Get PDFتجد المؤسسات اليوم نفسها أمام تحديات كبيرة نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي واقتحام التكنولوجيات الحديثة للمؤسسات بصفة عامة والمؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة خاصة حيث تجد هذه الأخيرة نفسها عاجزة عن تسيير واستغلال الكم الهائل من الوثائق التي تنتجها وتستقبلها يوميا في إطار القيام بنشاطاتها دون وجود تقنيات ومناهج علمية مدروسة من شأنها تسهيل استغلال الرصيد الوثائقي.
تطبيق المعيار ISO 15489 عبارة عن مشروع مؤسساتي، وعليه سوف نتطرق إلى أول مرحلة وهي قابلية تطبيق المعيار في مؤسسة سوناطراك، قسمت الدراسة إلى خمسة فصول، الفصل الأول خصص لأساسيات الدراسة مثل أهمية الدراسة، الإشكالية، الفرضيات والأهداف. الفصل الثاني خصص لماهية المعيار حيث تم فيه التطرق إلى تعريف المعيار و تاريخه، الفصل الثالث يتطرق إلى تسيير الوثائق الإدارية على ضوء المعيار، الفصل الرابع خصص للمديرية العامة لسوناطراك كونها ميدان إجراء الدراسة حيث تم تعريفها و إعطاء لمحة تاريخية عنها، تعريف قسم الأرشيف و تسيير الوثائق في المؤسسة بصفة عامة و قسم الأرشيف بصفة خاصة ، الفصل الخامس خصص لتحليل أداة جمع البيانات و نتائج الدراسة حيث خرجنا بجملة من الاقتراحات من شأنها تحسين عملية تسيير الوثائق الإدارية و تساعد في تطبيق المعيار ISO 15489 في المديرية العامة لسوناطراك.At the beginning of 21st century the companies find themselves in front of big deal because of new information technologies that cause what we call big data in organism, information become difficult to manage, the growth of records produced and received by companies while are doing theirs activities can’t be managed without using techniques and scientific methods designed to facilitate localisation, use and exploitation of records, because of these problems the enterprises have demanded from national and international standard organisations to elaborate standards that can help them on managing theirs records, the application of ISO 15489 standard is company project, so we will deal in this study with the first step in the project, these step is called the applicability of ISO 15489 standard in general direction of Sonatrach, this study is divided into 05 chapters, the first chapter dedicated to the principles of study: problematic; hypothesis; goals; importance of study; previous studies, the second chapter dedicated to ISO 15489 standard: presentation; historical overview; keys elements of standard; record types, the third chapter is dedicated to the management of administrative records according to the standard: life cycle of records in companies; important tools on managing records, the forth chapter dedicated to general direction of Sonatrach: presentation; business; organisation chart; archive department; archive management at archive department, fifth chapter dedicated to the data analyze collected by data collection tool; presentation of study results and some advices for performing records management at Sonatrach company and help in the application of ISO 15489 standard

Get PDFيحاول هذا البحث إلقاء الضوء على دور المكتبة الإلكترونية في منظومة التعليم الإلكتروني في واحد من أهم تجارب التعليم الإلكتروني وهي جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، وذلك من خلال ما تقدمه من موارد إلكترونية وخدمات تتيح للدراسين والأكاديميين تجربة تعليمية ممتعة من خلال المبادرات التي تتولاها المكتبة بشكل مستمر لإحداث الأثر الإيجابي في عملية التعليم والتعلم في الجامعة.
وفي تحقيق سبيل ذلك يتناول البحث ما تقدمه المكتبة الإلكترونية في الجامعة من خدمات من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة التي تتكون من مجتمع المستفيدين من مكتبة الجامعة، بما يتضمن أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب. وذلك عن طريق استبانة مُصممة خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، كما تتضمن عرضاً للخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبة للمستفيدين والخطط المستقبلية لتطوير هذه الخدمات بما يلائم خطط الجامعة في تطوير تعليم ذكي قائم على التفاعلية.HBMSU is the first e-learning university in the region. Being one of the first movers in e-learning in the Arab World, and having been the first accredited e-learning academic institution by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research have given the university a competitive advantage. The University’s commitment to transform education in the Arab World remains strong. The university has a particular focus on areas of particular relevance to today’s Arab World.In order to support the learning experience, the University provides learners, faculty and other staff members with access to a vast collection of learning resources and research material. These resources are made available through the development of a number of initiatives such as: the University Library Portal, easily accessible to the users on any university applications the user is using. HBMSU library with its resources and services has been giving a unique learning experience to its community and having significant impact on teaching and learning in the university

