Experience Usage Terbizila in Treatment Microspore Children and Adults
One of the most common dermatomycosis (trichomycosis) is microsporia. These are common extreme treatment accessory diseases that affect the skin and its appendages (hair, rarely appendages), the skin and fur of animals. The disease is caused by various appendages of the genus Microsporum. Children's contingent of patients is considered: from infancy to 16 clothes, but the last daily microsporia relations are often present, adults on the ground and elderly children become ill together. Uzbekistan was marked with a high level of microsporia: in the 29th year 41.3 cases per 100 people 000 inhabitants, in 2020 - 48.1; 2021 - 43.0 words / 100 min. Among the causative agents of microsporia recently For 4 years there is only one standing microsporum - Microsporum lanosum, i.e. Fluff microsporum is the causative agent of zooanthropon microsporia. He became a cosmopolitan, as other authors write, it is parasitizing throughout the Eurasian continent (NP Malishevskaya., SN Nesterov, 2006)
Contribution of Biological Activity of Some Secondary Metabolites of Petroselinum Crispum (Mill.) Fuss, Against Bacteria Isolated From Patients' Urinary Tract Infections
Due to their potential to generate a diverse array of physiologically active metabolites, medicinal plants play a significant role in the creation of novel pharmaceutical and medical products. They are being researched as possible targets for discovering new antibiotic compounds. Results from the agar well diffusion method demonstrated Petroselinum crispum's antibacterial efficacy against a few human pathogenic bacteria.
Four different plant extract concentrations were used: 25, 50, 75, and 100 mg/ml. The maximum inhibition zone for the ethanolic extract of P. crispum against P. mirabilis was 36.0 mm at a 25 mg/ml dose. In comparison, the minimum inhibition zone for P. aeruginosa measured 6.66 mm. At 100 mg/ml, the inhibition zone of P. crispum hexane extract was the largest (34.3 and 31.0 mm.) against P. mirabilis and E. coli, respectively. In contrast, Staphylococcus aureus had the lowest inhibition zone (5.00 mm). While harmful bacteria were suppressed to varying degrees at concentrations less than 100 mg/ml, several bacterial strains shown resistance to plant extracts at low doses. According to the results of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) examination, the chemical composition analysis of the Petroselinum crispum extract had a high concentration of organic components
Crisis Behavior in Anxiety-Depressive Disorders in Alcoholic Patients after the Covid-19 Pandemic
All over the world, before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, the problem of alcohol dependence remains a high level of health care problems. According to statistics, before the Covid-19 pandemic, about 12-14% of all deaths were related to alcohol consumption. According to some analysts, this indicator has slightly increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suicide and other similar addictions occur more often in patients with alcohol dependence syndrome than in people without similar dependence. Alcohol dependence syndrome and autoaggressive behavior depend on the personal characteristics of patients
Experience in the Use of an Immunomodulator in the Complex Treatment of Patients with Resistant Forms of Paranoid Schizophrenia
The problem of therapeutic (medical) resistance is quite complex and relevant. The emergence of new antipsychotic drugs, as well as special methods designed to affect resistance, the number of patients who do not respond to drugs remains constant and is 30%
Parasurgical Management of Pilonidal Sinus by Ksharsootra: A Boon of Ayurveda
Pilonidal sinus occurs in natal cleft i.e cleavage between two buttocks which causes extreme discomfort, embarrasement and a great trouble to the patient. Pilo i.e hairs, nidal i.e nest and sinus i.e an abnormal one ended track i.e nadi vrana. Means chief etiology here vis having more hairs in anal and perianal region which penetrates the skin and enters through it which makes an abnormal track which gets infected and oozes purulent discharge through it. This disease is found more common in males than females having hairy nature of mens. In modern surgical sciences it is treated by Excision of the track with primary closure along with reconstructive flap. The risk of recurrence of and developing an infection of the wound post operatively is very high along with great trouble and inconvenience to the patient. Moreover patient requires longer hospitalization and expensive surgical procedure. Since there is similarity between shalyaj nadi vran described in sushrut Samhita and pilonidal sinus. Acharya Sushrut has advocated minimally invasive anushalya kriya i.e ksharsootra treatment. hence this treatment was tried in pilonidal sinus and described in case study here. Ksharsootra treatment not only lowers the complications and recurrences but enables the patient to resume his work earliest with lesser discomfort, lesser expenses and lesser troubles also
Find Out Related Results of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery With Various Techniques of Anesthesia
Background: Laparoscopic procedures are often referred to as "minimally invasive." The term minimal pertains to surgical trauma, pain, and the length of hospitalization.
Aim: To assess the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery outcomes through a comparison between general anaesthesia and regional anaesthesia.
Patients and methods: This paper presents a cross-sectional study that evaluates outcomes associated with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery using various anesthesia techniques. The study employs SPSS and Excel programs to analyse the clinical outcomes of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. To establish the methodology, we gathered data from hospitals in different in Iraq between March 9th, 2021, and June 16th, 2022. Exclusion criteria were divided into two groups: the first group consisted of 60 cases where general anaesthesia was used, and the second group involved 40 cases where regional anaesthesia was used, resulting in a total of 100 cases. The databases were divided into two groups: the first group consisted of 60 cases where general anaesthesia was used, and the second group involved 40 cases where regional anaesthesia was used, resulting in a total of 100 cases. This study was assessed postoperative pain through 24 hours by VAS scale. Besides to that, this study was determined with secondary outcomes in terms of post-operative complications, length of stays in hospital, and PONV (%).
Results and discussion: Our study was discussed about effective of laparoscopy surgery with regional anesthesia in gynecological surgery, in contrast to general anesthesia. Due to that, our study enrolled less pain in the regional anesthesia group, specifically during the first hours after surgery, which result to a quick process of recovery to the side of resumption of bowel motility, length of hospital stays, and post-operative complications. As a result, the rate of complications was higher in the general anaesthesia group with 12 (20%) than regional anaesthesia with 4 (10%)
Analyze Acute Paraproctitis
Acute paraproctitis is one of the most prevalent disorders in emergency proctology, with a prevalence that, according to our data, ranks first in the hierarchy of proctological diseases. The most complicated type of purulent inflammatory disease is acute paraproctitis. According to the literature, individuals with acute paraproctitis account for 0.5-4% of those with general surgical pathology and 20-40% of those with proctological disease structure. The growing number of these individuals, along with a surge in microbial resistance, necessitates the development of more effective therapies
Assessment Of The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Cardiac Pathology Who Have Experienced Covid-19
To date, the global scientific community has not developed uniform approaches to defining the terms “long-Covid” and “post-Covid syndrome,” although these concepts appeared more than a year ago, several months after the start of the pandemic. WHO is also still at the stage of presenting a protocol that is designed to advance issues regarding the formulation of a definition of post-Covid syndrome. Patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) constitute a special risk group in the context of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus infection. The spread of COVID-19 poses a particular danger in relation to decompensation of existing chronic diseases, specific damage to the cardiovascular system, especially in the case of severe COVID-19 and a high risk of adverse outcomes in patients with CVD
