The Corporate World is surrounded by the two entities namely the Directors and the Shareholders. There are a number of legislation which have been incorporated for these entities. As they are two important pillars and they should be given equal importance as well as protection. It has been noticed that the Directors and Shareholders, as always been creating an issue as to whom authority has been given equal justice. The relationship between the Directors as well as the Shareholders has been sometimes friends and sometimes “good enemies’.The Corporate world is always dreams of a healthy relationship between the Directors and Shareholders. Similarly, type of relations also exists in the society is the relationship of the employer and employee. For example, the relationship between the employer and employee in the labour unit. There is also a similar kind of fight which has been experienced in this particular. It has been noticed that the labourers form trade union in order to fight against the in justice in a legal way. There is a particular law which has been incorporated long back i.e. the Trade Union Act, 1926, where the number of members need to register themselves, under this Act which will provide protection to them, where there is a justice.So looking in the particular situation, i.e. between the employer and employee in the labour unit, a legislature provide justice. One important concern which need an importance is that a trade union needs to form i.e. it is a structure of members which has been created for the purpose of securing and protection the interest of the workers on a collective voice. Same can be incorporate in Corporate World? Therefore, this article would revolve around the issue whether forming of class of shareholders will be appropriate in the corporate world.  
Studies on Ground Water Quality of Mandideep Industrial Area, Bhopal
Get PDFGroundwater is a precious source of water supply because of its relatively low susceptibility to pollution in comparison with surface water and its large storage capacity. In order to find out the impact of industrial effluent discharges on the ground water quality, water samples were collected from different sources near the Mandideep industrial area and analyzed for water quality parameters during the month of May 2016. Among different parameters studied in water samples, Ni, Cd, Zn, Sn, Pb were not found in the sample and Carbonates, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphates, Chlorides, Nitrates, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Fluoride, Turbidity, Alkalinity values are within the permissible limit. Electrical conductivity varies from 238-654.60μmhos/cm and pH is observed in the range of 6.82-7.74 which are meeting the desired criteria at all the locations. Analysis results of the samples were compared with the drinking water standards as per IS: 10500-2012

Presence study has been executed to examine Emotional Intelligence of Higher Secondary English Medium students in association with certain variables. This study is exerted to know and assess the effect of Gender, Area, Education of parents and stream of the students on Emotional Intelligence, which are as independent variables. A researcher has acquired self-prepared Emotional Intelligence scale for the present study. Null Hypothesis was examined by statistical evaluation by calculating Mean, Standard deviation and the critical ratio of collected data information. The study is based on employees of public and private sector banks. The major objective of the study is to understand the causes for the absenteeism in the banking industry among the employees. In this research paper, researcher has used both primary and secondary method of data collection. From the study, it is found that the poor salary, lack of freedom, welfare facilities, work load, unfavorable supervisor behavior, poor work environment, celebration of festivals, long working hours, unfair leave Policies, lack of transportation facilities etc. are the major causes for employee absenteeism. The researcher has used convenient sampling method. Finally the researcher has attempted to give some suggestions to reduce the absenteeism in the respective organization

No full textWomen are the foundation of society. In Indian society, women have always been given the highest status and have been accepted in various roles. A woman is an eternal force who has shouldered numerous social responsibilities since ancient times. Despite this, she has been placed in a lower social hierarchy for a long period in Indian society. However, this does not imply that the social status of women has always been secondary.If we look at history, it is evident that during the pre-Vedic era, women enjoyed equal rights and responsibilities as men. They were fully aware and active in their roles for themselves and society. However, due to a lack of education, the religious and social status of women gradually declined.During the Mughal era, more restrictions were imposed on women\u27s freedom, significantly curtailing their independence. In many ways, women were considered the property of men. They were bound by so many social constraints that their independent identity was almost lost, and their lives became confined to the household.In the 19th century, major social reformers focused their social and religious reform movements on improving the status of women. As a result, several significant laws were passed, such as the Abolition of Sati Act (1829), the Hindu Widows\u27 Remarriage Act (1856), the Female Infanticide Prevention Act (1870), and the Special Marriage Act (1872). These reforms significantly improved the social and economic status of women. As a result, women became not only economically empowered but also an aware and active part of society, enabling them to stand alongside men in every aspect of life.Despite various government efforts, although there has been an improvement in women\u27s status, challenges still remain.
