    Trendjacking Strategies by Influences : Their Impact on Engagement and Costumer Purchase Decisions in the Digital Era

    This research aims to understand the impact of trendjacking strategies employed by influencers on audience engagement and consumer purchase decisions in the digital era. We used a quantitative research approach to collect data from respondents and analyze the relationship between engagement, influencer influence, and purchase decisions. The study shows that high engagement positively correlates with purchase decisions, with 70% of actively engaged respondents more likely to buy products promoted by influencers. Furthermore, influencers not only directly influence purchase decisions but also enhance audience engagement with the content they present. This study highlights the importance of authenticity and content relevance in marketing strategies and the use of trendjacking as a method to increase brand awareness and effectively influence consumer behavior. These findings provide valuable insights for marketers in designing more effective campaigns on social media platforms

    Differences in Creatinine and Ureum Levels 2nd Month and 3rd Month in Tuberculosis Patients of OAT Therapy

    Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis patients who test positive must undergo therapy using Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT). Treatment is divided into two phases, namely the intensive phase is carried out for 2 months with the consumption of rifampicin (R), isoniazid (H), pyrazinamide (Z), and etambutol (E) and the advanced phase is carried out for 4 months with isoniazid (H) and rifampicin (R) OAT. To find out the difference in creatinine and urea levels in the 2nd and 3rd months. Typeof research using quantitative with aprospective cohort research design. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method with a sample number of 15. Normality and homogeneity tests were carried out,normal distributed results were obtained and the number of samples did not meet the requirements, so the Wilcoxon statistical test was used. A total of 12 respondents (80.0%) experienced a decrease in urea levels from the 2nd month to the 3rd month. There was a differencein creatinine levels at the 2nd and 3rd months with a p-value of 0.026 (p < 0.05), butthere was no difference inthe urea levelsat the 2nd and 3rd months with a p-value of 0.201 (p < 0.05).

The results of the hypothesis test show that leadership strategy has a significant effect on increasing competitiveness and company performance. Corporate culture has a significant effect on increasing competitiveness but is not significant in increasing company performance.     The purpose of this research is to ascertain how employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit feel about organisational culture, work stress, and employee performance, as well as how these factors affect employee performance. This study employed a quantitative descriptive and verification methodology. Sixty-one employees served as the research sample for the questionnaire distribution. An ordinal scale is used in the data analysis technique to analyse multiple regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Employee performance is poor, job stress is adequate, and employee reactions to organisational culture are rather excellent. Employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit is positively and significantly impacted by both organisational culture and job stress, according to the study\u27s findings. PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Parungkuda Hatchery Unit, however, work stress has a negative and negligible impact on employee performance, whereas organisational culture has a somewhat favourable and considerable effect

    Critical Analysis of Noise Pollution and Its Effect on Human Health

    Noise pollution is an unseen threat. It cannot be seen, although it is present both on land and beneath the water. Any undesired or irritating sound that impacts the health and well-being of humans and other organisms is referred to as noise pollution. It is harmful to human health. According to WHO, more than 70 decibels of sound will be harmful to health. The average noise level in Kathmandu was 66.8 decibels (A), with high-traffic zones producing the most noise, followed by commercial, low-traffic, and residential zones. The main objective of this review paper is to identify the effect of noise pollution on human health. It is a review article. There are different kinds of effects explored in the previous studies such as hearing loss, sleep disruption, cardiovascular disease, social handicaps, reduced productivity, bad social behavior, irritation reactions, absenteeism, and accidents. Noise pollution is a significant problem in Nepal, particularly in Kathmandu. The studies suggest that the enforcement of noise standards and No Horn Regulation can be effective in reducing noise pollution. However, more efforts are needed to monitor and enforce these regulations. Noise pollution can cause a variety of health problems, and it is essential to take measures to reduce it to protect public health

    This research discusses the forms of violating the code of ethics carried out by notaries as well as the categories of sanctions given based on the type of violation. The type of research used is normative legal research using statutory, conceptual and case approaches. Data collection methods using document study include book laws and other written works and deductive conclusions. Based on the research results, firstly, the forms of violations committed by notaries include: not having good morals, morals and personality by committing adultery; does not respect and uphold the honor and dignity of the Notary\u27s position and does not behave honestly, impartially, and is not trustworthy because he commits an act of falsifying a deed which results in one of the clients benefiting; not prioritizing service to the needs of society and the State because it is more profitable for the individual; carrying out unfair competition against other notaries by withholding client documents and setting a lower honorarium than other notaries. Second, the categories of sanctions based on the type of violation are divided into 2, namely light sanctions and heavy sanctions. Sanctions of reprimand, warning sanctions are in the category of sanctions for minor violations, temporary suspension, honorable termination and dishonorable termination from membership include the category of sanctions for serious violation

    Optimizing Food Cost Management: A Case Study at Patra Cirebon Hotel & Convention

    This study aims to analyze the factors affecting food cost, measure the influence of these factors on food cost, and formulate strategies to optimize food cost management at Patra Cirebon Hotel & Convention. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants were those directly involved in food cost management at the hotel. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results show that the factors affecting food cost include food ingredient prices, portion sizes, chefs\u27 ability to process food ingredients, as well as inventory and purchasing control. These factors have an influence on food cost, where ineffective management can lead to a significant increase in food cost. Strategies that can be implemented to optimize food cost management include vendor development, employee training and development, and technology adoption. This research contributes theoretically to the development of hospitality management science and practically to hotel managers in improving operational efficiency. Research limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed

    The Effect of Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Self-Efficacy on Business Success in Bumi Waras District

    This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on business success in Bumi Waras District. This research is quantitative research with research methods using descriptive verification. The population in this study was 124 food business actors. The number of samples in this study was 95 people, which were obtained using probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing was carried out using t and F tests processed with the SPSS program. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on business success in Bumi Waras District with a coefficient of determination of 63.9% and the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

    The purpose of this study is to investigate how tax avoidance is affected by foreign ownership, sales growth, and transfer pricing in non-cyclical consumer sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2022. The associative quantitative research design is employed. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose 114 samples from 11 non-cyclical consumer sector businesses based on predetermined criteria. Annual reports and audited annual financial reports of businesses acquired via the Indonesia Stock Exchange\u27s official website serve as the source of the secondary data.
