No full textدراسة تحليلية شاملة لمواقع الإنترنت العربية المتخصصة في مجال المكتبات، تحصر الدراسة 151 موقع عربي متخصص وتقدم تحليلاً للمواقع من عدة جوانب هي : فئات المواقع المتخصصة ، أسماء نطاقات المواقع من حيث استقلاليتها وطبيعتها، التوزيع الجغرافي للمواقع ، لغات المواقع ، ثم مواقع المكتبات العربية من حيث فهارسها وتوزيعها الجغرافي وأنواع المكتبات ، وأخيرا تحليل المواقع وفقا لتوفر الميتاداتا واستخدامها لمعيار دبلن كور في صياغتها ، وتقدم الدراسة في نهايتها الترتيب العالمي للمواقع العربية المتخصصة التي لها أسم نطاق مستقل وفقا لما يصدره موقع أليكسا من ترتيب عالمي لمواقع الإنترنت.A comprehensive analytical study of Arab Internet sites specialized in the field of libraries. The study identifies 151 specialized Arab sites and provides an analysis of the sites from several aspects: categories of specialized sites, domain names of sites in terms of their independence and nature, geographic distribution of sites, languages of sites, then Arab library sites in terms of Its indexes, geographical distribution, types of libraries, and finally an analysis of the sites according to the availability of metadata and their use of the Dublin Core standard in their formulation. At the end of the study, the study presents a global ranking of specialized Arabic websites that have an independent domain name according to the global ranking of Internet sites issued by Alexa

No full textيهدف البحث إلى تقييم واقع فهارس المكتبات العربية المتاحة عبر شبكة الإنترنت على ضوء مجموعة المبادئ والتوصيات التي خرجت بها لجنة العمل المشكلة من الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات المكتبات ومؤسساتها IFLA ، وقد وردت مجموعة المبادئ والتوصيات المتعلقة بشاشات عرض التسجيلات الببليوجرافية ومضمونها –البالغ عددها 38 توصية - ضمن ثلاث فئات رئيسة هي: رغبات المستخدم, وتضمنت 12 توصية، والمضمون الببليوجرافي وطرق تنظيمه, وتضمنت 25 توصية ، والتوحيد القياسي, وقد وردت توصية واحدة ضمن هذه الفئة. إلا أن هذا العدد قد تضاعف ليصل إلى 88 عنصراً للتقييم صاغها الباحث في قائمة المراجعة الخاصة بالبحث، واشتمل البحث على ثلاثة محاور : الأول مقدمة منهجية للبحث، والثاني الإطار النظري والذي تناول اتلك المبادئ، والثالث تطبيق المبادئ والإرشادات على فهارس المكتبات العربية.The research aims to evaluate the reality of Arab library catalogs available via the Internet in light of the set of principles and recommendations that emerged from the working committee formed by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). The set of principles and recommendations related to screens displaying bibliographic records and their content - numbering 38 recommendations - were contained within three The main categories are: user desires, which included 12 recommendations, bibliographic content and ways of organizing it, which included 25 recommendations, and standardization. One recommendation was included in this category. However, this number has doubled to reach 88 evaluation elements formulated by the researcher in the checklist for the research. The research included three axes: the first is a methodological introduction to the research, the second is the theoretical framework that addresses these principles, and the third is the application of the principles and guidelines to the catalogs of Arab libraries
