No full textرغم وجود مشروع لتطوير المكتبات العامة فى مصر، إلا أن ملامح هذا التطوير تفتقر إلى سياسة عامة تربط بينها وخطط استراتيجية وأخرى متوسطة وقصيرة الأمد تحقق الأهداف المرجوة من هذا التطوير.وتستهدف هذه الورقة اقتراح الأسس التى ينبغى أن تشكل هذه السياسة العامة حتى تؤدى المكتبات العامة دورها فى إكساب الأفراد والمجموعات المعرفة التى تمكنهم من تنمية أنفسهم ومن ثم مجتمعهم وتحويله إلى مجتمع معرفه. كما تستهدف اقتراح خططاً طويلة ومتوسطة وقصيرة الأمد قد تسهم فى تحقيق معيارية أداء هذه المكتبات، وترشيد نفقاتها وتنفيذ برامج التعاون والمشاركة فى المصادر بينها، ومن ثم تمكينها من القدرة على الاستمرار فى أداء أنشطتها وخدماتها.Although there is a project to develop public libraries in Egypt, the features of this development lack a general policy linking them to strategic, medium and short-term plans that achieve the desired goals of this development. This paper aims to suggest the foundations that should form this general policy in order for public libraries to perform their role. In providing individuals and groups with knowledge that enables them to develop themselves and then their society and transform it into a knowledge society. It also aims to propose long-, medium- and short-term plans that may contribute to achieving standard performance of these libraries, rationalizing their expenses, implementing cooperation programs and sharing resources between them, and then enabling them to be able to continue performing their activities and services

The study presented the efforts of the committee of the International Documentation Council and its most important meetings and what I reached the results.

No full textتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام الإنترنت في إدارة العمليات الفنية في مكتبات الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية من قبل العاملين فيها، ولقد اعتمد الباحث في منهجية الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي أسلوب المسح بالعينة، قام الباحث بتصميم استبانةتكونت من (27) فقرة مقسمة إلى ثلاثة أسئلة ، استخدم الباحث الإحصاء الوصفي (النسب المئوية والتكرار ) للإجابة على السؤال الأول والثاني والثالث ، أما السؤال الرابع فقد تم فيه استخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي، ويشتمل الجزء الأول من الدراسة على المقدمة المنهجية وتحليل عينة الدراسة.This study aims to know the reality of the use of the Internet in managing technical operations in the libraries of public Jordanian universities by their employees. In the methodology of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, the sample survey method. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (27) items divided into three questions. The researcher used descriptive statistics (percentages and frequency) to answer the first, second and third questions. As for the fourth question, one-way analysis of variance was used. The first part of the study includes the methodological introduction and analysis of the study sample
