No full textدراسة حول البيئة الرقمية وتأثيرها الايجابي والسلبي ودورها في مجتمع المعلومات ، تبدأ بمقدمة عامة حول مجتمع المعلومات والامية ، ثم تنقسم الدراسة الى محوريين الاول حول سلبيات البيئة الرقمية وفيه تتناول امن المعلومات ، خطط دول الخليج لتأمين المعلومات حيث تعرض لتحارب الامارات والسعودية والكويت مع ذكر لمحة حول التجارب الدولية ، ثم تعرض ايجابيات البيئة الرقمية ، اما المحور الثاني من الدراسة فيدور حول الخصوصية في البيئة الرقمية ويتناول سمات عامة للبيئة الرقمية ، والمكتبة الرقمية وحقوق الانسان من المعلومات ، واخصائي المعلومات في ظل هذه البيئة ، وتختتم بوضع تصور لتطوير البيئة الرقمية في الوطن العربي.A study on the digital environment, its positive and negative impact, and its role in the information society. It begins with a general introduction about the information society and illiteracy. Then the study is divided into two axes, the first on the negatives of the digital environment, in which it deals with information security, the plans of the Gulf countries to secure information, as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait were exposed to war, with an overview about International experiences then present the positives of the digital environment. The second axis of the study revolves around privacy in the digital environment and deals with general features of the digital environment, the digital library and human rights to information, and the information specialist in light of this environment, and concludes by setting a vision for the development of the digital environment in the Arab world
