Results of Determining the Calif Colibacteriosis Sensitivity to Antibiotics
The article details the findings of an investigation on the antimicrobial drug sensitivity of isolated E. coli cultures from ill calves using the technique of paper disks impregnated with an antimicrobial agent. High antibiotic action was demonstrated against E. coli cultures; limoxin and tylosin were not sensitive, nor were ditrim, enraflox, or penstrep. However, only enraflox and penstrep were found to be active when their impact on the intestine's overall microbial environment was tested
Conversion of Waste to Energy in Iraq: A Review
Waste-to-energy (WTE) is a process of converting waste into electricity or heat. It is a sustainable and environmentally friendly way to manage waste, and it can help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reliance on fossil fuels. Iraq generates a large amount of waste each year, and WTE has the potential to play a significant role in meeting the country's energy needs. This research paper provides an overview of WTE technologies, their benefits and challenges, and their potential for application in Iraq. It also reviews the current status of WTE development in Iraq and identifies opportunities for future growth. The paper concludes that WTE has the potential to be a valuable tool for Iraq's waste management and energy sectors. However, it is important to carefully consider the specific needs of Iraq when selecting and implementing WTE technologies.

Dynamics of Change in the Amount of Moisture, Ash and Total Organic Substances in the Content of Chicken Femuras During Postnatal Ontogenesis
The dynamics of changes in the relative indicators of natural moisture, ash and total organic matter in the femur of egg-laying chickens during postnatal ontogeny were studied. matter It was found that the relative amount of natural moisture content of the femur bone is slightly higher on the first day of postnatal ontogenesis, it gradually decreases until 570 days, the ash content increases rapidly from the first day to 120 days of postnatal ontogenesis, it continues this state without noticeable changes from 168 days to 570 days, the relative amount of total organic matter index is higher in one-day-old chicks, it decreases until 168 days of postnatal ontogeny, and does not change significantly from 280 to 570 days

Method of Growing Tomato on Small-Volume Soils in Greenhouses in Syrdarya Region
One of the main achievements in growing tomatoes in film greenhouses is low equipment costs, a reduction in water consumption by 50-60%, a reduction in fertilizer consumption by 40-45%, a reduction in labor costs by 40-50%, a significant reduction in pests, and weed control. The yield of greenhouse tomatoes increases by 20-25%
Pattern of appearance of Whale Sharks (Rhincodon typus) Botubarani Gorontalo Based on Satellite Marker Monitoring
This research aims to determine the spatio-temporal distribution of Whale Sharks in Tomini Bay using satellite markers on Botubarani Beach, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The subjects of this research were two individual whale sharks that had satellite tags attached to them as well as whale sharks that appeared at the time the research was conducted. The method used in this research is (1) photo ID to differentiate between individual types of whale sharks, (2) using satellite-based technology, by installing 2 (two) satellite tagging units of the Finmount Tag type on ID 53 whale sharks with body length measurements. 4.16 meters and the ID 55 measures 4.77 meters. The research was conducted from April 2023 to August 2023. The migration patterns of individual whale sharks attached with satellite tags show that they have a tendency to keep returning to the Botubarani coast of Gorontalo with different spatial and temporal distribution patterns. In terms of the number of appearances of the two individuals after installing fine markers for Whale Shark ID 53 in the period of 1 (one) year, it was recorded that 58 times were recorded in the waters of Botubarani, Gorontalo and its surroundings. Meanwhile, Whale Shark ID 55 in the same period was only recorded 21 times in the waters of Botubarani Gorontalo beach. Most of the Whale Shark aggregation locations in Tomini Bay identified through satellite tagging data on these two individuals have not yet entered the conservation area. The results of this satellite tagging method can be a basis for future reference for establishing conservation areas, especially in Tomini Bay for protection, preservation and sustainable use. limited and responsible for the existence of whale sharks
Analgesic Effects of Lignocaine Alone and in Combination with Meloxicam Administered Epidurally in Dogs Undergoing Femoral Exposure
The experiment was done to evaluate and compare the analgesic effects of lignocaine alone and in combination with meloxicam administered epidurally in dogs undergoing femoral exposure. Eight (n=8) apparently healthy Nigeria local dogs with average weight 9.6kg were used for the research. They were randomly grouped into two groups (A and B) of four dogs each. Pain assessment was done using physiologic parameters (temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate), haematologic parameters (total WBC count and differential neutrophil count) mined using clinical algometer at o minute and subsequently and 30, 60, 90,120,150 and 180 minutes respectively. The mean values of each parameter were subjected to student t-test with p-values (0.05).Pain threshold showed no significant difference between group A and B (p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups with respect to rectal temperature (p>0.05). For pulse rate, significant difference was observed between group A and B(p<0.05).For respiratory rate, there was significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).Differential neutrophil count statistical analysis revealed no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).There was no significant difference at any time interval between the two groups with respect to Complete White Blood Cell Count(p>0.05).It was concluded that combined lignocaine and meloxicam administered epidurally rendered prolong analgesia than use of lignocaine alone without any postsurgical complication

Socio-Demogratics Characteristics Associated with HIV-TB Co-Infection Among Clients Seeking Care at Dot Center in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria
In Nigeria, co-infection with the HIV virus and tuberculosis (TB) is a highly serious public health threat. Co-infection with the other is very common among individuals who have been diagnosed as having either of the diseases. But the literature lacks thorough research examining the distributions and correlates of TB/HIV co-infections among patients visiting TB clinics in Ibadan. This study aimed to determine the socio-demographics characteristics associated with HIV-TB co-infection among clients seeking care at dot center in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. A cross-sectional study design was carried out among 500 TB/ HIV clinic participants in Ibadan, Nigeria. A straightforward irregular testing strategy was utilized to choose 8 TB clinics in Ibadan from the list of all clinics advertising THCS in Ibadan. A questionnaire survey was utilized to inspire data on TB/HIV status, chance components and information of HIV and TB from all members who agreed to be met. Graphic insights, Chi-square test and calculated relapse were utilized for information investigation at 5% level of critical. Cruel age of the patients was 33.98±13.15 a long time. The overall prevalence of TB/HIV co-infection among the participants was found to be (41.6%). Prevalence of TB/HIV co-infection were highest (11.2% and 14.8%) among participants in age group 20-29 years and 30-39 years respectively. More females (25.2%) than males (16.4%) had been infected with TB/HIV co- infection. While the prevalence was 20.6% and 16.4% among the married and the unmarried respectively. The Chi-square test's findings indicate that TB/HIV co-infection was linked to a history of TB and HIV drug defaults. Paid sex, having several partners, Relationship status and participants' jobs. Also, Multiple sex partners (OR = 6.0, 95% CI: 2.4-15.0), Extra-vaginal intercourse (OR= 0.3, 95% CI: 0.1- 0.8) and Paid sex (OR= 0.1, 95% CI: 0.5-0.7) were found to be associated with TB/HIV co-infection among the participants. The study found that the 10- to 49-year-old age group had the highest rate of co-infection. This suggests that the majority of TB/HIV co-infection affects the productive age group. Additionally, people who had more than one sex partner (OR=6.01) those whose partners are residing with them(OR=1.45) and those with formal education(OR=1.59) are more likely to have TB/HIV co-infection while those with History of anti-TB drug default(OR=0.54), History of anti-retroviral drug default(OR=0.49), those who practice Extra-vaginal intercourse(OR=0.346) and paid sex(OR=0.19) are less likely to be TB/HIV co-infected. TB/HIV control programs that educate people on the prevalence and focus on these subgroups are likely to decrease the joint burden of TB and HIV
