A thorough evaluation of the financial markets as well as the business sector is essential as block chain technology and Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) continue to develop in the digital global environment. The goal of this research is to determine whether or whether the market is ready, willing, and able to make use of digital tokens of this type. Overall, this research is aimed at evaluating the preparedness of Indian organizations for receptivity and implementation in daily operations, recruiting, and financial resources. Experimentation in NFT commercialization is a goal of this project. An expert panel of five validates a well- structured questionnaire used in the study. In addition to demographic data and Likert scale questions, the survey contained demographic information and Likert scale questions. This research collects both primary and secondary data for its findings. After conducting a pilot research and meeting with consultants, a standard questionnaire is used prepared and used to collect the primary data. Secondary data is sourced from other fields of study, such as journals, websites, books, and magazines. The Cochran formula for an unknown population selects a random sample of 100 persons with a 10% margin of error and a 95% confidence level because there are no standard data on the number of investors. Out of 93 answers, 72 were selected for the study after the outliers were removed. Professionals in the workforce, employees of large corporations, investors, both professional and private, and members of the company's upper management were all included in the study. Many influential company leaders and managers who implement new strategies, policies, and practises are among those who have agreed to participate in the study. For descriptive statistics - SPSS was used, and for SEM – AMOS was used. Many more people are aware with block chain and cryptocurrencies than of NFT technology, which is surprising. Blockchain-based technology platforms like cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens are premature due to their novelty and lack of effective implementations. An uncontrolled experimentation, which will probably take years to mature and trickle down into commercial applications, where it will have deep and far-reaching ramifications for society

This paper is theoretical and exploratory in nature. The author tried to develop and propose a framework which suggests the course of action for India to be self-reliant in trade of goods. For India to be self-reliant in foreign trade in goods there are two way strategies- One is to increase the exports of the products by promoting excellence which can have significant impact on the economic performance of the country. Two, simultaneously reducing the import of the products which are critically derailing the resources and robustness of the economy. In this proposed self-reliant framework of India's foreign trade, which focuses on trade in goods, the author tried to identify three critical areas of export where India should focus by promoting Excellence which will have multiplying effects on the economy. At the same time, three areas of import have been identified which are draining India's resources, dragging the economic growth and may have cascading effects which can be reduced by promoting self-reliance that is Atmanirbharta

The papers attempt to explore the feminine themes in Greek and Indian mythological works. This paper looks at how Indian and Greek mythological texts deal with female existence. The authors have compared and contrasted the feminine and masculine gods in Greek and Indian literature. It is clear that female and male gods are deified and treated differently. In Greek literature, the characteristics of each god are shown to be those of destruction and construction. Additionally, the negative characteristics were given to the feminine gods, while the virtues of construction were given to the masculine gods. The paper likewise ponders on the treatment of ladylike and manly divine beings in Indian fanciful texts like the Puranas and the old legends of India like the Ramayana and Mahabharata. The commodification of female existence in Indian folklore is also the subject of this paper, which draws particular attention to the works of Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni and Amanda Elyot

The study's dependent variable was the dividend per share, which represented the company's dividend payout policy. Full text link
ln India, the growth of education sector, the vast diversity together with varying demographics has encouraged different players to invest in the sector. In the meantime, the consequent increase in income levels of average Indian household to spend on higher education has also added to this state[4]. Due to privatization and commercialization of education, many individuals are showing interest to invest on educational institutions. Such Institutes have to be driven with a quality orientation in teaching which depends mainly on infrastructure, course curriculum and quality faculty members. Therefore this needs dedicated and committed faculty members who in turn need a constant support and encouragement by the management of various institutions. The privatization and commercialization of higher education has resulted in certain practices which are not oriented towards the importance of human resources. Such poor practices lead to attrition of faculty members. Hence, teaching fraternity is in great demand, because of mushroomed growth of B-schools in today’s competitive education field. In spite of mushrooming of B-schools because of demand created for the programme, it has failed in providing employment opportunity for the graduates. This probably requires an open-minded management who welcomes the ideas and can bring solutions for different ailments of B-school. As like increase in number of management institutes, the faculty member’s strength should also be increased. Faculty member’s attrition has its impact on both individual and organization. At present there is need for retention of faculty members and also the steps that has to be taken jointly by the management and faculty members to enhance the performance of B-schools

The Kattunayakan tribes, commonly referred to as forest chiefs, are a hunter-gatherer group that lives in forests, practices traditional medicine, and shuns contemporary Indian culture. In Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the landless Kattunayakan tribe is well-known for their foretelling abilities, aluminum vessel sales, pig herding, and work in the public sector. Speaking of Kattunayakan, they are grouped among 44 communities. They depend on honey for trade, food, and healing. They compete with bears and bees, and their dance and singing are historical reflections of their civilization. Few people who rely on honey and forest products have become Christians. Forests and forest products are essential to the Kattunayakan tribe, a traditional hunter-gatherer society in Tamil Nadu's Nilgiris. They are forest lords and practice a powerful religion. They use simple technologies, work as day laborers, watchmen, guides, and fishermen, and their economy is based on the forests. Using ethnographic and descriptive research techniques, the study investigates caste inclusion in the Indian Census, a contentious tool for developing public policy. It uses both quantitative and qualitative approaches and gathers information from secondary sources. This study looks into the effects of socioeconomic factors on cultural traditions, prosperity, and living standards. This point of view elevates the current issue's historical and economic significance, as well as its recognition as a critical need
