    No full text
Church laws are an integral part of ecclesiastical teaching and experiential life. It is directly related, on the one hand, to the content of the truth of divine revelation and, on the other hand, to the spiritual mission of the Church. Unlike public law, the source of canon law is divine will. Everything that happens in the Church life, is for the deification of man. Therefore, it is important for believers to abide the rulings and canons of both Ecumenical and local councils, due to if the first one mainly adjusting dogmatic and governing side, the latter relates to the moral and liturgical life of believers. Church laws are not only the authentic sources of the truth derived from the revelation of Christ, but also the guidelines by which each believer is nourished for the ultimate salvation.Church laws are an integral part of ecclesiastical teaching and experiential life. Among the contemporary challenges facing sustainable development, the efficient consumption of resources, which have a huge ecological impact, is very much in the spotlight. Management of resource consumption is a task that many say should be put to resource recycling companies. The answer to the global demand for the development of a type of production that will not threaten future generations is made possible through the production process itself and the management priorities set. The global scale of harsh ecological problems indicates the need for proactive management implementation. In this light, internationally recognised and widely introduced environmental protection standards are well worth considering. This paper deals with the introduction of Environment Protection Management capacities based on the International Organisation for Standardisation ISO 14001:2015, globally, as well as in Georgia.Among the contemporary challenges facing sustainable development, the efficient consumption of resources, which have a huge ecological impact, is very much in the spotlight. COSMOLOGICAL CONCEPT OF ST. GREGORY OF NYSSA

    No full text
The article discusses the concept of the creation of the universe according to St. Gregory of Nyssa (Cappadocian). This theme was in sharp contrast to ancient Greek philosophy, which was characterized by ontological diarchy. The problem that Gregory of Nyssa discusses is related to the creation of matter, how the matter acquire substantia and hypostasis from nothingness. According to Gregory, God creates all the properties that characterize matter, and their connection determines the existence of different elements. Also noteworthy is the dynamic of the universe, which means that the universe was not originally perfect. It is about the causal creation or properties of creatures, which are followed by the dynamic development of creatures in time.A special place is given to the creation of man - the crown of the universe. Initially humanity is formed and only later does a sexual difference occur. For the Patristic tradition, the process of dynamic development of creatures is not unknown and it is directly related to the completion of the universe, which is not a moral issue but an ontological and cosmological oneThe article discusses the concept of the creation of the universe according to St. Gregory of Nyssa (Cappadocian). No full text

Modern man, like Augustine, is suffering from various problems and often he tries to find a solution in the Church, but unfortunately not everyone is so lucky to meet a bishop like Ambrose, which causes that lots of people are turning their backs on the church.St. Augustine is viewed as one of the most important Church Fathers and his writings influenced the development of Western philosophy and Christianity. DID RESURRECTED JESUS CHRIST APPEAR TO HIS MOTHER?

    No full text
The article offers a reflection on why in the writings of the New Testament there is no mention of an apparition of the Risen Lord to his Mother. In seeking the answers through testimonies from both the Western and Eastern traditions, there come often some themes that are always current and interesting for theological reflection, such as the relationship between Revelation and Tradition; between transmission and acceptance of Scripture – above all, canonical and non-canonical Scriptures; between Christology and Mariology: the place of Mary in the mission of the Son, both in the moment of the incarnation and in the fulfillment of the paschal mystery, thus more easily seeing the incarnation in the light of the resurrection. What and how much there is in common between the Eastern and Western traditions; relationship between the theology of the Incarnation – that of the first councils of the undivided Church – and the theology of the paschal mystery: the one who died and rose is the same Word of God who became incarnate in Mary's womb; Mary, who not only welcomes the announcement of the Incarnation but who also welcomes the announcement of the Resurrection of her Son. It is precisely the reflections matured on the role of Mary in the history of Salvation that give substance to the statement that the Lord appeared to his Mother, both in the East and in the West, though in the West in a more restrained way.The article offers a reflection on why in the writings of the New Testament there is no mention of an apparition of the Risen Lord to his Mother.
