No full textسعت هذة الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم التكامل المعرفي في سياق تقني، وأشهر المبادرات التقنية التي ساهمت في تحقيقه على صعيد المحتوى المتاح على الشبكة العنكبوتية، ثم تناولت الدراسة رصد القدرة على توظيف مبادرة الانطولوجيات في أطار التنقيب عن البيانات سعياً بذلك إلى الاستفادة منهما فيما يعرف بنظم الانطولوجيا للتنقيب على الويب Ontology-based Web mining لتحقيق التكامل المعرفي لمحتوى شبكة الويب.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي لرصد التحديات الخوارزمية واللغوية التي تواجه شبكة الويب في تحقيق التكامل المعرفي، كذلك تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي في رصد وتحليل واقع قدرات الانطولوجيا في أن توظف لتحقيق التكامل المعرفي للمحتوى المتاح على الويب.
وكان من اهم نتائج الدراسة هي قدرة التنقيب على الويب على تحقيق مستوى مرتفع من التشغيل المتبادل على صعيد محتوى الويب بأكمله لتوفير التكامل المعرفي.This study sought to clarify the concept of knowledge integration in a technical context, and the most famous technical initiatives that contributed to achieving it at the level of content available on the Internet. The study then dealt with monitoring the ability to employ the ontologies initiative within the framework of data mining, in an effort to benefit from them in what is known as ontology systems. Ontology-based Web mining to achieve cognitive integration of web content.
The study relied on a survey approach to monitor the algorithmic and linguistic challenges facing the web in achieving knowledge integration. The study also relies on the analytical approach in monitoring and analyzing the reality of ontology’s capabilities to be used to achieve cognitive integration of the content available on the web.
One of the most important results of the study was the ability of web mining to achieve a high level of interoperability across the entire web content to provide knowledge integration

No full textهذه الدراسة, لتقيم نظام الأفق الآلي (Horizon System) المستخدم في مكتبة الجامعة العربية الدولية بسوريا, حيث يعتبر نظام الأفق من أهم الأنظمة الآلية, وأكثرها استخداما في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات. وركز البحث على دراسة النظام من الناحية العلمية, بالإضافة إلى تقييمه بموجب تطبيق قائمة لأهم المعايير التي تألفت من (194) معيار, للخصائص والوظائف الفرعية, والمتطلبات التي يستوجب توفرها في النظام الآلية المتكامل.This study is to evaluate the Horizon System used in the Arab International University Library in Syria, where the Horizon System is considered one of the most important and most widely used automated systems in libraries and information centers. The research focused on studying the system from a scientific perspective, in addition to evaluating it according to the application of a list of the most important standards, which consisted of (194) standards, for the characteristics, sub-functions, and requirements that must be met in the integrated automated system

No full textتطرقنا في هذه الورقة إلى طبيعة الاتصال العلمي من مفهوم ومقومات وأشكال وأنواع، إضافة إلى تعريف الشبكات الاجتماعية ونشأتها و تطورها مع ذكر أنواعها. ثم قمنا بتوضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين الاتصال العلمي والشبكات الاجتماعية مع التركيز على استخدامات مختلف أنواع الشبكات الاجتماعية في عملية الاتصال العلمي، وأيضا ابراز دور هذه الشبكات الاجتماعية في توطيد الاتصال العلمي بين الأساتدة والباحثين من جهة والأساتدة والطلبة من جهة أخرى.We evoked in this research the nature of the scientific communication, its concept, its bases, its forms and its kinds; in addition to the definition of the social networks, their appearance, their evolution and mention of their various types. Then, we cleared up the nature of the relation between the scientific communication and the social networks with focus on the uses of the various types of the social networks in the process of the scientific communication.We also showed the role of these social networks in the reinforcement of the scientific communication between teachers and researchers on the one hand, and teachers and students on the other hand

