The result of the survey showed the Expected impact of videos on teachers’ skills and Performance.In the end, the work portrayed analyzes and suggestions that may lead in future to the adoption of electronic teaching programs using videos and social media

Get PDFدراسة تطبيقية تهدف إلى تحليل البيانات الوصفية أو الميتاداتا في مواقع البوابات الوطنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي, حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التطبيقي باستخدام برنامج Meta Tag Analyzer لتحديد مدى تفعيل مواقع البوابات الوطنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي لمعيار دبلن كور.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن البوابة الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية هي الوحيدة التي حرصت على تفعيل تاج الزواحف بين دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
وبالإضافة إلى أن التحليل كشف عن ضعف استخدام الميتاداتا في مواقع البوابات الوطنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مقارنة بالمعايير العالمية، ولا سيما أن بعض التيجان لا تعكس بدقة المحتوى الجوهري للمواقع المحددة. وتختتم الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات لزيادة الاهتمام بهذا الجانب.The study is aimed to analyze the National Portal Metadata of GCC, the experimental methodology applied through the content analysis approach to identify the degree of activation of metadata between the GCC.For the data collection, the applied study Analysis by a program Meta Tag Analyzer.The results of study showed are that The National Portal of Saudi Arabia is the only one keens to activate tag Robot amidst GCC.but Unfortunately the analysis revealed the weakness of the use of descriptors data in those locations, as compared to world standards, In particular, some tags do not accurately reflect the substantive contents of the selected sites.The study concludes with a set of recommendations it deems appropriate to increase the interest in this aspect

No full textأحدثت الإنترنت ثورة في العالم لا تقلُّ أهميةً عن الثورة الصناعية نفسها، ولا سيما المجتمع العلمي، ومن ذلك أنها غيرت الكثير من المفاهيم التقليدية في أنماط سلوك الباحثين في الحصول على المعلومات، بما توفره من كمٍّ هائل من المعلومات، والسرعة العالية في الاسترجاع للمعلومات؛ مما يستوجب على العاملين بمرافق المعلومات تحويل جهودهم من الجوانب الفنية الإجرائية إلى الاهتمام بخدمات المستفيدين، ومعرفة احتياجاتهم، وإرضاء رغباتهم ([2]). وفي الآونة الأخيرة تزايد اعتماد الباحثين على المصادر المتوفرة من خلال الإنترنت لإعداد بحوثهم ودراساتهم. وبذلك تغيرت سلوكياتهم في التعامل مع المعلومات واستخدامهم لها، وتحول سلوكهم عند البحث عن المعلومات وتبنَّوا خيار الانتقال من مرحلة اقتناء المعلومات إلى مرحلة إستراتيجية الولوج إليها، فالباحث اليوم أمام تحديات جديدة في مجال المعلومات؛ إذ إنه أصبح بحاجة إلى الاستجواب المباشر للمعلومات المعروضة في قواعد المعلومات الرقمية؛ وبذلك ظهرت الحاجة إلى عملية الولوج للمعلومات بطريقة تفاعلية، ديناميكية وتحاورية في آن واحد تمكِّنه من تجميع المعلومات المرتبطة بموضوع بحثه، وتخطي المعوقات التي تحول دون ذلك، وبما أن طلاب الدراسات العليا هم أكثر فئات المجتمع بحثًا عن المعلومات واستهلاكًا لها في خدمة متطلباتهم العلمية والبحثية، أو حتى للتحضير للمقررات الدراسية، أو من أجل تطوير قدرتهم ومهاراتهم في التعليم العالي، فقد رأت الباحثة إعداد هذه الدراسة للكشف عن سلوكيات طلاب الدراسات العليا أثناء بحثهم عن المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية بهدف الوقوف على أهم الأسباب التي تدفعهم للبحث، والتعرف على الطرق التي يسلكونها للحصول على المعلومات، والكشف عن الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تعرض لهم أثناء البحث عن المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية.The Internet has brought about a revolution in the world that is no less important than the industrial revolution itself, especially the scientific community. It has changed many of the traditional concepts in the behaviour patterns of researchers in obtaining information, due to the huge amount of information and the high speed of information retrieval, which requires information facilities workers to shift their efforts from procedural technical aspects to concern with the services of beneficiaries, knowing their needs and satisfying their desires ([2]). Recently, researchers have increasingly relied on online resources to prepare their research and studies. Thus, their behaviour in dealing with and using information has changed, and their behaviour has shifted when searching for information and adopted the option of moving from the stage of information acquisition to the stage of access strategy, as the researcher today faces new challenges in the field of information; as he needs to directly interrogate the information presented in digital databases; thus, the need for the process of accessing information in an interactive, dynamic and conversational manner that enables him to collect information related to his research topic and overcome the obstacles that prevent this, and since graduate students are the most sought after group in society.

