    Digital Learning to Develop Teaching Media Applications

    Digital transformation in learning media has become an increasingly relevant topic in the world of education, especially in the context of increasing student engagement and skills. Education plays a part in raising the caliber of HR-owned resources. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching media application in the Multimedia Learning course. The research and development approach, or R&D, is the methodology employed in this process. Based on an industry-based development approach, research and development is conducted to create goods and procedures that are subsequently thoroughly tested in the field, assessed, and improved to satisfy specific standards for efficacy, quality, and standards. It has been demonstrated that using interactive multimedia-based learning materials in multimedia courses enhances students\u27 conceptual understanding. The stages of developing this interactive learning media product are through validation tests and large group tests, and the final stage is implementation in learning. It may be said that students\u27 interest in learning has enhanced when interactive learning materials are used in the Multimedia Learning course

    The Managerial Supervision Competence of Supervisors in Improving the Management of Public Senior High Schools in Jambi Province

    This study examines the managerial supervision competence of supervisors in enhancing the management of public senior high schools in Jambi Province. It focuses on the role of supervisors in improving school leadership through collaborative practices, communication, and strategic planning. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with school supervisors, principals, and teachers from selected schools across the province. The findings indicate that effective supervisory practices positively influence school management, particularly in schools where supervisors demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. The study recommends further professional development for supervisors to address identified challenges and improve school management practices. This research contributes to understanding the relationship between managerial supervision and school improvement in Jambi Province

    To remain a leading company in the highly competitive tourism industry in Bali, particularly among Tour & Travel businesses, it is essential for a business to determine the strategies it will implement. By setting the right strategies, the company can advance its business progress. This study aims to assess the internal conditions of PT. Bali Sundaram\u27s travel business based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, evaluate the external conditions of the business using the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, and determine the strategies that should be applied by PT. Bali Sundaram. Data collection for this study was conducted through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of the SWOT analysis show that the internal factor analysis (IFAS) score is 2.69 and the external factor analysis (EFAS) score is 3.34. The company is positioned in Quadrant II, which indicates "Growth" and "Build," meaning it should focus on growing and building. Based on the SWOT analysis, the alternative strategies for the company are: (1) expanding market share; (2) developing and enhancing the company\u27s products or services; and (3) maintaining and improving service to business partners

    Analysis of P5 Activities as the Implementation of Differentiated Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum in Elementary School

    In the independent curriculum, students carry out projects like the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project, allowing them to independently explore and develop skills. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the P5 Project\u27s impact on fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Samir; and 2) Evaluate differentiated learning in the independent curriculum for the same grade at SD Negeri Samir. This qualitative research involved 15 participants—facilitator teachers and 14 fourth-grade students (8 boys, 6 girls). Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings show: 1) P5 activities, from preparation to evaluation, were structured and successful; and 2) Differentiated learning effectively differentiated content and products, supported students, and maintained consistent analysis and evaluation

    The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance With Work Motivation as a Mediation Variable

    The aim of this research is to comprehensively describe and explain the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance through the mediation of work motivation. This research was conducted at Harum Manis Roti dan Kue with a sample size of 120 employees. This research method uses a quantitative research survey method, while analyzing the data uses path analysis. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires. Based on the calculation results, a path analysis was obtained: 1) transformational and disciplined leadership styles influence employee performance 2) work motivation also influences performance, 3) transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance, 4) work discipline has a negative influence on employee performance, 5) leadership style positive effect on work motivation, 6) work discipline has a positive effect on work motivation, 7) work motivation has a negative effect on employee work performance, 8) work motivation is able to mediate the positive effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 9) work motivation is able to mediate work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, transformational and disciplined leadership styles influence employee performance with an R2 value of 0.364 (weak) or 36.4% while 54.6% is influenced by other variables.    &nbsp

    Khalaf Islamic Boarding School Education Pattern Based on the Value of Thobiat Luhur Character in Islamic Boarding Schools Nurul Huda Lampung