Get PDF كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو بناء منظومة معرفية، تتضح فيها ملامح صورة الحوسبة السحابية ومفهومها ونشأتها وميزاتها وفوائدها وامكانية تطبيقها في التعليم. حيث اجمعت الدراسات على ان الحوسبة السحابية هي عبارة عن مجموعة من الخوادم التقنية المتصلة معا، والتي تدار مركزيا عبر شبكات اتصال معلوماتية محلية أو الانترنت، فيما يسمى بالسحابة، كي تتحول برامج تكنولوجيا المعلومات من منتجات الى خدمات حاسوبية متنوعة الى جمهور العملاء. بهدف اختصارالزمان والمكان وسرعة الانجاز واستغلال قدرات وامكانيات مزود الخدمة, لتقديم مساحات تخزين كبيرة للمُستخدمين، و تحقيق أكبر عائد استثماري لمراكز البيانات، ، دون الحاجة الى شراء اجهزة باهظة الثمن. وتمثّل الحوسبة السحابية الاتجاه التكنولوجي الجديد للأجيال القادمة خاصة في مجال التعليم، حيث تعدّ هذه الحوسبة البيئة والمنصة الأساسيتين لمستقبل التعلم الإلكتروني. وتعود فكرة الحوسبة السحابية إلى ستينيات القرن الماضي، حيث اشار جون مكارثي إلى (إمكانية تنظيم الحوسبة لكي تُصبح عامة في يوم من الأيام) ، إلاَّ أن هذه الفكرة لم تخرج إلى حيِّز التطبيق الفعلي سوى في بدايات الألفية الثالثة ، على يد شركات التقنيات مثلApple و Hp وIBM التي دخلت حلبة التصنيع والتطوير كمُنافس لمايكروسوفت ، تلاها شركة أمازون (Amazon Web Services ) ثم ظهرت تطبيقات غوغل السحابية وبعدها برنامج نيبولا (Open Nebula) فسحابة اي كلاود (I Cloud) لشركة Apple .مما كان له الاثر الكبير في دعم مسيرة وتطور خدمات السحب الإلكترونية المتنوعة، لتُقدِّم خدماتها في كل المجالات، وفي مقدمتها التعليم، فهي(توفـِّر مرونة مُفيدة، للأفراد والجماعات، للهيئات والمؤسسات والشركات، على السواء).وتبين ان هناك مجموعة من العيوب تعتري هذا المنتج الجديد، كتاثيرة على البيئة, والمخاوف الامنية، وخصوصية المعلومات، والموثوقية، والاعتمادية، وحماية الملكية الفكرية.واختتمت الدراسة بالتاكيد على ان الحوسبة السحابية هى المستقبل، والعالم يتجه اليها بكل اختصار,اذا ما تم التخلص من التحديات التقنية والادارية والمادية...التي تعترض سبل تطبيق خدمات الحوسبة السحابية.The aim of the study was the building up of a knowledge matrix in which there is an explanation of the features of cloud computing, its concept, rise, characteristics, benefits and the possibility of its application in education. Studies have agreed that cloud computing is a group of related technical services which are centrally managed via local informational communication network or the internet through what is called the cloud, in a way that changes information technology programs from products to various computing services for clients.This aims at shortening time and place, speed of accomplishment and the exploitation the potential and capabilities of the service provider in order to provide great storage spaces for users and the achievement of the biggest investment return for data centers without the needs for purchasing highly costing devices. Cloud computing represents the new technological trend for coming generations, especially in the field of education. This computing is considered the basic environment and platform for the future of electronic future.The idea of cloud computing dates back to the sixties of the past century. John McCarthy pointed out to (the possibility of organizing computing to become common one day), but this idea did not come to real practice until the beginnings of the third millennium by technology companies such as Apple, HP and IBM which have come to compete with Microsoft, followed by Amazon web services. Then came Google cloud applications, followed by open Nebula programs, followed by (I cloud) of APPLE company. This has had its great effect on the support and development of the various electronic cloud services in order to offer services in all fields, especially education. They provide beneficial flexibility for individuals groups, committees, institutions and companies. However, there have been some disadvantages of this new product as it affects the environment, security fears, privacy of information, documentation, authorization and protection of intellectual right, The study concluded the emphasis that cloud computing is the future and the world is heading, toward it if technically administrative and financial challenges are eliminated which encounter the application of cloud computing services

Cognitive Representation of knowledge and Interactive type in the Ubiquitous learning environments
Get PDF يعد التمثيل المعرفى عملية عقلية معرفية تعتمد على استدخال و استيعاب و تسكين المعانى والأفكار ليتم الاحتفاظ بها لتصبح جزءا من البناء المعرفى للفرد ليمثل بناءا تراكميا تتفاعل فيه المعلومات و المعرفه للفرد مع خبرته المباشره و غير المباشرة.
