Telecom Industry Brand Image and the Extended Service Marketing Ps: A Study on Private University Students of Rajshahi
Get PDFMarketing always looks forward to making consumers delighted. Mobile telecom service provided a pace in daily life in Bangladesh. It plays a vital role in all the dimensions of our life. The prime objective of the study is to measure the influence of people, process, and physical evidence on brand image in the mobile telecom industry at Rajshahi metropolitan area in Bangladesh. One hundred fifty samples drawn from the students of two private universities using a convenient sampling technique. A structured questionnaire used for the survey. The findings of this study represent that all the null hypotheses rejected; there is a significant relationship between three extended service marketing and brand image in the mobile telecom industry. The researcher believes that this study would help strategy planners of mobile telecom service operators in Bangladesh to study people, process, and physical evidence with keen interest to blend service marketing mix and create and increase brand image as well as open more research relating to this ground. This finding may help different mobile telecom operators in Bangladesh to improve their focus regarding the efficient use of service marketing mix.
 
Information Acquisition Driven by Reinforcement in Non-Deterministic Environments
Get PDFWhat is the fastest way for an agent living in a non-deterministic Markov environment (NME) to learn about its statistical properties? The answer is to create "optimal" experiment sequences by carrying out action sequences that maximize expected knowledge gain. This idea is put into practice by integrating information theory and reinforcement learning techniques. Experiments demonstrate that the resulting method, reinforcement-driven information acquisition (RDIA), is substantially faster than standard random exploration for exploring particular NMEs. Exploration was studied apart from exploitation and we evaluated the performance of different reinforcement-driven information acquisition variations to that of traditional random exploration.
 
Early Consequences Regarding the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on International Trade

Given the current reevaluation of the advantages of globalization by the world\u27s leading nations, the focus continues to be on the policies governing international commerce. Understanding and forecasting future trade patterns is a high priority for decision-making within and between countries. This is because trade significantly impacts employment, production, pricing, and wages. Even though conventional economic models are intended to be accurate forecasters, we investigate the prospect that Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques can produce more accurate predictions and associations. In addition, we describe contextual AI algorithms that can be used to analyze trade patterns disrupted by unusual occurrences such as trade wars and pandemics. The fuel for the algorithms that can forecast, recommend, and categorize policies can only be provided by open-government data; therefore, having access to these data is vital. The information gathered for this study describes the economic elements usually linked with international trade transactions. Association Rules are used for grouping commodity pairs. Finally, models and their results are presented and then appraised in terms of the quality of their predictions and associations, with example policy implications provided. This paper explores the interlinkages between AI technologies and international trade and outlines key trade policy considerations for policymakers looking to harness AI technologies\u27 full potential. China\u27s Agriculture "Going Out" Strategy beyond Resource Constraints and Unbalanced Trading
Get PDFImplementation of agricultural "going out" strategy is the effective way to co-ordinate the use of international and domestic markets and resources, and to expand the breadth and depth of Agriculture in China. With the continual increase of industrialization and urbanization, agricultural production in China is conditioned by the limitation of cultivated land resources and fresh water resources, also impacted by exhaustion of soil, by frequent drought and floods. At the same time, China\u27s agriculture trade also faces unbalanced situation and unfair international environment. Therefore, accelerating the implementation of the agriculture "going out" strategy, not only can effectively break through the bottleneck of agricultural development in the constraint of resources, get out of market monopoly from international agricultural multi-national companies, but also can give full play to advantages of our foreign exchange reserves to ensure the (supply effectiveness) of agricultural products in China. However, at present China\u27s agriculture "going out" strategy hasn’t got significant achievements, there are some problems such as slow growth in foreign investment in agriculture, regional centralization of investment, the small quantities and small scale of investment companies, and the lack of international agricultural professionals. For these reasons, the relevant government departments should increase financial support to encourage agricultural enterprises "going out"; speed up the training of professionals to create giant agricultural transnational corporations, resulting in occupying reasonable seats in global agricultural supply chain, and establishing China as resourceful agricultural trading nations.
 
