Ultrasound Comparative Morphometry in Patients with Conventional Cholecystectomy

    No full text
In recent years, in various fields of clinical medicine, a low-cost, highly informative method of ultrasound (synonyms: echography, sonography, ultrasonography) has have become widespread, diagnostic value, which is confirmed by the works of many domestic and foreign authors [1,4,6,7,8,10,11]. Ultrasound is elastic vibrations of particles of a material medium with a frequency of more than 20 kHz, i.e. above the threshold of perception by the human ear. Modern ultrasound equipment is based on the principle of echolocation, and all diagnostic devices operate in pulsed mode. It is important to know that in the emitting mode, the device's sensor works only 0.1% of the cycle time, while in the receiving mode - 99.9%. This rhythm of work is one of the factors that determine the safety of ultrasound examinations. Ultrasonography allows diagnosing hypertrophic diseases of the gallbladder, such as adenomyomatosis and cholesterol. The polypoid form of gallbladder cholesterol is especially well detected, and it is always necessary to conduct a differential diagnosis with cholelithiasis. The main difference is that the cholesterol polyp(s) do not produce an acoustic shadow and are not displaced by the position of the patient's body changes

Cardiovascular Continuum, Common Pathogenetic Links of Syntropy

    No full text
In the review article, the authors studied the pathogenetic aspects of damage to the heart and blood vessels in hypertension and coronary heart disease, which constitute cardiovascular syntropy. During the systematization of studies by modern authors, it was found that patients with elevated VEGF levels have a high risk of developing and progressing cardiovascular pathology, namely fibrosclerosis and myocardial hypertrophy on the background of arterial hypertension, regardless of its severity

Structurally-Morphological Development of the White Rat Thymus in Postnatal Ontogenesis

    No full text
The thymus is the central or primary organ of the lymphoid (immune) system. Its main functions are to ensure the maturation and differentiation of thymocytes, the integration of various populations of thymocytes and macrophages for the implementation of immune responses. The article examines and presents the latest scientific data on the development of the thymus, its structure and cellular composition. Both well-known sources and new literature were used. This article describes the external features of the thymus structure, internal structure, and cellular composition

The Structure of Cardiovascular Pathology in Childhood

    No full text
The structure of cardiovascular pathology in childhood has undergone significant changes in recent decades. The decrease in the proportion of rheumatic diseases and infectious myocardial lesions occurs against the background of an increase in the number of cases of congenital heart defects, heart rhythm and conduction disorders, cardio-myopathies. Cardiovascular pathology is one of the main causes of mortality regardless of age. Neonatal mortality prevails in the structure of infant mortality, accounting for more than 60% of all deaths in the first year of life. &nbsp

Predictive Parameter of Myocardoprotection in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure as a Consequence of Myocardial Infarction

263 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent MI were examined. Of these, men – 157, women – 106. The average age of all studied was 56.2 ± 1.9 years. Each patient underwent the following examinations: anamnesis collection and examination; general clinical and biochemical studies, electrocardiography (ECG). The manifestations of CHF of both groups were evaluated according to the New York classification, obtained from the results of the 6-minute walk test. In patients who have suffered a myocardial infarction with or without a Q wave, the complication of which was CHF; against the background of basic therapy, the use of FDP significantly effectively affected the quality of life

In this paper, we studied the clinical and structural and functional states of patients with coronary artery disease with concomitant arterial hypertension (AH) and obesity after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). This study was conducted on the basis of the Samarkand regional branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Cardiology (SRF RSNPMCC). We examined 80 patients with coronary artery disease with hypertension after CABG, with clinical signs of unstable angina. Among the examined persons, there were 52 (65%) males, 28 (35%) females . The age of the patients was determined in the range from 44 to 78 years. All patients underwent clinical and instrumental examinations, including ECG, echocardiography (ECHOCG), endovascular examination methods : coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and biochemical blood tests. With an increase in the degree of concomitant hypertension and impaired lipid metabolism in patients 1 year after the primary CABG surgery, the proportion of patients with severe CHF will increase, there was an increase in the percentage of patients with stable angina pectoris III-IV FC and unstable angina pectoris, as more severe forms of the disease, which was approved by ECG, ECHOCG

The article summarizes the basic provisions on the emerging ideas about the so-called immune system of the mucous membranes and, in particular, the intestine. Previously, the idea of cellular and humoral immunity was formed, then about the system of mononuclear phagocytes and, obviously, it is quite acceptable to isolate the immunity of the intestinal mucosa