    This study aims to find out the pattern of khalaf Islamic boarding school education based on the value of noble thobiat character, the impact of the implementation of character education based on noble thobiat and the strategies carried out by the Nurul Huda Lampung Islamic Boarding School in facing the development of the times related to the formation of student character. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) the pattern of khalaf pesantren education based on the value of noble thobiat character collaborates with formal schools that are integrated with the Nurul Huda Lampung Islamic Boarding School, namely junior high school, high school and vocational school Tri Sukses. The pattern of character development of students is carried out in stages which are divided into two categories, namely regular classes and intensive classes. Regular classes will receive general coaching, while intensive classes will receive special assistance. 2) The impact of this noble Thobiat character education is felt directly by the students. The student who became an informant said that there were many character changes in the good direction while studying at the boarding school. In addition to the students, the good impact is also felt by the surrounding community and even the surrounding community also practices noble thobiat in daily life. 3) The strategy carried out by the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in facing the changing times is to always adapt.     Employee Performance Based on Workload and Job Stress at the Grand Cempaka Resort & Convention Hotel Bogor

    The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Grand Cempaka Resort & Convention Hotel Bogor\u27s workforce is affected, both partially and simultaneously, by work stress and workload. The Grand Cempaka Hotel\u27s employees made up the study\u27s population. Using the purposive sampling method, 60 respondents served as the sample size. Descriptive and verification methods were utilized in data analysis, with IBM SPSS version 25.00 being used. The findings of the study demonstrate that workload and work stress both have a negative and considerable impact on employee performance

    Financial and Management Challenges Affecting Educational Performance in Basic Schools

    The study investigated the management challenges encountered by Basic School Heads in the Lambussie District. Drawing on the transformational leadership theory, the study utilized a pragmatist research philosophy, and the mixed methods approach. A concurrent triangulation mixed methods design was implemented, involving both closed-ended questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with 77 headteachers selected through census sampling. To ensure the reliability of the findings, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient was calculated for the research instrument, yielding a satisfactory value of 0.83. Additionally, trustworthiness was upheld through various measures, including credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. Data analysis was conducted using a combination of statistical measures such as frequency, percentages, mean, mean of means, and standard deviation, as well as thematic analysis for qualitative data. The findings of the study unveiled a myriad of challenges faced by Basic School Heads, particularly in addressing financial constraints, and mitigating the impact of these challenges on educational performance. Recommendations for the Lanbuisse District Educational Directorate include encouraging advocacy efforts are needed to secure increased funding and resource allocation for basic schools, along with transparent financial management systems and exploring alternative funding sources. Furthermore, investments in teacher support, curriculum alignment, and creating a supportive learning environment are essential to mitigate the impact of management challenges on educational performance

    The Effect of Project-Based Learning by Utilizing the Canva Application to Increase the Interest in Learning History of Class X Students of Public Vocational High School 1 Seputih Agung

    A psychological state known as interest in learning motivates someone to carry out learning activities. History subjects are considered boring so it is necessary to use a learning model that can attract students\u27 interest and learning to history lessons. This study\u27s goal was to clarify how project-based learning is used by utilizing the Canva application to increase student interest in learning history subjects. Experimental research is the approach used in this study. Class X students at public vocational high school 1 Seputih Agung, including 38 students altogether, are separated into two groups: the experimental class and the control class. There are two variables studied in the study, namely: (1) Project Based Learning by Utilizing Canva Application (2) Learning Interest. Data collection techniques provide questionnaires and tests to research samples and then process data through SPSS version 26.00 statistics. The average value between the pre-test results for the experimental class and the control class. before receiving treatment was 61.26 and 60.95, respectively, according to the study\u27s findings. For the experimental class\u27s average post-test results, the results were 72.11 and 64.11, respectively. Thus Project Based Learning by utilizing Canva has an effect on increasing interest in learning

Nowadays, religions have made significant contributions to the construction of national solidarity, actively participating in and effectively contributing to activities in healthcare, education, and charity, and positively contributing to the overall development of the country. However, alongside the positive activities of religions, there are still many instances in society where some individuals exploit beliefs and religions for superstitious and divisive purposes, deceiving the people, and even undermining national solidarity. This article aims to explore the new viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam on religion, evaluate the current situation of implementing religious policies, and propose some recommendations to improve religious policies according to the viewpoint of the 13th National Party Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam in Vietnam today
