Entrepreneurship provides young people an opportunity to work on their own skills and interests and hence they can create their own employment. Encouraging entrepreneurship in young people is an important way of utilizing their enthusiasm, energy and ambition to contribute to economic development. It is commonly welcomed that entrepreneur’s create jobs, increase innovation, raises competition and is responsive to changing economic opportunities and trends. Young entrepreneurs can also act as role models for their peers and, encourage others to follow their paradigm. According to the World Bank’s World Development Report 2013, around 600 million new jobs will be required in the next 15 years to support a growing workforce. It is important to note that in most emerging economies, 9 out of 10 jobs are created by the private sector, which is the foundation of any thriving economy. In the coming years, developing countries must rebalance their economies towards greater domestic consumption, import demand and higher value business activity and hence, entrepreneurship is vital to the future of developing countries. The Indian economy has been affirming positive sentiments during the past few months. The macroeconomic indicators have also displayed an encouraging trend in the recent times. However, the situation of the manufacturing sector in India is a cause of concern. The recent measures initiated by the new government in terms of facilitation to industrial sector, creation of favorable environment for the manufacturing activities, focus on improving industrial policies and procedures and reforming labor laws have facilitated recovery in industrial sector. The Government recently launched the Make in India initiative which is expected to make India a manufacturing hub while eliminating the unnecessary laws and regulations, making bureaucratic processes easier, make government more transparent, responsive and accountable and to take manufacturing growth to 10% on a sustainable basis. Apart from initiatives such as development of smart cities, skill development, National Investment and Manufacturing zones, FDI enhancement, the government is building a pentagon of corridors across the country to boost manufacturing and to project India as a Global Manufacturing destination of the world.

A Study of Emotional Quotient of Students of Higher Secondary Schools in Context to Area
Intelligence and emotions play an important role in human development. For this, it is necessary that the balance of intellectual and emotional levels is to be maintained. If we are unable to do it, man and society will have to face its direct consequences. For example, one young engineer always obtained the first rank in his school and college career. He was hired as an engineer with high salary by an engineering company. But the company had relieved him after a few months. Showing the reason that though he was very good at his work, he did not do what his superiors asked him to do. When other employees offered him help, he behaved rudely, and said that no one would be able to understand his work. Thus, in spite of having high intellectual ability and technical know-how he was thrown out. From the above example, it becomes clear that normally, it is very easy to show feelings, but to show emotions at an appropriate time at an appropriate place to an appropriate person with an appropriate view-point is very difficult. Is there any effect of Area on Emotional Quotient? To find out the answer of this question, present study was undertaken
Still the Second Sex? Exploring Gender Discrimination and Exploitation of Indian Women as seen in Girls by Mrinal Pande and Chauthi Ka Joda by Ismat Chugtai
For ages now, the Indian woman, the highly glorified “bharatiya naari”, has continuously been taken for granted by the patriarchal society of India. She has always been considered as the insignificant ‘other’, ‘the Second Sex’, the weaker, unimportant one and has persistently been looked upon as a slave to serve man and an object to satisfy him. It is because of this, that her emotions, feelings, necessities and desires have never been given enough importance. Her standards of living are defined by the society and almost all the other decisions of her life, which are only supposed to be taken by her, are fixed by the “men” in her life. She has either been elevated or worshipped like a goddess or she has been degraded and shunned like an outcast, but she has never been thought of as what she actually is – a human being
Education To Beat The Challenges Of Life
Life without challenges is like a sky without stars and a king without a crown. The challenges are God given occasion to make one sterner and tougher. When one learns, challenges as opportunities, he/she is more likely to transform the fear into a learning tool which leads to better life. But today most of the students are not able face the reality, specially the failures. The failures may be said about due to the Personal problems, Family problems, Friendship problems, Studies problems, Relationship problems, etc.Personal problems refer to the health problems both physical and mental. Students don’t give much importance to their health. They don’t eat well and want to be slim considering it as a fashion but if they fell in ill, they are not able to bear with their sickness and they get collapsed. On the other hand, they eat more junk foods which hurt them and they grow bulky but not healthy. Also the students least bothered about their mental health. They give much importance to video games, playing games in the computer and cell phones because of which they are trained mentally in what they play. They become more aggressive and they are mentally disturbed

Social Context Adjudication
Judiciary in a democracy is like a charioteer of a carriage. It does not only give meaning to the intent of legislature but also by means of “social context adjudication” promotes the cherished ideals of the constitution. Our body of law is largely a colonial heritage, based on adversarial system of trial. In spite of this Indian judges have seldom been bound by its inherent impositions. Indian judiciary has not only been a guardian or even a reactor to social change but also active initiators of progressive social change and have breathed a lease of life in the dry letters of law by creative and socially responsive interpretation. It has donned the mantle of an active referee as opposed to a mere umpire, as envisaged in a strictly adversarial system. Gender-Justice, Prison Reforms, Rights of the Accused and victims of crime, children’s rights, Criminal justice reforms and poverty jurisprudence bears testimony to the activist role played by our judiciary. In a contest between religious rights and gender justice the judiciary has walked this tightrope and served the cause of gender equality. Right of maintenance of a Muslim woman, bolder interpretation of provisions of procedural laws by successive judicial decisions have all greatly contributed to social justice in India. The right to maintenance of a second wife is also another classic example of activist decisions by the judiciary to wipe every tear from every eye. The liberality in terms of bail has emancipated greatly the poor and indigent languishing in jails for periods larger than the offence that they ultimately get acquitted of. The monitoring of investigation by the magistrate, which has been traditionally seen as making serious inroads into the traditional concept of separation of powers, is now possible, , bringing in the elements of an inquisitorial system which our criminal justice system is in badly need of. In this paper I propose to analyze such instances of creative interpretation, which have reaffirmed the role of our courts as the sentinel on the qui vive of fundamental and basic human rights of our citizens
