Cardiorespiratory Disorders in Patients Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Clinical and functional study was carried out in pulmonology department of multidisciplinary clinic of TMA in 44 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease aged 40 to 72 years. The average duration of the disease was 20,2 years. Analysis of clinical course of COPD showed that with the degree of the disease there was not only an increase in the intensity of clinical manifestations, but also aggravation of cardio-respiratory disturbances, characterized by heart rhythm disturbances (69,2%), shift of the electric axis to the right(30,7%), presence of P-pulmonale (92,3%)
Clinical Course of Trophic Ulcers of the Oral Mucosa in Post-Covid Patients
This article highlights the results of a study conducted in patients with trophic ulcers after COVID-19. It also describes the pathomorphological changes in patients with trophic ulcers of the oral mucosa who have experienced COVID-19, and the pathogistological composition of swabs taken from these ulcers. Clinical changes in patients with trophic ulcers of the oral mucosa after COVID-19 were also investigated in this study
Specific Characteristics of the Use of Antibiotics in Traumatic Wounds
Human life is closely connected with the plant world. In the course of evolutionary development, the human body has adapted to proteins, carbohydrates, fats and the most diverse biologically active substances (vitamins, macro and microelements, organic acids, etc.) of plant origin, without which the normal course of life processes and the development of the body as a whole are impossible
Improvement of Endoprosthetics of Hip Bone Praximal Part Deformations in Coxarthrosis
We observed 269 patients who underwent complex hip arthroplasty: patients with dysplastic coxarthrosis, after corrective osteotomies, with deformities of the proximal femur, with deformities and defects of the acetabulum, and with limb shortening by more than 4 cm. Features of surgical interventions are described. ,techniques in various situations, immediate and long-term results of operations with complex endoprosthetics
The Significance of Factors in Forming Attitude to Immunophrophylaxis and the Problems of Immunophrophylaxis
The article presents an investigation of information on immunoproflictics from diverse nations and ponders the variables affecting the arrangement of states of mind towards inoculation among the populace, as well as information on the issues of uncertainty with respect to inoculation among the populace and therapeutic specialists. The information of ponders conducted among therapeutic experts with respect to immunization amid the COVID-19 widespread are displayed
Modern Obstetric Aspects of Prognosis and Management of Post-Term Pregnancy
In accordance with the tasks of the scientific study, a survey of 120 pregnant women who are in the maternity ward and the department of pathology of pregnant women of the Regional Perinatal Center will be carried out. Of these, 40 women with a post-term pregnancy of 42 weeks or more (group 1), 40 women with a prolonged pregnancy (group 2) and 40 women with a full-term pregnancy at a period of 38-40 weeks, which ended in urgent spontaneous delivery (group 3)
Specific Features of Internal Medicine Propidevtics
This publication opens a series of authorial lectures devoted to questions of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases, primarily based on the material of cardiovascular, endocrine and bronchopulmonary pathology. Propedeutics is widely interpreted by authors as an Introduction to Internal Medicine; therefore, these lectures also contain clinical pathophysiological material
Atypical Pneumonia in Children Immunological Features
Recent studies indicate an increasing role in the development of bronchopulmonary diseases in children of atypical pneumotropic pathogens, such as Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, respiratory viruses, etc. The term "atypical pneumonia" (caused by these pathogens) was introduced 20-30 years ago due to their different course from typical pneumonias caused by extracellular agents - streptococci, staphylococci, etc., as well as the difficulty and rarity of their detection in previous years. Today the situation has changed. The technical and methodological possibilities for the diagnosis of these infections have been revealed and approaches to the etiotropic treatment of diseases caused by them have been identified
Tactics of Treatment of Neurotrophic Corneal Ulcers
Neurotrophic keratitis or trophic corneal ulcer occupies a special place in the structure of corneal pathology. Trophic corneal ulcer can be caused by both local (trauma, tumor, inflammation) and systemic processes (syndromic and endocrine pathology, consequences of damage to the central nervous system). there is often a combination of local and systemic factors . In most cases, the ulcer is accompanied by damage to the trigeminal and facial cranial nerves. Despite the treatment, trophic ulcer often ends with the development of severe keratouveitis and endophthalmitis with the loss of an eye
COMPARATIVE IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH MULTIPLE AND EXTENSIVELY DRUG RESISTANCE
The human respiratory system is constantly and directly in contact with the external environment, carrying out gas exchange and at the same time being exposed to a wide range of various antigens of plant and animal origin. For a reason, the acrogenic mechanism of transmission of infection is considered one of the most common and fastest ways of transmitting infectious diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms. The stages of development and formation of specific adaptive immunity of tuberculosis infection are widely and in detail covered in the scientific literature, however, the issues related to the participation of the immune system in the pathogenesis of the occurrence of clinically significant tuberculosis lesions, as well as various forms of the disease, remain poorly understood
