The Role of Strategic Partnership in Investigation Organizational Success an Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees Working in a Men’s Clothing Factory in Najaf Governorate
Full text linkThe current research aims to study) The role of strategic partnership in enhancing organizational success) In the men's clothing factory in Najaf Al-Ashraf, to achieve the purposes of the research, 85 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of the employees of the clothing factory in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate, and 80 questionnaires suitable for analysis were retrieved, and the statistical program was used. Spss v.26 and AMOS v.26 data analysis program. The results showed a strong correlation between the variable the strategic partnership, its dimensions and the organizational success required in the men is clothing factory in Najaf Al-Ashraf. The practical results also showed that there is a significant impact of the strategic partnership in achieving organizational success. The conclusion was reached that the strategic partnership has a significant impact on organizational success, as the strategic partnership contributes to improving success. One of the important recommendations is that the clothing factory must focus on strategic partnership in order to achieve organizational success
The Role of Emerging Technologies in Enhancing Accounting Practices

Findings reveal a significant association between the use of AI systems and blockchain technology in enhancing accounting practices. The study underscores the importance of leveraging emerging technologies to streamline data processing, enhance accuracy, reduce costs, and facilitate informed decision-making in accounting. These results highlight the transformative impact of technological advancements on accounting methods in the context of the Iraqi economy, suggesting avenues for further research and practical implications for stakeholders in the field
Knowledge and Attitude of Students Toward Sex Education in Secondary School Students in Katsina Zonal Education Quality Assurance of Katsina State, Nigeria
Full text linkThis study was designed to investigate the knowledge and attitudes of students toward sex education in secondary schools in Katsina Zonal Education Quality Assurance, Katsina State, Nigeria. The desire to embark on this study was borne out of the realization from observation of the researchers that teachers may be facing a number of stress factors due to the demanding nature of their career. Appropriate research questions and hypotheses were raised to guide this study towards achieving the stated objectives. The descriptive survey research method was used. A total of one thousand, two hundred and twenty-one (1221) questionnaire were administered in nine secondary schools in Katsina Zonal Education Quality Assurance of Katsina State, Nigeria. A pilot test was conducted to determine the reliability of the instrument using the split-half method of reliability with the reliability index of 0.05. The questionnaire was administered by the researcher with the support of two research assistants. Frequency counts, percentage, means scores, t-test statistical techniques were employed in the data analysis. At the end of the analysis, the findings showed that students have positive attitude towards the knowledge of sex education. The attitude of adolescent differ toward the introduction of sex education in secondary schools on the basis of gender of the respondents. There is a significant difference in the attitude of male and female adolescents towards the introduction of sex education in schools. It is therefore recommended among others that the knowledge of sex education should be included into the school curriculum and the need for comprehensive counseling programmes in secondary schools
Analysis of Cash Flow Patterns of Companies that Indicate Financial Distress
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze cash flow patterns in companies experiencing financial distress. Financial distress is a condition in which a company faces serious financial difficulties, and this condition can affect the overall financial health of the company. This study uses a quantitative analysis method to identify cash flow patterns in companies that are experiencing financial distress by collecting financial data from several healthy companies and identified as experiencing financial distress in the 2020-2022 period based on secondary data from the IDX financial statements. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of cash flow patterns in companies experiencing financial distress and several other factors that influence it. The implications of this analysis are expected to assist in designing appropriate financial improvement strategies to overcome financial distress situations as well as provide insight to stakeholders regarding actions that can be taken to improve the company's financial health in the future
Implementation of Twin Digital Technology for Marinery Management and Conservation on Sulampua: An Innovative Approach in Blue Economy Optimization
Full text linkThis research explores the implementation of Digital Twin technology in tourism management and marine conservation in Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua (Sulampua) as an innovative approach to blue economy optimization. Digital Twin enables real-time digital modeling and simulation of the physical environment, improving the efficiency of natural resource management and tourism activities in a sustainable manner. The research method used Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze related studies. The results show the great potential of this technology in supporting tourism management and marine conservation through real-time monitoring, prediction of environmental conditions, and data-driven decision-making. Challenges faced include limited technological infrastructure, lack of human resource capacity, resistance to adoption of new technologies, and coordination issues among stakeholders. Recommendations include increased investment in infrastructure, intensive training, and inclusive policy support to accelerate the adoption of Digital Twin technologies, supporting sustainable economic growth and marine ecosystem conservation in Sulampua
