    Play-Based Stimulation to Improve Coordination and Visual Movement Response of Elementary School Students

    This study aims to identify the improvement of motor coordination and visual movement response in elementary school students through physical activity-based game stimulation. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method, with pre-test and post-test to measure the development of students\u27 abilities. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach to measure changes in students\u27 motor coordination and visual movement responses. The sample used was elementary school students with a total of 40 people. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in students\u27 motor coordination ability, where 45% of students in the pre-test were in the category of excellent coordination, and increased to 85% in the post-test, showing an increase of 40%. In addition, students\u27 visual motion response also improved significantly, with a decrease in reaction time from 300 ms in the pre-test to 150 ms in the post-test, indicating an improvement in the ability to respond to visual stimuli. Games such as throwing and touching the cone have been proven to be effective in stimulating improved motor coordination and visual response of students.     The Influence of Tax Planning, Debt Policy and Information Transparency on Company Value

    This study aims to explore the relationship between debt policy, tax planning, and information transparency and corporate value. This study used a quantitative descriptive model and secondary data from the company\u27s annual financial records. The study\u27s population consists of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2023 period. The samples were selected using purposive sampling, and 45 data points from nine organizations that were monitored for five years were obtained. The panel data regression technique is used as a data analysis tool in this paper. The results showed that tax planning, debt policy, and information transparency all simultaneously affect firm value. The worth of Therefore, partial tax planning and transparency have no effect on the company, whereas debt policy has a partial impact on firm value

    Customer satisfaction is based on Service Quality, Price and Promotion (Case Study On The Gazebo Café Bogor)

    This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction at The Gazebo Cafe. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling with the following criteria: customers who have made at least two visits and customers who are considered mature enough to fill out the questionnaire and are at least 17 years old. The questionnaires were tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The results of these tests showed that the questionnaires were valid, reliable, and could be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this study was a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study showed that the variables of service quality, price, and promotion, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Gazebo Cafe. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 72,4%. The relationship between service quality, price, and promotion and customer satisfaction is very strong, with a value of 0,851

    Investigation of Room Attendant Service Quality and Guest Satisfaction in the Hospitality Industry

    The hospitality sector relies on hotels for visitor lodgings and amenities. Housekeeping includes keeping guest rooms clean and comfortable. This research evaluates how Renaissance Okinawa Resort room attendants prepare rooms and guest satisfaction. For quantitative descriptive study, 100 resort visitors were surveyed. SERVQUAL scored service quality on assurance, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and reliability. Room attendants disappointed visitors by -0.20 generally. The assurance dimension differed most, whereas tangibles least. The survey also identified a 0.78 link between client happiness and room attendant service. The findings suggest regular guest satisfaction surveys, training, performance reviews, resource allocation, and education to enhance room attendant services. This research adds to the literature on room attendant service and client satisfaction in Japanese resort hotels

    This research aims to determine the influence of marketplace use and entrepreneurship learning on students\u27 entrepreneurial interest. This research uses an ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3, SMA Negeri 6 OKU, totaling 105 students. The sample used in this research was 83 students using a probability sampling technique using random samples. Data is collected through questionnaires/questionnaires. Hypothesis testing used in this research is the t and F tests which are processed using the SPSS program. The results of this research prove that the variables of marketplace use and entrepreneurial learning have a good influence. Based on the results of data processing obtained by a partial test, the use of the marketplace on interest obtained a value of 0.124, which proves that every time there is an addition of one unit to the variable of marketplace use (X1) will cause an increase in the variables of interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning on interest, a value of 0.645 was obtained, which proves that Every time there is an addition of one unit to the entrepreneurial learning variable (X2) will cause an increase in the entrepreneurial interest variable. Then it was strengthened by simultaneously obtaining test result data, a value of 0.632 was obtained with a determination value of 0.400 or 40% and the remaining 60% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research

    Abstract   The study was to find out the causes of low academic performance of students in Adamu Augie College of Education, Argungu in Kebbi State. The population of the study consisted of 400 students of Adamu Augie College of Education, Argungu out of which 120 were randomly selected. A structural questionnaire was used for data collection. The data collected from the respondents were analyzed using frequency counts and mean scores for all the research questions. The findings revealed that all variable factors are responsible for the low academic performance of students except the involvement of parents in the Parents Teachers Association (P.T.A). Based on these findings, the following recommendations are made: Teachers should employ various teaching strategies as well and the teaching must be from simple to complex for a better understanding of their students, Teachers should develop positive attitudes towards the students under his/her control to ensure effective learning and better performance of their students and Parents should give more attention and proper monitoring to their children education

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is crucial in the retail business, especially in the highly competitive fast-food sector. This research examines the customer relationship management (CRM) strategies used by McDonald\u27s, Wide Angle in Ahmedabad. The objective is to get insights into their methods of managing customer relationships and improving corporate performance. The goals include evaluating current CRM strategies, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and offering practical suggestions to increase CRM performance. The study used a qualitative research methodology, including semi-structured interviews with branch managers to get in-depth understanding of McDonald\u27s customer relationship management (CRM) activities. The key results include McDonald\u27s tactics for managing data, techniques for segmenting customers, avenues for contact, and programmes for fostering loyalty. The investigation demonstrates a significant focus on customisation, the use of technology, and the incorporation of client feedback methods. The strengths that have been highlighted include the implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and the successful implementation of loyalty programmes.     Triple Elimination Screening Examination Results for Pregnant Women of Healthy Reproductive Age in First Trimester at Lebdosari Community Health Center, Semarang City

    Pregnant women are one of the populations at risk of contracting HIV infection, syphilis and Hepatitis B. The prevalence of HIV/AIDS transmission from mother to child is 20-50%, of which 5-10% occurs during pregnancy. Syphilis transmission is 69-80% and Hepatitis B transmission is more than 90% with the potential for transmission during pregnancy and childbirth being very high. Based on RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 52 of 2017 concerning the Elimination Program for Transmission of HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B from Mother to Child or often called " Triple Elimination " which aims to stop transmission from mother to child by laboratory examination of pregnant women at least once during pregnancy. The aim of this research is to determine the results of the Triple Elimination Screening examination of pregnant women of healthy reproductive age in the first trimester at the Lebdosari Community Health Center based on parity, education and employment. This is an observational analytical study with a cross sectional approach. Results from 49 pregnant women, all of them were non-reactive (100%) to HIV testing. Syphilis examination showed that 1 pregnant woman (2%) was reactive and 48 pregnant women (98%) were non-reactive. Heptaitis B examination showed that 1 pregnant woman (2%) was reactive and 48 pregnant women (98%) were non-reactive
