Therefore, the main purpose of writing this paper is to make the readers aware about the various means and methods by which various disputes and conflicts can be resolved peaceful without going into war which is need of the hour and would create a batter and peaceful world. Every state in the contemporary seeks to fulfill its national interest .Consequently, the emergence of disputes and the existence of conflict is permanent phenomenon of the international relation. These conflicts are in no way congenial to the international society .If emergence of violence is to be minimized in a society, there should exist practices and procedures by which disputes and conflicts that emerge from time to time may be resolved .Otherwise the people involved in those conflicts and disputes may feel that recourse to violence is the only method available to settle them. Between the members of a community it is the judiciary, which settles the disputes as per the municipal law. But such other disputes as those between employers and the labour are considered as not amenable to settlement by the judiciary, and so they are left to be resolved by collective bargaining between the groups concerned and by procedures such as Conciliation, while some are submitted to adjudication

The research article aims to reflect the language and the cultural identity of the Hindu Diaspora. Language forms a significant part of the cultural identity. The word “diaspora” is generally not used for religions but the case of Hinduism is unique. The population of Hindus living outside the Indian subcontinent has never formed a large fraction of the total Hindu population. Even today more than 95% of Hindus live in the Indian subcontinent. The percentage of converted Hindus is much smaller as compared to the other major religions of the world. Hindus are a heterogeneous community which has expanded all over the world and speaks several languages. The Hindu Diaspora is a kind of an ecotone, which is between the traditional Hindu culture and the culture of its resident country. It consists of people of Indian origin and non resident Indians. The research paper classifies the Hindu diaspora into various spoken languages and culture further it also tries to present its spatial dimension. There have been various stages of emigration of the Hindus from the subcontinent. The research article presents the migration of Hindu Diaspora in terms of its spatial and temporal dimension. The research article also demonstrates two small case studies regarding the Hindu Diaspora in Reunion Island and the Hindu Diaspora of South American countries of Guyana and Suriname. The research article also presents the impact of Indian languages and culture in the various pockets of the world. The author has compared the dominance of Indian languages vis-a-vis each other over the Hindu Diaspora. In the light of the massive data required, the author uses secondary data. The reports of various International institutions, governments, newspaper articles and journals have been used as a source of the data. She takes rigorous efforts to adjust herself with the life style of the Ashram. Bapu embraces her into the fold and as she becomes indispensable part of the Ashram and his life, renames her Mira after Mirabai, the legendary devotee of Krishna. Law Of Environment In India: Problems And Challenges In Its Enforcement
There is no deficiency of available legislations on environmental protection in India but enforcement of these legislations has been far from satisfactory. There is urgent need for the effective, successful and well–organized enforcement of the Constitutional mandate and other environmental legislations or laws in India. The creative and innovative role of India Judiciary and National Green Tribunal [NGT] has been significant and laudable in this era. Pursuant to the provisions contained in Articles 48–A and 51–A[h] of the Indian Constitution, various Public Interest Litigations have been instituted in the Supreme Court against several industries for failing to provide sufficient pollution control and also against Pollution Control Boards to direct them to take proper measures to ensure pollution control in Indian perspective. For the purpose of effective, successful and well–organized enforcement of these legislations, it is required to set up an Adjucatory Body in each State in India, which should consist of legal as well as technical experts. Caring for regulating and protecting the environment is essentially a desire to see that national development should proceed along the rational sustainable laws. Protection of the environment and keeping ecological balance in Indian scenario unaffected is a task which not only the Government but also every individual, association, society, industry and corporation must undertake. It is a social compulsion and fundamental duty enshrined in Article 51–A[g] of the Indian Constitution