ويتم التمثيل المعرفى للمتعلم فى نظم التعلم المنتشر من خلال أنماط التفاعل التى تنقسم إلى : نمط التفاعل المتزامن (Synchronous ) وهو التفاعل فى نفس الوقت مع اختلاف المكان بين الأفراد فى بيئة التعلم المنتشر من خلال غرف الحوار المباشرة (سواء نصية أو صوتية أو مرئية)، ونمط التفاعل غير المتزامن (Asynchronous) وهو التفاعل فى أى وقت مع اختلاف المكان بين الأفراد فى بيئة التعلم المنتشر من خلال دخول الطالب لبيئة التعلم فى أي وقت مثل تطبيقات المناقشة الإلكترونية ونمط المتزامن وغير المتزامن و هو الدمج بين الاثنين معا ، و كل نمط من أنماط التفاعل السابقة له مميزات و محددات مختلفة تميزه عن الأنماط الأخرى و تختلف كفاءة التمثيل المعرفى باختلاف درجة مألوفية الوحدة المعرفية و تكرار استخدامها أو توظيفها فى صيغ أو سياقات ذات معنى حيث يمكن تصميم أنماط التفاعل وفقا لمستويات التمثيل المعرفي للمعلومات.Ubiquitous learning Diverse in their design, diversity and interactive type to suitable the diversity of learners, the interactive types include:(1) Synchronous Interactive type : which interact at the same time with a different place between individuals in Ubiquitous learning environment through chat rooms and direct interaction(2) Asynchronous Interactive type :which interact at any time with a different place between individuals in Ubiquitous learning environment through discussion forums(3) Synchronous – Asynchronous Interactive type : includes a merger between the twoAnd every type of his previous interactive types different in the features to become one of the tasks necessary to ensure the improvement of learning outcomes appropriate to choose a suitable interactive type for students.The efficiency of Cognitive Representation of knowledge is the basic process by which the storage of new ideas in cognitive structure for students to become part of the knowledge structure for students
The skills of the learners in using smartphones to access information resources: a comparative study in Beirut Arab University between the Faculty of medicine & the Faculty of Arts
Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استطلاع واستكشاف مدى جهوزيّة طلاب السّنة الجامعيّة الأولى في كليّة الآداب وفي كليّة الطب، وقدرتهم على استخدام الهواتف الذّكيّة في الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات. بالإضافة إلى مقارنة هذه المهارات واتجاهات الاستخدام.
وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة، تمّ استخدام كلٍ من المنهج الوصفي المسحي للحصول على البيانات التي تحدّد اتجاهات استخدام الطلّاب للهواتف الذكيّة في الوصول الى المعلومات من خلال الهواتف الذّكية. بالإضافة إلى المنهج المقارن لمقارنة مهاراتهم في الوصول الى المعلومات باستخدام الهواتف الذّكيّة، وذلك من خلال الإستبانة التي تألّفت من أربعة مجالات اندرج تحت كل منهاعدد من الأسئلة المفتوحة والمغلقة وفق مقياس Thurston. حيث وزّعت مئة وواحد وستّين نسخة من الاستبانة على عيّنة الدّراسة وتم استرجاعها بشكل مباشر.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ نسبة كبيرة من الطلاب قد استخدموا الهواتف الذّكيّة والحواسيب الّلوحيّة الخاصّة بشركة Samsung أكثر من غيرها. بالإضافة إلى وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين طلاب الكليّتين، حيث تميّز طلاب كليّة الطب بتنوّع خياراتهم التقنيّة أكثر من ذويهم في كليّة الآداب.
وختاماً توصّلت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة من التّوصيات والمقترحات التي ستعزّز سهولة الوصول إلى المعلومات في بيئة الهواتف الّذّكيّة.This study aimed at surveying and exploring the readiness of first year university students in the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Medicine, and their ability to use smartphones to access information resources.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach to determine students’ behavior to access information through smartphones. In addition to the comparative approach, to investigating similarities and differences of mobile information-seeking behaviors among the chosen students. For that, 161 copies of an open-ended questionnaire were distributed and retrieved directly.The results revealed that most of students have used Samsung smartphones, and Samsung tablets than other companies. In addition, there were statistically significant differences between the students of the faculty of Arts, and the students of the faculty of Medicine; where Medicine students had more diversity of their technology choices than the students of the Faculty of Arts.
In conclusion, the study suggested a set of recommendations that will foster the ease of access to information in the smartphone environment

وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستفيدي مكتبة المدرسة الوطنية العليا للبيطرة بحاجة إلى مكتبة رقمية نموذجية في ميدان تخصصهم، والتي ستُتيح لهم خدمات رقمية متنوعة باستخدام أحدث الأدوات والتقنيات لتغطية متطلباتهم المعلوماتية. إن الهدف من المكتبة الرقمية هو إعطاء نظرة واضحة عن الرصيد الوثائقي للمكتبة والإنتاج العلمي للمدرسة من جهة وتثمين هذا التراث العلمي من جهة أخرى.The study deals with the needs of users to create a digital library in veterinary medicine. The work done through a survey for library users of the National High School of Veterinary (NHSV) in Algeria. The objective of the study is to analyze the real needs of the referred institution patrons in order to set up the future digital library.The results indicate a crucial need for a model digital library in veterinary medicine that provides to the user’s different digital services using the new tools and techniques available to satisfy their information needs. The digital library will allow for a better visibility of holdings acquired and scientific production of the School on one hand, and valorize the scientific patrimony in the other
