence of rain drops on the rain sensor mounted on the top of the helmet. This makes the rider to drive safety in the rain
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: THE DISCLOSURE OF AN INCLUSIVE REGULATORY MODEL
Corporate Social Responsibility has great significance because due to it the corporate bodies not only consider the interest of the stakeholders but also consider the environmental, economic, and social impact of their actions. CSR has a broad spectrum and it is a “ voluntary action” that the companies or businesses take to address the issues related to “ corporate irresponsible behavior” regarding social issues including labour, environmental, abuses of human rights. However, the piece inspects CSR as the mechanism for business operations, from the manufacturing and delivery of services or products to generating and promoting the interaction with the stakeholders of the company in a way to protect and encourage moral values or ethical conduct, legal requirements, and social expectations. For this purpose, the paper discusses the relationship between CSR and corporate governance to find the convergence between both. CSR in current times is weakly promoted due to the fact that the initiatives of CSR are existing without any socio-economic developmental impact. To fill that gap this paper conducts qualitative research and the research piece is an endeavor to examine CSR regulation including prescriptive and selfregulation. The piece explores the limitation of CSR regulation and constructs a framework for enhancing the accountability mechanism in CSR practices. The paper provides a more dynamic, responsive, effective, and coherent framework called the “ inclusive regulatory model.
INTEGRATION BETWEEN INDIAN STOCK MARKET AND DEVELOPED STOCK MARKETS
The present study investigates the stock market integration amongst important global stock markets, namely, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, UK and USA to examine the shortrun and long-run relationships with Indian stock market and selected developed stock markets based on time series data for the period between 2001 (January 2) and 2021 (December 31). This study also examines the possibility of portfolio diversification between the Indian stock market and the developed stock markets. Low correlation is observed between Indian stock market and France stock market that indicates the possible gains from international diversifications. Johansen cointegration test confirms a precise long-term equilibrium connection amongst all the stock markets as a widespread strength. Granger causality test results based on VECM show that both Indian stock market and USA stock market are associated in the long-run but it would take long time to return to equilibrium and Indian stock market is associated with France, Germany and USA stock markets in the short-run, which entails that investors can earn reasonable benefits from international portfolio diversification in the short- run but benefits from international portfolio diversification in the long-run are restricted

ANATOMY OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION
Today’s corporates need entrepreneurial leadership. Intricacies in business, coupled with global transformation, are pushing businesses to prioritize sustainability. And entrepreneurial leadership requires having a pool of individuals who are up to work given lack of resources or uncertainties and environmental turbulence and the recent COVID-19 pandemic bedeviling industry. Ordinarily, the possession of leadership qualities by corporate managers is just not sufficient enough to maintain growth, development and sustainability of enterprises. It is at this point that the philosophy of entrepreneurial leadership emerges. The paper explicitly examines entrepreneurial leadership characteristics and entrepreneurial capabilities of the current leaders in the small and medium enterprise. In order to achieve this, the paper systematically reviews the literature to assess the current status of entrepreneurial leaders’ research, highlights knowledge gaps and offers prospective directions for future research. Today, the need for entrepreneurial leaders in businesses is increasing and cannot be overemphasized. The study findings show that there is a strong relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational performance with characteristics’ such as leaders paranoid, confidence, risk taking, proactive, visionary, decisiveness at the fore of entrepreneurial leaders. The need to produce a crop of leaders with cognitive ambidexterity, creative in scope and with predictive logic on how the future is likely to be cannot be overemphasized for corporate sustainability. The present study makes a theoretical contribution by highlighting the importance of EL in fostering team cohesion in the and ultimately driving it to perform better and engage in more innovative behavioursthat sustains organizations.The study further recommends for a crossbreed research on entrepreneurial leadership versus corporate vision across Sub-Saharan region
CAREER CHOICE MOTIVATIONS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN TUNISIA
This article is based on asociological framework and data collection from Tunisian students in the commercial and administrative affairs in order to analyze their priority motivations for career choice. We take a particular interest in the study of motivations in responsibility and professional representation in this field, these learners will be the guarantors of the faithful image, of objectivity of reporting and ethical behavior. The study was descriptive in nature and it employed a mixed methods design. Combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study had a sample of 50 respondents who were purposively selected. An empirical hierarchy of motivations shows that the interest of these participants to choose a speciality is certainly to advance the cause in which they are involved, but the primary source of motivation is first and foremost their career development. In the majority of cases, motivation is an integral part of their career, while in other cases, interest for commercial and administrative fieldserves to build up social capital that can be used later in their job.However, our results are quite far from thisreality: students show themselves to be more focused on the promise of rapid integration or that of attractive remuneration offered by the commercial and administrative affairs specialty of than on the regulated aspect represented by the profession.Theoretical and managerial implications are advanced highlighting the human, technological and relational sides of the study
