No full textLeadership in Islam is rooted in belief and willing submission to Allah’s Creator. And we made them leaders, guiding our command; and We inspired them to do good work, observe the prayer, and give out charity. They have devoted savant to Us (Allah). (Al-Qur\u27an, 21:73) .The Holy Qur\u27an provides very clear teachings on leadership. In modern times, man is fed-up with his system. Every system seems to reject the self-made system. These waves of reversal have solved the problems of humanity and have created new problems. In these circumstances, only Islam can save the oppressed humanity because Islam is the bearer of an ideology of unity that transcends tribes, races and national constraints and is the guarantor of the welfare and salvation of humanity. Every political body in the world has a purpose, which is considered the goal of its actions and deeds. This purpose brings together the demands of the environment, good intentions and true hopes at one point. This content analysis method is based on a review of the literature and other secondary data. The information in this chapter expectedly will give understanding on the importance of the Islamic leadership concept and can be useful or as a reference for further studies
Eminent Descriptions of Human Resource Management in Islamic Traditions

In the age of globalization, HRM needs to be understood in the context of Islam. This field of study is expanding but many aspects remain to be un-explored. The present study focuses on the definition of HRM in Islamic context with its salient features. The research work is theoretical in nature. The qualitative research methodology has bewen used to answer the research questions. The purpose of the present study is to explore the concept of HRM from an Islamic perspective and to highlight some of its features that distinguish it from the traditional human resource function. The basic sources of Islam i.e., Quran and Traditions of the Holy Prophet (SAW|) are used as well as modern literature on HRM. It has been concluded that Islam offers a unique perspective on the management and organization of working people which lacks the existing HRM function. It highlights the need and importance of studying HRM in the context of Islam

History is not only the knowledge of past but also nations learn lessons and put the country on the track of development in the light of historical events and morals. The globe is representing various histories in which Islamic history is unique in the sense that it is about the survival of mankind towards one Allah and true path. For the survival and development of Islamic culture and civilization it is necessary to connect with Islamic history with its true spirit. The present study strives to analyze that how Islamic past was glorious and outclass due to which Islam was spread rapidly in each and every corner of the globe. Main objective of this paper is to analyze the Islamic period during Bannu Umayyah’s time. Which efforts were taken by the Bannu Umayyah for the protection of Islamic culture is the main theme of this research work. This research has mainly been conducted through primary and secondary sources including, books and articles published in various journals and historical documents from archives and libraries. According to History, the time of Khilafat Rashida is considered as one of the golden period of Islamic history. The study has not only tried to evaluate the services of Muslims for the protection of Islamic culture during Bannu Umayyah’s time but also analyzed the factors of development due to which Islamic values are still preserved and appreciated

No full textعلم القراءات میں وقف اور ابتداء کے جاننے کی بہت اہمیت ہے، حتی کہ وقف اور ابتداء کے جانے بغیر کوئی علم القراءات میں ماہر شمار ہوتاہی نہیں۔ کیونکہ اسی کی وجہ سے عبارات ایک دوسرے سے ممیز ہوتے ہیں اور اس وجہ سے عبارت کا مفہوم بھی واضح ہوجاتاہے۔ اگر اس کی رعایت نہ رکھی گئی تو عبارت کا مفہوم اور مطلب کچھ سے کچھ ہوجاتاہے۔ اسی لئے آئمہ قراءات نے اس بات کا خاص اہتمام کیا کہ شاگر د کو وقف اور ابتداء میں مہارت حاصل کئے بغیر اجازت نہ دیتے تھے۔
کسی آیت کے اندر کہاں پر وقف صحیح ہے اور کہاں پرصحیح نہیں؟ اس کے متعلق مختلف مقامات پر مختلف آئمہ قراءات کے درمیان اختلاف بھی پایا گیاہے، جس کی وجہ سے ان آیات کے معانی و مفاہیم بھی ایک دوسرے سے مختلف ہوگئے۔ آئمہ قراءات کی اس اختلاف کی وجہ سے فقہاء کرام کے درمیان بھی اختلاف پیدا ہوا، کیونکہ قراءت کے ایک امام کے نزدیک جہاں پر وقف ہوتاہے تو معنی کچھ بن کر اس آیت سے مستنبط ہونے والے مسئلے کا حکم بھی کچھ ہوجاتاہے جبکہ دوسرے امام کے نزدیک وقف نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے اسی آیت کا مفہوم کچھ اور ہوجانے کی وجہ سے اس سے مستنبط ہونے والے مسئلے کا حکم بھی مختلف ہوجاتاہے۔ ذیل میں وقف اور ابتداء کی حقیقت واضح کرنے کے بعد قرآن کریم کی چند آیات کریمہ میں وقف اور ابتداء میں اختلاف کی وجہ سے مسائل فقہیہ پر اس کے اثرات کا جائزہ لیاجائے گا۔The Importance of Waqf “The stop” and Ibteda “The beginning” in the science of Tajweed is obvious. It is considered a separate subject in Tajweed. It removes the complications of the scripture so that the meaning becomes clear to the reciter. Due to various schools of thoughts in the science of Tajweed, there are different opinions about various terms of Tajweed. This difference occurs in Waqf “The stop” and Ibteda “The beginning” as well, which affects the meaning of the verses, and the result of this difference come out in the shape of difference in various problems related to Fiqh.
This research paper describes effects of the two mentioned terms on the difference in verse’s meanings and issues related to Islamic Fiqh. In particular, in the verses of the Holy Qur\u27an and its effects on the issues mentioned Hajj and Umrah will be discussed