Get PDFتقف الأرشيفات الوطنية ودور المحفوظات العربية حائلا أمام التحولات الأيديولوجية والثقافية المتسلطة وغير المرغوبة، في ظل ما يشهده عالمنا المعاصر من نماء معرفي متفتق وتطورات متلاحقة ومتسارعة في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتي لا حدود لها ولا بديل عنها، الأمر الذي يوجه أنظار قادة ومدراء المؤسسات الثقافية والمعرفية إلى ضرورة الأخذ بالحيطة نحو العمل على تحقيق أهداف وغايات تلك المؤسسات وفق رؤية ورسالة كل مؤسسة على حدة، سيما الأرشيفات الوطنية العربية، والتي يأتي على رأس أهدافها وأولوياتها نشر الوعي الثقافي، ودعم قيم الانتماء الوطني لدى مجتمع المعرفة عربيا.
وعملا على استدعاء معطيات الحضارة العربية والتي خفت ضوؤها منذ عقود، ومواكبة للتطورات العالمية في مجالات إتاحة مصادر المعلومات المحتلفة بطرق وأساليب غير تقليدية لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، كتقنيات الواقع المعزز والتي تعمل على إنتاج عرض مركب يمزج بين المشهد الحقيقي المنظور والمشهد الظاهري التي يتم إنشاؤه بواسطة الحاسب الآلي والذي يعزز المشهد الحقيقي بمعلومات إضافية وبشكل حديث وجذاب، تناولت الدراسة الحالية ما يلي:
تثمين دور التقنيات في دعم ثقافة الانتماء الوطني لدى مجتمع المعرفة العربي.
تفعيل أثر الأرشيفات ودور المحفوظات في تشكيل ملامح مجتمع المعرفة العربي.
تنفيذ برنامج باستخدام تقنيات الواقع المعزز (Augmented Reality) يتناول أحداث العدوان الثلاثي عام 1956 م، من خلال مواد منتجة تعمل على تعزيز المشهد الحقيقي المنظور، وبالتطبيق على عدد من المصادر المختارة لمشروع "ذاكرة الأزهر" وبعض المصادر المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة.
توجيه أنظار قادة ومدراء الأرشيفات إلى ضرورة العمل على دعم قيم الانتماء الوطني بين أفراد المجتمع.

Metadata Quality in the Algerian Electronic Press: Analytic Study of some current available Samples
Get PDF تتناول هذه الورقة دراسة وتحليل موضوع الميتاداتا في الصحافة الإلكترونية الجزائرية وقياس مدى معياريتها وجودتها من ناحية الشكل والمضمون، إذ قمنا بتحليل ميتاداتا مجموعة من الجرائد الوطنية باللغة العربية وهي الشروق والنهار والخبر والبلاد. واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المبني على التحليل، مستخدمين برمجية تحليل الميتاداتا metachecker ومقارنة مخرجاتها بالهيكلة العامة لمعيار الميتاداتا Dublin core.
وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، أن الصحافة الإلكترونية لا تعتمد على معيار دبلن كور ولا أي معيار مقنن لوصف محتوياتها الإلكترونية، لكنها تتبع طريقة حسب برمجية metachecker تغطي أغلب عناصر الوصف الضرورية بجودة مقبولة خاصة المتعلقة بالمحتوى والمتمثلة في العنوان والوصف والتغطية واللغة. This paper deals with the study and the analysis of Metadata in the Algerian Electronic press and measure the extension of its standardization and quality in terms of shape and content. We have analyzed metadata of set of national newspapers written in Arabic; Echorouk, Ennahar, Elkhabar, and Elbilad in which we relied on the descriptive method that is based on analysis by using Meta-checker metadata analysis software and compare its results with the general structures of international standard metadata Dublin Core.
The most important study results shown that the electronic press neither rely on the Dublin Core standard nor on any other specific standard of electronic contents descriptions, but it follows a method according to Meta checker software which covering almost important elements required for description in an accepted quality, especially that is related to content; title، description, coverage, and language

