: In general, tuberculosis control in 2020-2024 aims to accelerate Indonesia's efforts to eliminate tuberculosis by 2030, and end the tuberculosis epidemic by 2050 (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2020). TB controls efforts are carried out with Direct Observed Treatment Short Courses (DOTS). The use of DOTS and eradication of TB is a treatment with direct supervision. Samples The samples is a portions of the number and characteristics of a population of 74 respondents. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate and multivariate using the Chi-square analysis technique. This research began from April to May 2024. The results of medication adherence for TB patients mostly occurred in people aged 45-65 years, low to medium education, working in the private sector, with poor knowledge, poor motivation and lacking family support. There is a relationship between education and adherence to medication in TB patients (p-value 0.002), Employment Status (p-value 0.012), Knowledge (p-value 0.004), Motivation (p-value 0.005), Family Support (p- value 0.002). Mitigating Zambia's Energy Crisis: Transitioning Beyond Hydropower Reliance
Because hydropower accounts for more than 80% of Zambia's electrical supply, the country's energy sector faces significant obstacles. Droughts and erratic rainfall patterns brought on by climate change have revealed serious weaknesses, leading to frequent power outages. Even though there are many renewable energy sources, such as biomass, wind, and solar, their inte-gration is still somewhat limited. This study uses qualitative analysis of secondary data, including policy reviews and case studies, to examine the viability of diversifying Zambia's energy mix. The results demonstrate the enormous potential of solar energy, when combined with wind and biomass, to stabilize the energy supply and reduce the hazards associated with hydropower. Successful energy diversification requires technology advancement, policy changes, and regional cooperation. The ramifications highlight a path toward sustainable energy security, supporting Zambia's environmental sustainability and economic resilience
The Trial of the Use of Oral Albendazole in the Treatment of Scabies Patients
Scabies is one of six epidermal parasitic skin diseases, which is either prevalent in resource-poor settings or is associated with significant morbidity. The clinical presentation of human scabies is characterised by pruritus, nocturnal exacerbation, and the appearance of scab nodules with visible skin burrows. These are typically observed as garish white, slightly scaly, tortuous lines measuring up to one centimetre in length. The classical location of these lesions is in the interdigital spaces of the hands, the flexural surface of the wrists, elbows, genitalia, axillae, umbilicus, belt line, nipples, and buttocks. This distribution of lesions is considered a pathognomonic sign. The objective of the study was to assess the efficacy of oral albendazole in the treatment of scabies patients. This was a selective, comparative, and therapeutic study conducted on patients at-tending the outpatient clinic of the dermatology department at Salahaden General Hospital and private clinics. A total of 150 patients aged over 18 years who had been diagnosed with scabies were randomly divided into three therapeutic groups with an equal number of participants in each. A total of 90 patients completed the study. Of the total number of participants, 57 were male, and the remaining 43 were female. The results are as follows; the three groups of patients differed significantly in age, with the majority of males being older than females. The age distribution was as follows: 66.67%, 65.52%, and 59.46% for the male and female groups, respectively. The age distribution for the male and female groups was as follows: 45.84%, 55.18%, and 45%. 94 (of whom 58.35% had a primary school degree) % 68.96 (,) % 64.86). Low socioeconomic status, with the additional factor of However, the ivermectin tablet demonstrated only minimal improvement within the two-week follow-up period, while the albendazole tablet exhibited no discernible response. It is recommended that improvements be made to socioeconomic and hygienic condi-tions, as well as the promotion of more efficient health services

To Study the Main Factors Causing Cutaneous Leishmaniasis and the Impact of These Factors on the Incidence Rate
In order to increase the effectiveness of measures to prevent skin leishmaniasis in cities and districts, we analyzed the epidemiological examination cards of 120 patients registered in Surkhandarya region. Epidemiological examination cards were obtained according to the level of spread of the disease in relation to 3 regions: hyperendemic, mesoendemic and hypoendemic. Hyperendemic areas are 29 from the city of Termiz, 23 from Termiz district, 24 from Jarkurgan district, and 12 from Angor district. Mesoendemic areas are 11 from Kumkurgan district, 8 from Boysun district, and 6 from Sherabod district. Hypoendemic areas - 4 from Muzrabot district, 3 from Kyziriq district. Human social activity has led to changes in the composition of the disease among young people. If we take the figures from 1960-1966, sick children accounted for about 70.0%, and adults for 30.0%. In 1986, the analysis of the age-related structure of cutaneous leishmaniasis shows that in Uzbekistan, children under 14 years old make up 21.7%, and adults (15 years old) make up 78.3%. Data on the average number of leishmania in one patient were studied. E.M. According to Pershina, an average of 11.4 wounds per patient, A.Sh. According to Vaisov - 4.2, M.K. Sharipov and others note that 80% of patients have 1-3 wounds

Television Talk Shows in Light of the Theory of Conversational Implicatuer: A Media Pragmatic Approach
The objective of this research is to analyze TV talk shows through the lens of conversational implicature theory, with the aim of assessing the extent to which these televised discussions align with the principles developed by "Paul Grice" for ordinary conversation. The study delves into the application of Grice's theory to TV talk shows, specifically focusing on how these discussions deviate from the maxims of quantity, quality, manner, relevance, relation, or appropriateness by utilizing conversational implicature. In addition, the research identifies these deviations by employing the theory in a study of political talk shows, investigating the potential extraction of implied meanings from the dialogue of guests. The findings suggest that these deviations serve implicit purposes at a deeper level of communication, motives not explicitly revealed by guests or program hosts due to various factors such as ethical, social, psychological, or personal considerations.
