Discussion on the Improvement of Outsourcing Management of Cleaning Services in University Canteens under the Background of Logistics Socialization
In the backdrop of intensifying the socialization reform of university logistics, the market-oriented level of student canteens in colleges and universities is on a continuous upward trend. The emergence of outsourced management services for student canteens has brought the professional governance of canteen cleaning affairs, which encompasses the cleansing of tableware, to the attention of logistics administrators. Additionally, as the cleaning service segment within the property industry evolves, its reach has progressively expanded to cover university student canteens. This has led to the formation of cleaning enterprises that primarily target student canteens and offer standardized, regulated, and specialized cleaning solutions
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Decision-Making in Business Management: A Comprehensive Analysis
This paper focuses on how AI and ML have changed decisions in retailing, healthcare, financing, and manufacturing careers. They demonstrate how AI is used in supply chain management to support the decision-making process by making forecasts, processing data, and optimizing operations, leading to higher efficiency, decreased costs, and increased customer satisfaction. Thus, the research incorporates quantitative and qualitative approaches, such as surveys and interviews with key stakeholders, and employs statistical and content analysis methods. Significant outcomes include a 20% enhancement of forecasting precision reduction while the operational cost decreases by 21 percent. Nonetheless, the research also discovers an essential issue that employs complex challenges that embrace high-cost implementation, resistance from the workforce, allowance of data privacy, and bias besides algorithms. Some are ethical concerns, and the importance of their regulation is noted. While adopting the decision theory and systems thinking perspectives, this research paper highlights the necessity of effectively and adequately implementing AI into an organization permanently to achieve more benefits. The following are realizable out-of-the-box solutions that the study suggests, including audiences for employees, data protection for compliance, and conscientization of fairness in AI algorithms. Future directions include situations where these applications are to be broadened to weigh on ethical issues and to encourage optimal technological fairness that will, in turn, ensure sustainable business improvement and innovation

Improving Integral Education – An Opportunity to Prepare Future Primary Teachers for Computer Education
In the article, it is important to raise a young generation worthy of our great scholars such as Muhammad al-Khorazmi, Ahmad al-Farghani, Abu Rayhan Beruni and Mirza Ulugbek, who made a great contribution to the creation of the foundations of the science of mathematics, to convey modern knowledge to students, and to educate the youth of our country about the beauty of mathematics. In the implementation of integrated education, competence in mathematics sharpens the human mind, develops attention, educates determination and will to achieve the intended goal, teaches discipline in an algorithmic way, and most importantly, to spread the principles and solve problems. , calls for innovations and expands thinking issues are considered, as well as researches of a number of international organizations on primary education. At this point, the results of PISA - the international program for assessing student achievement, aimed at assessing the level of literacy of 15-year-old students in their mother tongue, mathematics and natural sciences, of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) are noteworthy. In addition, it is possible to cite TIMSS - the international monitoring program of the quality of education in mathematics and natural sciences, organized by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievements (IEA). This study helps to compare the level and quality of students' knowledge of mathematics and science in different countries and to identify differences in national education systems
Multi-Criteria AHP Approach for the Optimal Selection of Sites for Transport and Water Storage: A Comparative Analysis
In decision-making issues involving a strong spatial dimension, such as the search for the optimal position for an arrangement, decision-makers must face a multitude of information, performance indicators, and the requirements of sustainable development. Often, the choices made reflect more trade-offs between technical constraints and financial budgets than environmental priorities. To overcome this limitation, we propose an approach combining Geographic Information Systems and multi-criteria analysis. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is particularly effective for prioritizing sites based on multiple and sometimes conflicting criteria. Considering six criteria (social, environmental, and economic), we demonstrate the relevance of this approach through an applied illustration, thus offering a robust decision aid for the selection of optimal sites
Influence of Training on Employee Performance in African Public Sector Organizations- A Systematic Review
This systematic review assessed the influence of staff training on employee performance in African public sector organisations. A comprehensive search strategy was employed, yielding 32 studies from various African countries with diverse research designs and sample sizes. This review evaluated the effectiveness of different types of training programmes, examined the relationship between training and key employee performance metrics, identified challenges and limitations in public sector staff training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. The findings suggest that various training approaches, including on-the-job, off-the-job, technical, and skills-based training, positively influence employee performance and organisational effectiveness. Performance management and technology integration in training were also identified as important factors. The review highlights a strong positive relationship between training and key employee performance metrics, with performance management, training evaluation, and work environment attributes playing crucial roles. However, challenges such as retention of trained staff, alignment of training with organisational needs, skills shortages, high training costs, and outdated training approaches were noted. Recommendations include conducting comprehensive training needs assessments, investing in diverse training approaches, integrating performance management with training initiatives, adopting innovative delivery methods, fostering supportive work environments, strengthening partnerships, incorporating problem-based learning and indigenous management knowledge, and regularly evaluating training effectiveness. This review provides evidence-based insights for policymakers and training programme designers to enhance the impact of staff training on employee performance in African public sector organisations
Faculty Job Satisfaction in Higher Education: A Systematic Review of Empirical Studies through Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory
This paper examines faculty job satisfaction in higher education by systematically reviewing empirical studies through Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory. It clarifies how motivator (intrinsic) and hygiene (extrinsic) factors, alongside institutional and demographic variables, shape faculty motivation and retention. A structured literature review was conducted across Scopus, and several other digital data. Forty-five sources were synthesized. Results show that motivators such as recognition, autonomy, and intellectual challenge are central to satisfaction, while hygiene factors such as salary, workload, and governance structures primarily prevent dissatisfaction. Institutional support (e.g., mentoring, workload policies) moderates these effects, while variations in rank, gender, and cultural context create meaningful differences in faculty experiences. This study integrates Herzberg’s framework with complementary theories (Expectancy Theory, Job Characteristics Model, Self-Determination Theory) to propose a synthesized conceptual model of faculty job satisfaction. The synthesis extends Herzberg’s framework by situating motivators and hygiene factors within institutional, demographic, and cultural contexts