The role of the orient libraries Project in spreading knowledge culture: an analytical and descriptive study
Get PDFتناولت الدراسة مبادرة بوابة مشروع مكتبات الشرق والدور الحيوي الذي تتبناه نحو تنظيم وحفظ ورقمنة التراث المهدد بالخطر في إقليم الشرق الأوسط؛ مساهمة منها في تنفيذ إعلان "مؤتمر أبو ظبي الدولي لحماية التراث العالمي المهدد بالخطر" وتيسير إتاحته للباحثين، ونشر الثقافة المعرفية، مع توضيح العلاقة بين البوابة والمكتبة الرقمية الفرنسية "جاليكا". استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لرصد الموقف الحالي للبوابة وتحديد مواطن الضعف. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحات خدمات معلوماتية، وتأكيد أهمية الربط بين الخدمات المضافة والتسويق الإلكتروني لها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتقديم مقترحات الدراسة وما توصلت له من نتائج وتوصيات للقائمين على خدمة البوابة؛ لأخذ قرارات تحسينها ورفع كفاءاتها. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن المكتبة الرقمية الفرنسية "جاليكا وشركاءها" تقدم خدمات معلوماتية عبر موقعها الرسمي، بينما بوابة مكتبات الشرق لا يوجد فيها خدمات معلوماتية، ولا تستخدم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لكنها تطبق فقط معايير الحفظ والبحث والفهرسة والاسترجاع وفق جاليكا. اقترحت الدراسة 6 خدمات معلوماتية تمثل النواة الأولى للبوابة أهمها: خدمة الإحاطة الجارية، وخدمة المحادثة الفورية... وغيرها. في الختام قام الباحث بعرض نتائج وتوصيات الدراسة حول الخدمات المعلوماتية والتسويق الإلكتروني، وتقييم موقع البوابة على مكتبة الدومنيكان إحدى المكتبات الثمانية المشاركة في المشروع؛ لدراستها، والمشاركة بالمقترحات في اجتماع المكتبة الوطنية الفرنسية مع ممثلي الجهات الشريكة لبوابة مكتبات الشرق.The study has dealt with orient libraries gate initiative and the vital role adopted towards organizing, saving and digitalizing the world heritage in danger in the middle east as it’s contribution to perform the announcement of “Abu Dhabi safeguarding endangered cultural heritage” and ease it’s access for researchers and spread the culture knowledge according with clearing the relation between the gate and the French digital library “Gallica”. The study has used the descriptive analytical method to watch the current situation for the gate and determine the weakness. This study aims to offer information services and confirm the importance of binding added service with electronic shopping on the social media websites and delivering the study conclusions and results reached by the study. The French digital library “Gallica” and it is partners offer information service on it’s own website, meanwhile orient library gate doesn’t have information service and doesn’t use social media websites, it only applies Gallica preservation, researching, archiving and recovery of data in accordance with “Gallica”. The study has suggested a number of six information services represent first core for the gate, the most important to briefing service and serve dialogues etc,. finally, the researcher displayed the results and recommendations of the study about information services and E-Marketing and the evaluation of the gate position on Dominican library on of the 8 libraries participating in the project for study and suggestions in the National French library meeting with orient libraries gate partners representatives

No full textيعد موضوع إدارة وحفظ البيانات البحثية من الموضوعات الساخنة حول العالم والتي تلقى اهتماما كبيرا في الأوساط العلمية والأكاديمية نظرا للأهمية المتزايدة لها خاصة مع ثورة البيانات الضخمة وعلى الرغم من ظهور مستودعات حفظ البيانات البحثية في العالم منذ ما يقرب من 5 سنوات إلا أن مستودعات البيانات البحثية العربية لازالت في بداياتها وكذلك الاهتمام بالبيانات البحثية على مستوى الوطن العربي وكذلك الدراسات التي تناولت البيانات البحثية وكيفية ادارتها والتعامل معها وتداولها في مؤسساتنا البحثية خصوصا وأن المشروعات الخاصة بمستودعات البيانات البحثية قليله جدا ومن هنا جاءت فكرة الدراسة لعمل مسح شامل لمشروعات إدارة البيانات البحثية الناجحة حول العالم ونظم المستودعات الخاصة بها للخروج بمعايير ومواصفات ونموذج تجريبي يمكننا تطبيقه في مؤسساتنا البحثية العربية. The idea of the study came to do a comprehensive survey of succeeded Research data management projects around the world and their Repositories systems to produce standards, specifications and a pilot project that we can apply to our Arab research institutions
