    No full text
This study focuses on key subjects within the banking industry, specifically banking governance and the integrity of financial reports. The objective of this study was to provide a comprehensive analysis and explanation of the theoretical and scientific consequences associated with these variables. The study is bifurcated into two primary sections: the initial section delineates the research technique and the conceptual framework of the research variables. Regarding the subsequent section, it explores the analytical framework of the study hypotheses, together with its findings and suggestions. The objective of this study was to examine the impact of banking governance principles on the improvement of financial reporting quality, as perceived by a selected group of Bank of Baghdad staff. The achievement of this study involved the examination of the linkages and effects between the variables under investigation, namely banking governance and financial report quality. The study employed a descriptive-analytical technique, with a sample size of 73 individuals. A questionnaire was utilized as the measurement tool. The research hypotheses pertaining to the correlation and influence of the research variables were validated using statistical analysis using SPSS. This analysis involved the utilization of multiple regression and correlation coefficients. The research findings highlight the paramount importance of banking governance principles in enhancing the performance of financial institutions, specifically banks. These principles are crucial in effectively managing banking operations and ensuring optimal monitoring. The research findings suggest that the study offers a number of recommendations. One such proposal is for bank management to prioritize banking governance principles and implement them in order to attain the bank's objectives, as outlined in the study

Analyzing the Relationship between Corporate Entrepreneurship and Technology

    Get PDF
A number of strategic and operational challenges have been presented to today's organizations as a result of environmental uncertainty, turbulence, and heterogeneity. It is becoming increasingly apparent that companies are turning to corporate entrepreneurship. This is in order to meet the challenge of simultaneously developing and nurturing both today's core competencies and those of tomorrow. In order to achieve this goal, this is what needs to be done. Consequently, it has become imperative that managers at all levels of the organization actively participate in the creation and implementation of a corporate entrepreneurship strategy in light of these facts. The literature has shown that successful corporate entrepreneurship (CE) is associated with improved firm performance, according to the general consensus, although not a total consensus, based on a number of studies that have been carried out in recent years. There are many ways in which corporate entrepreneurship can be viewed. However, it is becoming clearer and clearer as time goes on. This is because corporate entrepreneurship is an effective, valid, and feasible means of achieving high levels of performance at the organizational level. In addition to this, it is becoming increasingly recognized that executive coaching is one of the most effective and valid practices that can be applied to a wide range of firms and management levels in order to provide tangible and real advantages

Automatic Device for Determining the Color of Colored Materials in Industry through the CNY70 Sensor

    Get PDF
This automatic device was made based on the local conditions together with the teachers in the circle of circuit engineering and robotics organized at the President's school in Karshi. The key element in this automatic color detector is the CNY70 sensor. The CNY70 sensor operates at a constant voltage of 6v. The CNY70 sensor consists of two parts, one LED and one phototransistor. To activate the CNY70 sensor, a voltage of +6 volts is supplied to the anode part of the LED and the collector part of the phototransistor. The cathode part of the LED is connected to the negative voltage with a resistor R470 ohm. A signal is emitted from the emitter part of the phototransistor, this output signal is amplified by the Q12222 N-P-N transistor through a constant resistance of 1 k. This amplified signal is connected to pin 5 of the LM3514N chip. LM3514N microcircuit is connected to +6v pin 3 and -6v voltage to pin 4. LM3514N chip is connected to the blue LED on pin 1 and green LED is connected to pin 17. A red LED is connected to pin 18. It is chosen to indicate the color of three-color paper. Or to indicate the color of other materials, this circuit is connected anywhere. In this scheme, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 legs remain empty. We can make automatic industrial devices based on local conditions. For example, we can make automatic devices that detect pressure, detect temperature, detect water level, and automatically turn on street lights. LM3514N chips with CNY70 sensor are shown in the following pictures. Similar automatic devices are bought at very high prices if ready-made devices are bought from abroad. Students in the circuit engineering and robotics classes are allowed to make their own devices with their own hands. many automation devices are being taught to control with Arduino. But arduino is not widely installed in many areas, therefore, if we teach localization through integrated microcircuits and circuit engineering and robotics, we will achieve great success. We use 3 buttons and 4 buttons for control of these microcircuits. I think it will be a practice for students and teachers to master the science of circuit engineering. A field experiment was conducted at Agronomy farm, S.K.N. Collage of Agriculture, Jobner during Rabi season 2014-2015 to investigate “Biochemical changes in fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) genotypes under water stress” using Five genotypes of fenugreek (UM-100,UM-112,UM-124,UM-134,UM-140). The significant increment observed in proline content, Glycine betaine content and Peroxidase activity due to water stress at both the stages. A Reduction in the content of total chlorophyll and GSH in stressed plants of all genotypes was recorded at both stages. Significant reductions in total carotenoids content were found in all the genotypes at 65 DAS under water stress conditions. The MDA values in stressed plants were found higher over respective controls at both stages in all the genotypes
