Ebstein's Anomaly
Ebstein's anomaly is a fairly rare congenital heart defect. The frequency is 1%. Patients with Ebstein's anomaly without heart failure and cyanosis are undergoing pregnancy well. In patients with symptoms of heart failure, pronounced tricuspid regurgitation and cyanosis, surgical correction should be performed before pregnancy. If surgical intervention is refused, pregnancy is contraindicated
Comparative Clinical and Laboratory Parameters for Various Forms of Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn
We examined 25 children with hemolytic disease of the newborn according to the Rh-conflict and 15 children according to the conflict according to the ABO system. Results of Treatment of Patients with Obstructive Jaundice
A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 2970 patients with mechanical jaundice of benign and malignant etiology was carried out. Mechanical jaundice of benign origin was observed in 2251 (75.8%), malignant - in 719 (24.2%) patients. All patients admitted with cholestasis syndrome underwent standard general clinical and biochemical tests. Verification of the diagnosis of mechanical jaundice was performed using ultrasound, FGDS, MRCPG, ERCP. More than 90% of patients underwent minimally invasive surgical interventions, which allowed to improve the results of treatment

Geographical Characteristics Affecting the Kufa and Najaf Cement Factory and Their Impact on Air and Soil Pollution
The cement industry is one of the most important and widespread industries among other industries due to its industrial and developmental importance in the country in general, and in Najaf province in particular. These industries have recently taken with them many toxic environmental pollutants affecting all natural components of the environment, including air, water, and the soil. The study showed that the Kufa and Najaf cement factories use black oil, which is considered the worst type of fuel because of its high sulfur content because it is cheap, and a by-product produced from fuel refineries, and because it contains high calories, and the raw materials used are limestone and soil.It is clear from the study that the stages of cement production are the preparation of raw materials, and it requires the removal of limestone rocks, bringing clay soils, preparing the required proportions of two materials, lime rocks and clay soils between (60-65%) and (20-25%) of clay soils, preparing the mixture of raw materials, burning the raw mixture and cooling it Then the clinker is ground and the cement is packed. The study showed that the Kufa and Najaf cement factories throw to the environment solid particles that are precipitated dust and the damaged mixtures that are thrown behind the Kufa cement factory and it is considered the main pollutant of the soil. Raw material, kiln operation, clinker cooling, grinding, circulation and packaging of products and in various cement formations, especially the stage of grinding materials in the dry method and in the clinker forming kiln. As for the liquid wastes, the two factories do not throw these wastes. As for the industrial water, it is reused in the cooling operations
The Significance of Taraxacum Officinale Wigg in Traditional Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Diseases
Herbal medicine is very useful in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Therapies developed in Western medicine are expensive and out of reach for most of the world's population, especially in less developed countries. Dandelion is considered a key anti-diabetic herb due to its anti-hyperglycemic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This is due to the presence of various bioactive components in dandelion, including polyphenols, sesquiterpenes, triterpenes, and phytosterols. The most important and comprehensively studied biologically active components of dandelion are chlorogenic acid (CHA), chicory acid, taraxasterol (TC), and sesquiterpene lactones (SEL). These components have great potential as anti-diabetic drugs and nutraceuticals for the management of diabetes.
 
Synthesis, Characterization, and Influence of Silver Nanoparticles against Phases of Musca Domestica
The achievement of this research was to study the influence of AgNPs on the life stages of Musca domestica. The supernatant of Trichoderma harzianum successfully reduces AgNO3 into AgNPs through the duration of incubation, as noticed by the color change from white to red. The absorbance of UV-visible light results in an absorbance peak at 418 nm for nanoparticle solutions of Ag particles. The SEM image confirmed the formation of AgNPs with an average particle size of 46.63 nm without aggregation or adhesion. The microscopy of energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) approved the formation of AgNPs with a high amount of some atoms of carbon and oxygen derivatives from components of fungus extract used to reduce AgNO3.
The concentration of AgNPs prepared with serial dilutions of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25%, also with sterilized distilled water as a control, The influence of AgNPs on phases of Musca domestica has been studied. The eggs of the studied insects were affected by 20% of AgNPs, which showed an increase in incubation time of 11 hours without any hatched eggs at 25%. The larval stage of the insect was also influenced by AgNPs solution, which at 25% increased the duration of incubation to reach 11 hours with 27 larval insects dead, compared with 7 hours without any missing membrane in the larval stage of the insect. As well as the pupal phase of insects, we increased the period of incubation to 10 hours with 7 hours in control, and in addition, the number of pupal insects dead reached 23 in 25% concentration. Finally, the AgNPs also increased the number of adult insects to reach 27 at 25% concentration. The AgNPs approved the activity toward Musca domestica and therefore considered it a preferable option to biological control

The Effect of Socioeconomic Status during Childhood on the Risk of Contracting H. Pylori
Sanitation and water quality would play an important role in the acquisition and spread of H. pylori. In addition, the United Nations designated 2008 as the "International Year of Sanitation" to raise awareness related to sanitation issues worldwide and advance the Millennium Development Goal of decreasing the number of 2.6 billion people who lack access to even the most basic sanitation by 2015. This study aimed to identify the Helicobacter pylori-related risk variables.
Methods
All patients, regardless of gender, aged between 17 and 65 years, were interviewed and were asked to complete the questionnaires developed in this study. Here, the participants were asked to present their stool samples to determine the presence of H. pylori with the help of the HpSAg kit. Thereafter, the data was assessed using the SPSS statistical software, and P-value =0.05 were regarded as statistically significant.
Results
Out of the 100 participants included in this study, 65 (65%) were male, whereas 35 (35%) were women. The participants who had drunk unfiltered water during their childhood presented the highest infection rate (87.5 %) with P-value<0.05; whereas the participants who drank filtered water during their childhood showed an infection rate of 50.0%.
Conclusions:
The results of this study showed that the socioeconomic status of the participants during their childhood could be considered a risk factor for H. pylori infections
