    Hemodynamic Disorders in Acute Intestinal Obstruction in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

    The role of hepatoprotective correction in the treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction in patients with diffuse liver diseases is considered and studied. 106 patients with acute intestinal obstruction on the background of diffuse liver diseases were examined. The pathogenetic aspects of the development of enteral insufficiency syndrome in this category of patients have been studied in detail. Modern hepatoprotective drugs were included in the complex preoperative and postoperative treatment. The positive effect of this algorithm on the prevention and reduction of the progression and development of liver failure and enteral insufficiency syndrome is substantiated

    The article describes the analysis of the causes of massive obstetric hemorrhage, treatment features, possible errors made by conservative and surgical treatment. The main causes of massive obstetric hemorrhage were postpartum atony of the uterus, detachment of a normally located placenta and placenta previa. The amount of lost blood averaged 2,410.45 ± 520.55 ml. Mistakes made during the clinical examination, surgical, conservative treatment and organizational issues led to 5 cases of maternal mortality and a deterioration in the quality of life of a woman in the study group
