If women are not empowered, they cannot create their own identity. For the development of any country and state, it is necessary that first of all gender discrimination against women should be stopped. After this, they should be provided opportunities for development and advancement in various fields, so that women can develop. If opportunities are provided to women in various areas of development, those areas always move towards progress. If the development of women is done at the right time, then the development of the house, family, state, and country is ensured. Due to the shortcomings of the Indian Medical Association Act,1956, need was being felt for a long time to replace it by a rational act which could embody in itself all the activities and the foul plays which were deliberately not taken into account or went unnoticed. The Omissions and the Commissions in treatment of patients was of utmost importance as they were directly related to the well-being of the patients under treatment and in some cases would have put the precious life to an unfortunate end.
