Home and School Influences on the Academic Performance of Students in Public Secondary School in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State
This study investigated Home and school influences on the academic performance of students in public secondary schools in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Four research questions guided the study. The population of the study comprised twenty (20) public secondary schools in the study area. The sample of the study was 400 students in public senior secondary schools drawn through a simple random sampling technique. An instrument structured by the researcher titled: “Home and School Influence and Students Academic Performance (HSISAP)” was used in collecting data for the study. The instrument yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.76. Mean and standard deviation were used in answering the research questions. The result of the findings showed that there is a positive influence on student’s academic performance based on the level of parents’ education. Based on the findings of the study, recommendations were made amongst others that Parents should give adequate attention to their children's activities at home and ensure that a good learning environment is maintained at home while suggestions for further studies were also stated

Factors Affecting Taxpayer Compliance Kpp Pratama Candisari Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the effects of e-TPS implementation, taxpayer awareness, service quality, and taxpayer awareness and understanding of compliance The population of this study are all registered taxpayers of KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari The sample for this study consisted of individual taxpayers who met with up to 70 respondents at the Pratama Semarang Candisari tax services office. The data used in this study are raw data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses. THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, WORK COMMITMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (CASE STUDY OF PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA TBK OFFICE OF THE SARAPUNG MANADO BRANCH)
This study aims to see the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This analysis uses independent variables, namely Organizational Culture, Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction. The dependent variable is Performance. The sample of this research is the employees of Bank BRI, Sarapung Branch, Manado, North Sulawesi. Sampling was done by saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 60 employees. The statistical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture, Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance
