Advancements in Laser Eye Surgery Through Sectional Study
Background: Laser in situ corneal surgery (LASIK) This technique has been considered as the most widespread and most widely performed refractive intervention in eye surgery in the world, which may show a high satisfaction index among patients after surgery. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the results of vision quality for patients suffering from myopia and astigmatism after LASIK surgery. Patients and methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study of 74 patients ages 28-54 who suffered from myopia and astigmatism who underwent LASIK surgery. This study extended from February 16, 2022, to September 9, 2023. This study determined the importance of LASIK surgery in improving the visual function of patients in the long term in terms of satisfaction and happiness after surgery, functional improvement, and achieving the expected quality of vision. Results: Our results found that the percentage of males, which included 47 patients, was greater than that of females, which included 27 patients. The data for both surgery time were (22.46 ± 0.8) minutes, and corneal thickness was (498 ± 4.0 microns, recovery time was (3.6 ± 2.4) days. Our outcomes found that the surgery to be a good option, and it was 98%. The main goal was achieved. It was 96%. They were satisfied with the result. It was 95.40%. Happiness after LASIK was 99%. Conclusion: LASIK surgery has shown that the surgical procedure is the most healing, the quickest to perform, and the safest, which increases functional improvement and which contributes significantly.
Great quality optical resolution. Our results confirm that there is great patient satisfaction with LASIK surgery, which is attributed to the quality of this surgery, which improves visual ability in a safer and more accurate way
Smart Cards Reshape Iraqi Banking Service Quality
This research investigates the impact of smart card banking services on perceived service quality in Iraqi commercial banks, aiming to assess the level of adoption and its correlation with customer satisfaction. Key findings reveal shortcomings in ATM and POS infrastructure alongside deficiencies in technical and marketing aspects, urging a focus on service enhancement. Results indicate a positive relationship between smart card services and perceived quality, suggesting improvements in smart card offerings can positively influence customer perception. Recommendations include expanding ATM and POS networks, investing in technical expertise, and prioritizing market research for service innovation. Additionally, enhancing communication infrastructure and regulatory collaboration are crucial for overcoming existing challenges. These findings underscore the importance of adapting banking services to meet customer expectations effectively and highlight avenues for future research to explore long-term impacts and optimization strategies
EDITING OF TRANSLATED WORKS
According to current requirements, any work should be translated both beautifully and correctly - adequately. Only when translated in this way can the work become a perfect work of art. For this, the translator must comply with certain conditions. For example, the translator should respect the author of the work he is translating, not to decorate the translated work with unnecessary words, not to leave out words and phrases with a certain meaning, not to stick to the form, not to damage the content, not to dilute it, it is necessary! That is, it should revive the original with all its achievements and shortcomings in its own language, and fully reflect its inner warmth and artistic features. The closer the translation is to the original, the more successful the translation is. This requires professionalism from every translator. When talking about the specific characteristics of peoples, it is important to pay attention to one more issue, it is a folklore art that embodies the living conditions, lifestyle of each people and thousands of years of experience of their ancestors. Naturally, samples of folk oral creativity of one nation are also an interesting source of learning for other nations. Therefore, it is translated, studied, and mutual cultural relations are established. In the same process, especially in the translation of epics and folklore examples of the Uzbek people, verbatim translation i.e. word for word translation does not justify itself when translating situations where our customs and traditions specific to our nation, dialects are described. Especially if we take the proverbs into account, they are given with some changes in epics to set the tone
Development of Self Compacting Concrete with Ternary Cementitious Blend Containing OPC, Silica Fume, and High-Volume Fly Ash
Self-compacting concrete (SCC), alternatively known as "self-consolidating concrete" in North America, refers to a variety of customized concretes engineered to possess specific properties while in their fresh state. The standout attribute of SCC is its capability to seamlessly flow into formwork without segregation, relying primarily on its own weight. The key engineering traits of fresh SCC include resistance to segregation, excellent filling capacity, and exceptional flow split tensile strength and compressive strength ability. The suspension of particles within a matrix forms the fresh SCC, with the composite material's properties being influenced by a comprehension of how the mix composition and constituent materials interact. The composition of SCC varies significantly from country to country due to the availability of resources and amalgamation of local practices. Variations in SCC composition directly impact engineering properties such as strength, creep, durability, and shrinkage. Key challenges and opportunities associated with SCC involve aspects like flow modeling, virtual mix design, robustness, sustainability, and the compatibility of constituent materials

Applying Semantic and Structural Characteristics of Food-Related Notions in English Context
The current article discusses a growing number of terms that have entered the English language as a result of significant advances in science, technology, politics, the economy, and society. Continuous advancements in science, technology, and the arts, along with the vibrant growth of the cultural, spiritual, and everyday realms of life, may provide a strong impetus for the ongoing expansion of the English language. Every month, new lexical units are added to official dictionaries and thesauri to expand the vocabulary of the English language. Thus, the goal of this study is to present a thorough linguistic analysis of novel lexical units, collocations, phrases, and conceptions linked to food as well as to identify fruitful word-building patterns that are employed to create new words. First, as a linguistic phenomenon, we look at foundational works on neology, neologisms, and related word formation kinds. Second, the structure and semantics of recently coined terms relating to food are the main subjects of study. Additionally, we focus on blending as the most common word-formation type that neologisms in the field of cuisine and related areas are created from. Furthermore, lexical blends of various kinds and their high productivity are examined. In conclusion, we offer recommendations and findings for more linguistic research
Linguocultural Aspect of Hypotaxemes with Conditional Components in English and Uzbek Languages
In modern linguistics, there is a great interest in the analysis of linguistic and cultural material in the process of teaching languages, an anthropocentric paradigm is formed, and the language is considered not only within its communicative and cognitive function but as a kind of cultural code of individual linguistic and cultural communities. The purpose of this scientific article is to study the manifestation of linguistic and cultural worldviews and to study the linguistic and cultural aspects of hypotaxemes with conditional components in English and Uzbek languages. The study of the conceptual structure allows us to identify deeper and more significant properties of hypotaxemes with conditional components. The object of this scientific article is conditional sentences that express statements discussing known factors or hypothetical situations and their consequences. Complete conditional sentences contain a conditional clause (often referred to as the if-clause) and the consequence in non-related languages such as Uzbek and English
Artificial Intelligence in the Process of Simultaneous Translation
Artificial intelligence, like translators, has the ability to quickly translate communication from one language to another at the same time. Until recently, it was considered just a fantasy. But today we can see that any person standing in different corner of the world can talk to people of other nationalities as if they were talking in their mother tongue. This is done on the basis of ordinary headphones, with the help of artificial intelligence. In many conferences, simultaneous interpretation is also done on the basis of artificial intelligence. When a speaker is speaking in one language, the listener is able to hear him in his own national language with the help of an artificial translation service. Despite the many advantages of using this type of computerized translation service in the simultaneous translation process, there are also some misunderstandings in the translation process
