AI-Empowered Malware Detection System for Iot

The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the way we live and work. However, the increased connectivity of IoT devices has also made them a target for malware attacks. Traditional malware detection methods are not always effective against IoT malware, as they often rely on signatures that attackers can easily circumvent. In this paper, we propose an AI-powered malware detection system for IoT. Our system uses a hybrid deep learning approach that combines convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long short-term memory networks (LSTM). CNNs are used to extract features from IoT malware binary code, and LSTM networks are used to model the temporal relationships between these features. We evaluate the system against his three datasets of publicly available IoT malware. As a result, we found that our system achieved him a high accuracy of 99.98% in detecting his IoT malware. We also show that our system is effective against zero-day IoT malware, malware that has not yet been discovered by security researchers

The Security Risks of Generative Artificial Intelligence

Generative Manufactured Insights (AI) frameworks, competent of creating human-like yields such as content, pictures, and recordings, have seen surprising progressions in later a long time. Whereas these frameworks offer different benefits in inventive assignments, amusement, and robotization, they moreover posture noteworthy security dangers. This paper looks at the security suggestions of generative AI advances, centering on potential dangers and vulnerabilities they present over diverse spaces. We talk about the abuse of generative AI for pernicious purposes, counting the creation of modern fake substance, pantomime assaults, and the spread of disinformation and purposeful publicity. Furthermore, we analyze the challenges in recognizing and moderating these dangers, given the quick advancement and complexity of generative AI models. Besides, we investigate the moral contemplations encompassing the advancement and arrangement of generative AI, emphasizing the significance of capable AI administration and direction to address security concerns. By highlighting these dangers, this paper points to raise mindfulness among analysts, policymakers, and specialists to create proactive techniques for overseeing the security challenges postured by generative AI advances.  &nbsp

This research study delves into the intricate relationship between exchange rate unification and its implications for economic stability, with a specific focus on the Nigerian context. Exchange rate unification, the process of transitioning from multiple exchange rate systems to a single unified rate, holds the potential to reshape an economy's dynamics, affecting investor confidence, trade balances, and overall macroeconomic stability. Through a comprehensive examination of pre-unification and post-unification exchange rate data and gross domestic product data, this research uncovers patterns in currency valuation, volatility, and investor sentiment. The study employed secondary data gotten from the Central Bank of Nigeria statistical bulletin. The study explores the changes in the mean and variability of exchange rates, highlighting shifts in currency dynamics after the unification process. The study found that there are variations in the pre and post-unification era which has economic effect potentials. Also, the study evaluated the quarterly trend of GDP from the first quarter of 2022 to the first quarter of 2023. The result exhibits a mixed trend across various sectors, with the influence of the exchange rate unification potentially being a key driver in shaping these trends in 2023. The impact of unification on currency stabilization, international trade, and investor confidence may have contributed to the overall growth trend. The study recommends renewed exchange rate management strategies, investor communication approaches, export diversification tactics, fiscal resilience planning, and risk management techniques for businesses

Equities-Capital Market Performance Modelling (Ecmp) in Nigeria International

The work examined equities market operations and capital market performance in Nigeria. It covered the periods 1990 to 2021. Equities market operations were captured by equities market capitalization (ecap), number of listed equities (nole), number of traded equities (note) and value of traded equities (vote). The performance of the capital market on the other hand was encapsulated using market capitalization of the entire market. Data on these variables were obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) statistical bulletins. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to cointegration analysis technique aided by the e-views software was used to analyze the data. The result of the study revealed the existence of long-run relationship between equities market operations and performance of the capital market. This led to the conclusion that equities market operations influences capital market performance in Nigeria. Therefore, it was recommended that there is need for increased awareness on the activities of the equities market in Nigeria, promotion of market transparency, confidence in the system and regulatory stability for improved efficiency and effectiveness

The researcher is definitely working to study the impact dimensions of total quality management (Customer Focus-CF, Continuous Improvement-CI, Employee Participation-EP and Leadership-LE) on dimensions human resources practices (Employee-EM and Hiring-HI). The researcher focused on studying the dimensions of variables to develop production of institutions and improve performance of organizations. The researcher selected a sample of workers at the Central Oil Company / Iraq. In its work, this study adopted a questionnaire form to collect information and data and distribute it to the targeted sample. The number (154) and (7) were incorrect models. Valid questionnaires were obtained (147). The researcher used SPSS & SmartPLS 4 in statistical analysis. Important results and conclusions were obtained, also relying on previous studies. As well as emphasizing institutions to implement comprehensive total quality management to improve performance. The researcher emphasized the support that quality provides to organizations and the recommendations that help in continuous improvement

Human Stress Detection Through Sleep by Using Machine Learning

An individual's capacity to learn, concentrate, make sound decisions, and solve problems is all profoundly affected by stress. Recently, researchers in the fields of computer science and psychology have begun to focus on stress detection and modelling. Affective states, the sensation of the underlying emotional state, are used by psychologists to quantify stress. Human stress classification has mostly relied on user-dependent models, which can't adapt to different users' needs. This necessitates a substantial amount of effort from new users as they train the model to anticipate their emotional states. Urgent action is required to address prevalent childhood mental health concerns, which, if left untreated, can progress to more complex forms. Analysis of medical data and problem diagnosis are now areas where machine learning approaches shine. After running Features on the complete set of characteristics, we were able to minimise the number of attributes. We compared the accuracy of the chosen set of attributes on several ML methods

Analyzing the Impact of Capital Structure on Stock Returns: A Study of NEPSE-listed Companies

This study delves into the intricate relationship between capital structure and stock returns, focusing on companies listed on the “Nepal Stock Exchange” (NEPSE) during the period from 2016 to 2020. Capital structure, a critical facet of financial management, entails the strategic mix of equity and debt employed to fund a company's operations. The study aims to contribute valuable insights to managerial decision-making and policymaking by investigating the implications of various capital structures on stock returns.Financial managers are tasked with striking a delicate balance between potential gains and losses while formulating the optimal capital structure. Debt, often considered a cost-effective alternative to equity financing, presents additional benefits such as tax deductions. The complexity of this decision-making process lies in the profound impact that the chosen capital structure can have on the overall worth of the company. Drawing on secondary data derived from the financial filings of NEPSE-listed companies, this research employs correlation and regression analyses to unravel the intricate dynamics between capital structure and stock returns