Relationship between Safety Climate Factors and Safety Performance among the Workers in Cold Storage Industries
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the relationship between the safety climate factors (positive workforce safety attitude, acceptance of safety rules and regulation and reasonable production schedule) towards safety performance among workers who work under the cold storage company at Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. A survey methodology was used in this study. This research involves the utilization of questionnaire which was administered among one-hundred and fifty workers. The relationship between the safety climate factors (Positive workforce safety attitude, acceptance of safety rules and regulation and reasonable production schedule) were analyzed using the Pearson’s Correlation analysis test. The results of this study revealed that there is a significant relationship between (positive workforce safety attitude and acceptance of safety rules and regulation) and safety performance. Meanwhile, result showed that there is no significant relationship between reasonable production schedule and safety performance. Hence, this study hoped to raise the awareness of organization about the importance of safety climate in the workplace.
 
Business Insights of Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Humans
Get PDFRecent technological advancements and the increasing pace of adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technologies constitute a need to identify and analyze the issues regarding their implementation in the education sector. This is because the education sector is associated with highly dynamic business environments controlled and maintained by information systems. In addition, the education sector is a sector that is associated with information systems. On the other hand, it was discovered through an analysis of the current research that a moderate amount of investigation has been conducted in this field. We have highlighted the benefits and obstacles of adopting artificial intelligence in the education sector to fill this hole. Before this, a brief discussion was presented on the fundamental ideas of AI and its development over time. In addition, we have evaluated the usefulness of contemporary AI technologies for students and teachers, which are currently on the software market. These technologies are currently available. We have built a strategy implementation model, outlined by a standard five-step method and the corresponding configuration guide. This is the very last thing that we have done. To check and ensure the accuracy of their design, we independently devised three implementation plans for three distinct institutions of higher education. The results acquired will contribute to a more profound knowledge of the particulars of AI systems, services, and tools, which will, in turn, pave the way for implementing these things more efficiently
Tourism in Kuakata: A Curbed Rareness in Global Village
Get PDFKuakata, locally called as ‘Sagor Konnya’ (Daughter of the Sea) is located in the southernmost tip of Bangladesh and is one of the most rare tourism destinations having the exceptional view of the rising and setting of the crimson sun in the water of the Bay of Bengal. Perhaps that makes Kuakata one of the world\u27s unique beaches. After reviewing the literature and different sources related to tourism, it is being found that there is very little attention given to Kuakata as an exclusive tourism destination. The paper is based on secondary data sources like-articles, journals, websites of the target tour operators and authorities. For the globalization of tourism, it is essential to provide background information about the destination to the international visitors and Bangladesh is far behind of it. The government, NTOs (National Tourism Organizations), local administration, owners of hotels and motels, private tour operators and travel agencies should work in an integrated approach which can create a positive impression about Kuakata in the tourists’ mind and feels free to visit and recommend others.

In the past, very few companies could have been called eco-friendly, along with several nations ensuring their support for the environment and creating environment-friendly policies, several companies have come forth with a clear objective of being responsive to the environment and lessen emissions. Bangladeshi mutual funds have not really presented much achievement in the green fund arena through the global counterparts is working in this sector. In this context, this paper intends to attract the attention of corporations towards green investments, which are effective for safe-environment and protection to earth. This paper focuses on various green investments and green investing companies in Bangladesh, and the primary focuses are: (1) to acquaint with nature of the companies involved in green funds and green investing, (2) to make an overview of different global green investing arrangements, (3) to suggest Bangladeshi companies to come forward in green investing to make Bangladesh green and pollution-free.

From my study, I have seen it has effects on our tourism industry, unemployment, price hiking, banking sector, food security, and environment and so on. But the impact of Rohingya crisis on tourism industry was intolerable. At the end of my study, I have suggested some polices to solve the Rohingya crisis.
