Enhancing Customer Relationship Management in Retail: A Case Study of Reliance Trends
Within the dynamic realm of retail, the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential for cultivating customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and ultimately propelling sales growth. This case study explores the CRM strategies utilised by Reliance Trends, a prominent fashion retail brand in India, to examine how it effectively utilises CRM practices to stay ahead in the competitive market. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research delves into the effectiveness of Reliance Trends\u27 CRM initiatives in boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty. It also aims to identify any areas that could be enhanced. This study underscores the importance of CRM in retail environments, emphasising its influence on tailored customer interactions and the customisation of global strategies to fit local markets. Our findings provide valuable insights into CRM practices, highlighting both their strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, we offer recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of CRM strategies
Exploring Age-Based Disparities: A Study of Age and Generational Trends Towards Professional Development Programs in Ahmedabad
This primary research study delves into the nuances of age-based disparities regarding professional development programs in Ahmedabad, India. Recognizing the increasing diversity within the workforce, the research employs a mixed-methods approach to comprehensively explore how different age groups perceive and engage with these programs. Specifically targeting Generation Z, Millennials, and older generations, the study aims to assess awareness, attitudes, and participation levels in professional development initiatives.
The research aims to give a greater knowledge of the intersections between age, generational patterns, and desires about professional progress by combining surveys that are quantitative and interviews of a qualitative nature. The ultimate goal is to offer valuable insights beneficial to employers, educators, and policymakers, helping them tailor strategies to effectively engage and empower individuals across diverse age groups.
This study is important because it adds to the larger conversation on labour management and the development of talent. By shedding light on the unique considerations necessary for addressing age-based disparities in professional development initiatives, the findings serve as a valuable resource for organizations and institutions striving to foster continuous professional growth among their employees
Farmers\u27 Motivation in Farming Horticultural Crops (Case Study: Indigenous Papuan Farmers in Aipiri Village, East Manokwari District)
This research was conducted in Aipiri Village, East Manokwari District, with the aim of examining the motivations of indigenous farmers (OAP) in horticultural farming in Aipiri Village, East Manokwari District. The research employed survey and case study methods. The sampling method used in this research was simple random sampling. The population of this study consisted of indigenous farmers (OAP) engaged in horticultural farming in Aipiri Village, East Manokwari District.
The results of this study indicate that farmers have a high motivation for existence needs, with 70.6% of farmers motivated to meet their children\u27s educational expenses and 72.5% motivated to fulfill supporting educational needs for their children. For relatedness needs, 60.8% of farmers were motivated to gain new experiences from other farmers, and 70.6% were motivated to provide experiences to other farmers. For growth needs, 62.7% of farmers were motivated to use modern equipment, and 82.4% were motivated to implement the internet

To Study the Consumer Preference Between Coca-Cola and Pepsi in Rajkot City
This study examines Rajkot consumers\u27 preferences between Coca-Cola and Pepsi, with particular attention to variables including accessibility, frequency of use, flavour perception, packaging, branding, price sensitivity, and the influence of age groups. By means of hypothesis testing and correlation analysis, the study pinpoints the primary variables influencing brand preference in the area. Although availability and frequency of consumption differ among age groups, the results show that they have little effect on brand preference, indicating that outside variables like distribution channels and regional habits play a larger role. Age group does not significantly influence brand preference, with both Coca-Cola and Pepsi appealing to consumers across all age categories. Taste perception was found to be a differentiated variables between the two brands, but its weak resemblance with brand preference indicates that taste is not the only factor that dominates consumer decisions. In addition, packaging and branding were shown to be influential, with a strong correlation between brand image and consumer preference. Price sensitivity and special offers were found to have limited impact, reinforcing the idea that branding and emotional connections are more powerful determinants of choice. The study concludes that while availability and taste matter, factors like branding, packaging, and emotional appeal play a more crucial role in shaping consumer behaviour. The future researches may include the factors like sustainability factors and consumer preferences on health sector. Nutritional Content of Catfish Nuggets from Aquaponic Cultivation
Catfish (Clarias sp.) has high nutritional content. However, processed products such as nuggets from this fish are still limited in Kupang city. So, the nutritional content of the nuggets is less known. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the nutritional content of catfish nuggets derived from aquaponic cultivation, with proximate analysis. The stages of making catfish nuggets briefly begin with ground meat, then steamed, then coated with breadcrumbs and stored in the freezer. The proximate test obtained was the content of 11.67% protein, 30.139% carbohydrates, 7.82% fat, 48.137% water content, 2.22% ash and 0.014% crude fiber. So, with its nutritional content, catfish nuggets can be used as a substitute for chicken nuggets
Water Quality in Floating Raft Aquaponic Systems With Different Types of Plants in Cultivation of Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)
This research aims to determine the effect of the floating raft aquaponic system with different types of plants on water quality in cultivation of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and to obtain plants that are very good for maintaining water stability. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters tested in this research were phosphate, pH, temperature and DO, with treatments K (control), A (water spinach plants), B (pakchoi plants) and C (lettuce plants). The difference in aquaponic system plants in tilapia (O. niloticus) cultivation had a significant effect on pH and DO. Water spinach plants (Ipomoea reptans poir) were the best plants in maintaining water quality with phosphate values in H56 of 1.41 mg/L, pH 8.51, temperature 25.7°C and DO 8.23 mg/L
The Principal\u27s Strategies in Teacher Professional Development in Public Junior High Schools in Jambi Province
This research explores the strategies implemented by school principals in improving teacher professionalism in public junior high schools in Jambi Province. The study focuses on identifying key factors that influence the success of professional development programs, examining the role of school leadership, and addressing the challenges faced in the implementation of these strategies. The findings indicate that the strategies employed by principals, such as structured planning, the establishment of learning communities, and motivational leadership, have had a positive impact on teacher engagement and professional growth. However, challenges such as varying teacher competencies, limited technological resources, and inconsistent participation in professional development programs persist, hindering the full potential of these strategies. School principals, particularly in schools such as SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Penuh, SMP Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi, and SMP Negeri 7 Tanjung Jabung Timur, play a critical role in fostering an environment conducive to teacher development through motivation, constructive feedback, and collaborative efforts. The study suggests that improving mentoring programs, enhancing technological infrastructure, and providing flexible training schedules can address the existing barriers. These findings contribute to the growing body of knowledge on the effectiveness of leadership strategies in improving teacher professionalism and have implications for future educational reforms in Jambi Province and beyond

Analyzing the Impact of E-Service Quality and Information Quality on Student Satisfaction: A Case Study at Lemondial Business School
This study examines the influence of e-service quality and information quality on student satisfaction at Lemondial Business School, focusing on The Genius portal. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 80 students through a structured questionnaire. Results indicate significant positive correlations between e-service quality (r = .732) and information quality (r = .785) with student satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis reveals both e-service quality and information quality as significant predictors of student satisfaction, with coefficients of 0.452 and 0.578, respectively. Qualitative insights highlight the importance of responsiveness and accurate information. Recommendations include enhancing staff training, implementing systematic content reviews, and establishing feedback mechanisms to improve digital learning environments. This research contributes to understanding these relationships in an Indonesian higher education context
