Education Policy Instability in Nigeria and Implications for Educational Development in Nigeria
Changes in educational policies are one of the major attributes of the Nigerian educational system. This paper examined the causes of educational policy instability in Nigeria and its implications on educational development. The paper employed quantitative and qualitative data. The data were collected from both print and published papers from online publications. The paper concluded that the causes for educational policy instability in the Nigerian educational sector include; capital intensive, poor consultation, political instability, poor coordination and cooperation of policy formulation (lack of synergy between bodies that develop policies), the appointment of Non-professionals as heads of educational institutions, dynamics in educational system and practices and poor formulation of educational policies. The paper also identified wastage in educational resources, low space of development in education and increment of administrative and management expenditure as effects of educational policy instability in the Nigerian educational system. Based on these problems identified, the paper hereby recommended that the government should ensure adequate budgetary allocation to the educational sector for the implementation of educational policies and professionals should be employed in the formulation of educational policies to avoid poor formulation of education policies

this article attempts to reveal the main reasons for the development of a staged treatment of patients with lesions of the oral mucosa with lichen planus, recommendations for the treatment of this pathology for dermatovenereologists and dentists. To carry out scientific work, the author involved 527 patients with lichen planus with localizations of rashes in the oral cavity. Conducted a clinical, laboratory and psychological study of patients in the process of treatment in the dermatovenerological department of the regional clinical hospital. Integrated System of Measures for the Treatment of Papillomavirus Infection
this article attempts to reveal the main reasons for the creation of a comprehensive system of measures for the treatment of human papillomavirus infection (PVI) and a significant reduction in the recurrence of the disease. To carry out scientific work, the author found that HPV type 16 among patients with cervical cancer is detected in 68.3% of cases, HPV type 18 - in 11.7% of cases. A comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of monotherapy and combined treatment of PVI was carried out in 98 patients (age 25–37 years) with localization of tumor elements in the external genital area. Group I (52 people) consisted of patients who were treated only with the method of laser therapy (copper vapor laser 578 nm "Yakhroma-Med", which selectively affects the pathological tissue). Group II (46 people) consisted of patients who received combined treatment: laser destruction, epithelialization occurred within 5–7 days, after which Keravort cream (5% imiquimod) was administered externally, which was applied to the entire surface of the skin where condylomas were localized, capturing visibly healthy skin 1 cm in diameter at night 3 times a week for 4-8 weeks. this article attempts to reveal the main reasons for the analysis of the detection of T. vaginalis in newborns with life-threatening conditions. To carry out scientific work, the author conducted a study conducted on children who had a serious condition and were treated in the intensive care unit. For the study, a swab was taken from the oral mucosa of a newborn, from which amplification of nucleic acids was carried out by a molecular biological method using the Amplisens @ kit of multiplex real-time PCR. The problem in question is still little studied, therefore, requires more thorough research.
