In the last years, the financial sector has seen an increase in the use of machine learning models in banking and insurance contexts. In this paper, we analyses the limitations of machine learning methods, and then provides some suggestions on the choice of methods in financial applications. Development of a Mosque Accounting Information System (SIMAS) at the Al-Ishlah Wall Mosque Adiwerna Tegal
Mosque finances are a phenomenon that has existed for a long time, but in the current digital era, various problems have arisen regarding reporting and transparency. The aim of this research is to design mosque financial bookkeeping based on Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. This research focuses on developing a mosque accounting information system that is designed in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This research is software research to develop a financial information system for the Al-Ishlah Register Lor Adiwerna Mosque. Data was collected using interview and recording techniques. This system was validated by two mosque treasurers. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The Contributory Pension Scheme (Cps) and Sufficiency of Retirement Benefit of the Low Income Retirees of the Federal Public Service in Nigeria
This study examined the level of sufficient retirement benefits under the contributory pension scheme emanating from the pool of savings contributed that can suffice to provide the minimum needed livelihood at retirement. The theories adopted for the study are the Pension Funding Policy and the Life Cycle Hypothesis. The secondary data of all pension contributions and retirement benefits were retrieved from series of publications of PenCom from the years 2004 to 2022. The primary data population consists of 1316 retirees. EasyFit 5.6 Professional Software together with the Least Square Model, accumulation and annuity formulae was employed to analyse the secondary data and the responses from the respondents during survey. EasyFit Software generated statistics using the Kolmogorov Smirnov, Anderson Darling and Chi-Square Models and ranked each model statistics generated to determine the best fit for both the data and the probability distribution used. Arising from the data collected and the analysis carried out using the Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure, the level of comfort of low income retirees who spent 20 to 35 years in active service is nothing to write home about due to insufficient pension benefits as a result of the challenges (such as investment and management of pension fund restrictions, political will and bureaucratic corruption) investigated. Millennial Employee Turnover: Contributive Factors and Retention Strategies in the Indonesian Industry
This research aims to explore the phenomenon of millennial employee turnover in the Indonesian industry, identify the contributive factors to the high turnover rate, and formulate effective retention strategies to retain millennial talent. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation. The participants in this study are 6 millennial employees, 1 supervisor, and 1 manager from one of the industries in Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show significant differences in values and work culture between the millennial generation and previous generations. Millennials tend to desire a more flexible, collaborative work environment that focuses on individual development. They also have higher expectations regarding technology, innovation, and more frequent feedback and recognition. These differences can pose challenges in intergenerational communication and collaboration in the workplace. The implications of this research include the need for transformation in HR management practices to accommodate the characteristics and expectations of millennial employees. Implementation of User Transaction Services Via E-Money Id- Card as a Means of Payment Transactions (Case Study of the Muhammadiyah Zaenab Masykur Islamic Boarding School)
Advances in the financial and banking system in the economy have been able to shift payment methods from using cash to non-cash forms. E-money is currently popular among all groups, including Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this research is to find out how to implement the use of e-money ID-cards at the Zaenab Masykur Islamic boarding school, Adiwerna. This research uses qualitative methods with data sources coming from interviews and observations. The results of this research show that the use of a manual payment system is felt to be less effective so that e-money becomes a solution to simplify transactions, record and report more quickly and practically. The e-money ID-card is included in the open loop category because it functions as a means of payment, it is a chip based registered type because the user\u27s identity and the value of the money in it are recorded on the holder’s card and registerd. Cathedral Church of St. Theresia Lisieux and other non-profit organizations rely on the preparation and delivery of financial reports, so professional groups that provide support to Indonesian Accountants (IAI) must provide new interpretations of financial reporting norms. PSAK 1 Amendment to the Presentation of Financial Reports IAI publishes an explanation of Accounting Standards Number 35 (ISAK 35) to improve understanding of the financial reports prepared and submitted. Cathedral Church of St. Theresia Lisieux would benefit from this. in obtaining external financial support. The purpose of this research is to compare the financial statements of St. Theresia Lisieux\u27s financial reports comply with the ISAK 35 financial reporting framework. This research uses qualitative technical methods; Practice at Cathedral Church of St. Theresia Lisieux Descriptive analysis was used to compare Theresa Lisieux\u27s theory and ISAK 35. Data for this research was collected through observation.