No full textأردنا في هذا المقال الوقوف على المخاطر المتأتية عن قرصنة البرمجيات في بلدنا الجزائر، بالنظر إلى الكلفة الباهظة التي يتطلبها إنجاز برنامج ما؟ حيث من غير المعقول أن يستثمر شخص أو مؤسسة أو بلد ما في إنجاز برامج عالية المستوى ثم يأتي من يقرصنها ويبيعها بأبخس الأثمان التي يمكن أن لا تغطي أبسط عنصر من عناصر إنتاجها الحقيقية.
إن ما دفعني لكتابة هذا المقال هو احتلال الجزائر لمرتبة متقدمة جدا عربيا وعالميا في القرصنة، مما سيولد آثارا سلبية على العديد من القطاعات والمجالات وفي مقدمتها قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجزائر. بالمقابل هناك العديد من المجالات والقطاعات التي يمكن أن يستفيد منها قطاع البرمجيات في الجزائر، من أجل تحقيق هدفين كبيرين في نهاية المطاف:
الأول: تقليص نسبة القرصنة إلى أدنى مستوياتها.
الثاني: الاستفادة من صناعة البرمجيات لتحقيق مداخيل إضافية للاقتصاد الوطني.In this article, we wanted to stand on the risks derived from software piracy in our country, Algeria, given the exorbitant cost required for the completion of a program?

Get PDFللأرشيف أهمية كبيرة على مستوى المؤسسات والإدارات حيث يعلل مختلف النشاطات ويبين الحقوق والوجود القانوني للمؤسسة....إلخ. أقيمت الدراسة على مستوى الإدارة المركزية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بهدف تقييم عملية ترحيل الوثائق الأرشيفية على مستوى الهيئة الآنفة الذكر، بعد ذكر المبادئ الأولية الخاصة بعلم الأرشيف وطريقة تسيير وإدارة الأرشيف ودورة حياة الوثيقة مند نشأتها على مستوى المكاتب حتى الحفظ النهائي، الإعدام أوالإتلاف، ذُكِرَت مختلف العمليات التي تخضع لها الوثائق لِتَهيئة القارئ للدخول في الموضوع ولتسهيل الفهم، خُصِّصَ الفصل الثاني من الجانب النظري لِعملية الترحيل لكونها محور البحث حيث أعطيت فيه مختلف التّعاريف وكيفية القيام بعملية الترحيل والقواعد الواجب العمل بها والمستوحاة من القانون الجزائري والتي من شأنها تنظيم هذه العملية، أيضا ذُكِرَت مختلف الأدوات المستعملة في عملية البحث حيث يمكن للقارئ المقارنة بين كيفية القيام بعملية الترحيل التي تنص عليها القوانين والمعايير والنتائج المتحصل عليها من خلال البحث أوالدراسة.
نجد في الجانب التطبيقي تقديم أداة البحث، كيفية توزيعه، استرجاعها وتحليلها لِتبين إجراءات البحث ومساعدة الباحثين في بحوثهم المستقبلية في هذا المجال، أخيراً نجد حوصلة لِنتائج البحث والاقتراحات التي تُبَلَّغ إلى المديرية الفرعية للأرشيف والتَّوثيق لِمساعدتها في تحسين إدارة الأرشيف عامةً وعملية ترحيل الأرشيف خاصةً.The Archives documents are very important in organism, they trace path of both public and private organism, justify all actions and activities, help leaders to make good decisions, what makes them more important is that they guaranty rights of people and organisms that belong to them…..etc., the transfer of records from bureau to archives center is very important operation, it has big impact on other operations of archives management, because it is the first operation in Archival chain, this study was made in central administration of high studies and scientific research ministry, in Algeria, his goal is evaluate records transfer operation, gives some recommendations for improving this records transfer. First part dedicated to research presentation, introduction, problematic, hypothesis and search goal. Second part gives some principles of archives sciences, managing records, document life cycle…..etc. , process of records transfer from bureau to archives center, the tools we can be used to perform this operation for preparing lectures to get in study. Third part is marrow of study; it presents research tool, process, results, recommendations and conclusion
