No full textthis article attempts to reveal the main reasons for the influence of the duration of autoimmune pathology on the effectiveness of the treatment of onychomycosis of the feet. To carry out scientific work, the author observed 150 patients in the rheumatology department of the Altai Regional Clinical Hospital aged 18 to 70 years with autoimmune pathology and onychomycosis of the feet. The control group included 115 patients with onychomycosis of the feet without concomitant somatic diseases, examined and treated in the consultative and diagnostic department. The problem in question is still little studied, therefore, requires more thorough research

To carry out scientific work, the author conducted a study of the venous blood of 35 patients with focal forms of HA in the progressive stage of the disease (main group; mean age 34.1±2.0 years) and 31 healthy individuals (comparison group; mean age 30.5±1 ,8 years). The problem in question is still little studied, and therefore requires more thorough research
Studying the Role of Psychogenic Factors in the Development of Diffusive Alopecia
No full textthis article attempts to reveal the main reasons for the study of the role of psychogenic factors in the development of diffuse alopecia and the method of effective treatment of patients. To carry out scientific work, the author took into account the anamnestic data of patients with diffuse hair loss, indicating a significant role of psycho-traumatic factors that preceded the development of diffuse alopecia, as well as frequent complaints of patients on psycho-emotional instability (sudden mood swings, irritability, tearfulness, sleep disturbance, hand tremor, "nervous tic"), control (comparison) groups were formed: patients with androgenetic alopecia and healthy individuals (who did not complain of hair loss) comparable in sex and age. The problem in question has not been studied enough, therefore, it requires more careful research

During the reign of the last righteous caliph, Ali ibn Abu Talib, a severe turmoil took place in the Muslim state because of the question of the conformity of Ali's coming to power with Islamic legality. Its roots lay in the dissatisfaction of many ordinary Muslims with the concentration of significant land areas in the hands of the highest officials of the state and the growing property inequality in the Muslim environment.
