Abstract: This qualitative research investigates the ramifications of stunting prevalence on defense force recruits\u27 physical readiness and cognitive capabilities in developing countries. Utilizing secondary data, the study aims to elucidate the impact of stunting on military personnel and explore the challenges stunted individuals encounter within national defense forces, consequently affecting force effectiveness. Furthermore, the research evaluates strategic interventions to combat stunting and proposes their integration into national defense frameworks. Findings indicate a significant correlation between stunting prevalence and compromised physical readiness among defense force recruits. Stunted individuals exhibit reduced physical fitness, compromised muscle development, and increased susceptibility to illnesses, hindering their readiness for military service. Moreover, the cognitive capabilities of stunted recruits are notably affected, with diminished memory, attention span, and decision-making abilities identified as challenges within defense forces. Strategic interventions encompassing nutrition programs, healthcare initiatives, and education campaigns emerge as effective measures against stunting. The integration of these interventions into national defense frameworks is proposed to enhance force readiness and performance. This research underscores the urgency of addressing stunting within defense forces, emphasizing its pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Keywords: cognitive capabilities, defense forces, physical readiness, strategic interventions, stuntin

The purpose of this study is to examine the progressive cancellation of APJB that took place in the West Lombok Regency area, as well as the legal ramifications of that cancellation when it was done in front of a notary. by applying techniques from empirical normative legal research. The research findings indicate that the notary\u27s involvement in the gradual cancellation of the APJB in the West Lombok Regency area was passive; that is, the notary merely documents and interprets the parties\u27 statements when they appear before him, so long as those statements do not violate any regulations. applicable laws, the conditions of the agreement in Civil Code Article 1320 and the terms that the notary specifies. As a result of the parties\u27 agreement to terminate the agreement contained in the gradual APJB and declare it no longer valid, the engagement agreement is no longer binding on them. This is one of the legal ramifications of gradually canceling the APJB made before a notary. This cancellation makes it impossible to carry out the transfer of land and building rights or to continue with the progressive APJB

This research aims to determine the effect of using papaya (Carica papaya L) leaves on blood glucose and growth rate of Lates calcarifer. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A with the addition of papaya leaves powder (C. papaya) of 3.25 g/L, B of 3.75 g/L, C of 4,25 g/L and D as a Control or without the addition of papaya leaves. The parameters measured were blood glucose, absolute growth and survival. The best treatment is treatment A (C. papaya 3.25 g/L) which produced fish blood glucose on the 60th day of 90 mg/dL, 100% survival rate, absolute weight growth and length of 6.43 g and 6.20 cm.
