An Assessment of Performance Appraisal among Private Bank Employees
Information about an employee's relative value is gathered, evaluated, and documented during the performance evaluation procedure. The primary goals of a performance review are to assess and enhance the employee's current and upcoming contributions to the company. The present study aims to find out the performance appraisal among the private bank employees, to Study the performance appraisal in relation to gender and to find out the performance appraisal in relation to experience. For this purpose the researcher has taken a sample of 456 private employees working in different private banks located in Kolkata, West Bengal. A survey questionnaire consisting of 23 items dealing with the statements of Performance Appraisal has been used for data collection. Collected data were tabulated and analyzed in the SPSS. 20 versions Descriptive statistics, t test and ANNOVA have been used for data analysis. Findings of the study indicate that Performance appraisal is of higher importance among the private bank employees, Male employees have higher performance appraisal than the female employees and there is significant difference in the performance appraisal between male and female employees in private bank

Teachers’ Perception on Impact of Corruption on Quality Education and Attainment of Primary School Social Studies Objectives in Katsina State, Nigeria
This research work titled “Teachers’ perception on impact of corruption on quality education and attainment of primary school Social Studies objectives in Katsina State, Nigeria” was carried out in some selected Primary Schools in Katsina State. The researchers’ used descriptive survey research design. The population of the study comprised of all primary School teachers of the selected primary schools numbering 4,200 consisting of 2,800 male and 1,400 females. A sample of 381 teachers’ at 95% confidence level and 5% precision as determined by research advisors (2006) table of specification for determining sample size selection was selected using simple random sampling technique. The study used teachers’ perception questionnaire on quality education tagged (TEPQQED). The instrument was duly validated by experts in Social Studies, English Language and statistics for content, as well as constructs validity and has reliability index power of 0.91. The data collected were analyzed using percentage and frequency counts, mean and standard deviations. The study revealed that there was no significant difference in the perception of teachers on the impact of corruption on quality education and pupils’ ability to develop national consciousness and spirit of national unity in Primary School in Katsina State Nigeria. In the light of the foregoing, the study recommended that Primary schools in Katsina State in particular and Nigeria by extension should have SERVICOM units to fight corruption and other related offences hence, to have impact on quality education and pupil’s ability to develop national consciousness and spirit of national unity in Primary School in Katsina State Nigeria and as well attain the right types of attitudes and values to participate in National development

Inclusive Education in Tertiary Education in Nigeria: Problems and Way Forward
Purpose: This paper discussed the problems facing Inclusive Education in the tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Method: Secondary data were employed to provide empirical facts for the paper. The secondary data were sourced from print materials and online resources.
Finding: The paper concluded that poor funding, poor capacity building, shortage of instructional resources, shortage of personnel with specialization on special needs education, inadequate infrastructure facilities, brain-drain, corruption, inadequate data, poor implementation of inclusive education policies are the problems facing the implementation of inclusive education programme in the tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Recommendations: The paper recommended that the federal and state government should increase investment in tertiary education. This will help to develop and implement policies and programme of inclusive Education across the various tertiary institutions in the country
