Selection the Optimal Structure and Hygienic Parameters of A Package of Materials For Special Clothing
The article covers the problem of selecting the optimal material package for special clothing in order to develop high-quality special clothing for workers of cold stores in newly established clusters in Uzbekistan. In order to select the optimal structure and hygienic parameters of a package of special clothing, the dependence of their hygienic properties on the thickness and composition of the package was studied. As a heating layer of the packages, layers of cotton, wool and padding polyester of different thicknesses were used, and 10 options of material package of different thicknesses and contents were prepared for the experiment
Effects of Gamification on Mathematics Skills Among Preschool Children in Ibadan South-West Local Government
This study investigates the impact of gamification on preschool children's mathematics skills in Ibadan metropolis, addressing the gap in understanding how gamified learning affects early mathematical abilities such as counting, sorting, and spatial reasoning. Using a quasi-experimental design with both quantitative and qualitative methods, the research compared the effectiveness of gamified versus conventional teaching approaches with 60 preschool children (30 experimental, 30 control) and 10 teachers. Data were collected through a validated Mathematics Skills Test and teacher interviews. Results showed significant improvements in the experimental group’s skills, while qualitative findings highlighted both benefits and challenges in implementation. The study recommends providing teacher training, resources, and promoting parental involvement to enhance the effectiveness of gamification in early childhood education

Detection the Associated Factors and Medications Used in Renal Transplantation of Osteoporosis Patients
Background: Osteoporosis is considered one of the complications that occur post renal transplantation. The pathophysiology of underlying bone disorders after renal transplantation results from a variety of causes, such as immunosuppression drugs and alterations in the parathyroid hormone level, vitamin D level as well as changes in mineral metabolism.
Aim of study: to detect the associated factors and medications used in renal transplantation of Osteoporosis in a sample of Iraqi patients.
Patients and Methods: A cross sectional study conducted in Baghdad Renal Transplant Center in Iraq, over a period of 12 months from Jan-2017 to Dec-2017 on 90 candidate (67 males and 23 females). A Questionnaire used to collect data, history was taken, thorough examination was done including height and weight to estimate BMI, all participants were sent for serum creatinine, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, vitamin D.
Results: Mean age of study patients was 37.48 ± 12.96 years; 74.4% were males and 77.8% were married. 51.1% of them had normal body mass index and 71.1% lived in urban areas. The cause of renal transplant was unknown in 72.2% of cases and 93.3% of the patients did renal transplant once. Serum Calcium was normal in 70% of them. Osteoporosis was seen in 47.8% of cases. Diabetes mellitus, causes of renal failure and number of renal transplant, Vitamin D deficiency were considered as significantly associated with osteoporosis after renal transplantation.
Conclusions: There is a high prevalence of osteoporosis among Iraqi patients after renal transplantation. And they included several complications such as renal failure, number of renal transplantation and vitamin D deficiency were significant risk factors that associated with osteoporosis after renal transplantation
Parenteral Drugs Administration Errors in Humans and the Complications Results from That in Al-Diwaniyah General Teaching Hospital
The current cross-sectional study included (94) cases, it was distributed into (43, 16, 15, 20) which resulted from the wrong injection of the treatment in the areas (IM, IV, SC and ID, respectively). The patients' ages ranged from 10 months to 70 years, with an average age of 28.92 years. The experiment was random. We analyzed the basic data to monitor the injection error. Samples were collected from Al-Diwaniyah General Teaching Hospital, Women and Children Teaching Hospital, Al-Iskan Health Center, and Al-Taqiyah Health Center, in the period from November 2021 to April 2022, most of the disease cases resulting from injection error varied in the genders of the infection between males and females, and the type of drug substance (ampoule, vial) had a clear effect on the changes and complications of the error at the injection site, and this appeared with statistically significant differences ( p < 0.05). It was also noted the emergence of some signs accompanied by complications, the effect of which was clear in the difficulty of walking, pain, itching and redness accompanied by numbness and swelling, as well as cyanosis and stiffness at the injection site, and this led to the emergence of statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). The relationship between the types of treatments and the relationship between the types of treatments and the complications of injection error was also clear. It was noted that the used treatments are paracetamol, antibiotic drugs, decadron, heparin, filler, insulin, tuberculin test, sensitivity test, and the cannula, where changes appeared in the injection area accompanied by the previously mentioned complications. It should be noted that most cases recovered (26%), leaving only slight marks after recovery. Aims to identify the errors of the most important methods of injection and complications resulting from them to reduce medication errors. When feeling one of the signs of a therapeutic allergic reaction immediately after the injection, you should go to the doctor or seek health care immediately, and more research should be done to discover the causes of injection errors, as well as work on more research to discover the causes of injection error, monitoring health professionals , training them, and developing their practical and scientific skills to avoid error
The Relation between Heavy Elements Level and Cataracts and Glaucoma Disease
The pathophysiology of a number of major ophthalmological conditions, including cataracts, retinopathy caused by diabetes, age-associated macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, and others, are significantly impacted by trace minerals. The purpose of the research was to quantify changes in the quantities of chemical ingredients in the water-based humor of individuals having cataract procedures. It's a diagnostic research to evaluate more than 60 components found in the fluid from cataract sufferers' posterior chambers of the eyes. The aim of the study was to analysis and relationship between heavy elements level and cataracts and glaucoma disease. The intricate multivariate pathophysiology of open-angle cataracts may involve trace components. The most prevalent kind of persistent, degenerative visual neurological conditions, primary open-angle glaucoma, or POAG, is marked by a gradual deterioration of the ganglion cells of the retina and their nerve endings, which leads to a diminished vision

Rebozo Technique on Labor Pain Intensity in Multigravida Mothers
Childbirth is a process where the baby, placenta and amniotic membranes emerge from the mother's womb at term without any complications. During the birthing process, the ability and skills of the helper greatly influence the comfort and smoothness of the birth. The care provided can be adjusted to the mother's condition. The rebozo technique can be used during labor to help the muscle fibers in the uterine ligament relax, thereby reducing pain and creating positive psychological and social effects, so that the mother who gives birth is relaxed, all the muscle layers in the uterus will work together in harmony so that labor goes smoothly, easy, and comfortable. This study aims to determine the effect of the rebozo technique on pain intensity during the labor process. This research design uses pre-experimental techniques with a satisfic group comparison design approach to determine the effect of the rebozo technique on pain intensity. The results of analysis using the rebozo technique obtained a mean value of 1.20 with p = value 0.000. There is an influence of the rebozo technique on the intensity of pain during the labor process. The rebozo technique can be applied to any normal delivery process
