Management of Enterprises in the Greek Economy
The methodology of this study follows a qualitative research approach, integrating historical analysis, theoretical examination, and regulatory review to explore the management of enterprises in the Greek economy. The study is primarily descriptive and analytical, relying on secondary sources such as academic literature, historical records, and legal frameworks to trace the evolution of Greek business management from ancient times to the present. A significant component of the methodology involves a comparative analysis, where Greek enterprise practices are contrasted with those of other economies, particularly within the EU, to identify unique challenges and strategic opportunities. Additionally, the research incorporates strategic management frameworks, including SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces, to provide a structured evaluation of business dynamics, competitive pressures, and economic adaptability. The study also examines the impact of regulatory policies on enterprise operations, analyzing the role of Greek laws and EU directives in shaping the business environment. Finally, the paper discusses technological and innovation trends, particularly digital transformation and Industry 4.0, to assess their influence on modern business strategies. By synthesizing insights from historical, strategic, and regulatory perspectives, this methodology offers a comprehensive understanding of the factors shaping enterprise management in Greece
The Influence of Social Media on Tourist Destination Choice
This work is based on a survey to study the influence of social media on tourist destination choices. By examining four major aspects—i.e., the influence of social media content, the desired information on travel, shared online experiences, and the match between real experiences and social media expectations—the results highlight the significant role of social media in shaping travelers' choices and motivations. Visual and sensory material play a very important role. The study, which focuses on Morocco, provides insights into the nuances of social media use in a developing country with a flourishing tourism economy and a high internet penetration rate
Logistics Network Design for Sustainable Supply Chains: Evaluating Trade-Offs between Cost and Environmental Impact
Logistics network design leads to critical components in supply chain sustainability specifically in the United States since businesses aim to achieve reduced operational expenses together with decreased environmental impact. Since their initial inception as traditional transportation systems, logistics networks have gradually developed into worldwide systems which offer efficiency but cause raised environmental emissions and energy utilisation. The study evaluated the trade-offs between cost efficiency and environmental sustainability in logistics network design, particularly examining how different operational decisions affect both logistics cost and carbon emissions. A primary quantitative approach was adopted by the research, which utilised data obtained from 380 representatives of logistics companies operating in the USA, and a survey questionnaire was utilised. SmartPLS software analysed direct and indirect relationships between independent and dependent variables during the data evaluation process. Sustainable logistics procedures decrease environmental damage, but expenses typically rise in the process. The examination discovered that inventory management, together with sustainability initiatives, create a major influence over carbon emissions and logistics expenses. Transportation mode selection demonstrated better effectiveness in lowering environmental emissions than it did in cutting costs down. The research established that organisations need to find effective ways to achieve financial efficiency while promoting sustainability. Strategic decisions made by companies need to maintain sustainability steps while avoiding competitive setbacks through an understanding that sustainable logistics practices generate lasting advantages. The sustainability of business logistics networks requires top priority while policymakers need to back sustainable logistics programs with both incentives and rules. More research is necessary to determine multiple variables that affect logistics network design
Key Factors in the Development of Capital Markets Globally
This research paper investigates the impact of macroeconomic and institutional factors on the development of capital markets, measured as the ratio of market capitalization to gross domestic product (GDP), on panel data from 47 stock exchanges, both mature and developing markets, from 2008 to 2020. Despite overall economic growth and an increase in market capitalization to GDP ratio between 2008 and 2020, nearly half of the markets experienced negative trends in the post-pandemic and wartime period of 2020. Key findings from regression and VAR models highlight the significant influence of local bank credit, political stability, and broad money on capital market development, with a positive long-term impact of lending interest rates, but a negative effect of foreign direct investment on market capitalization. Policy recommendations include focusing on political stability, promoting financial intermediation, improving SME access to credit, and maintaining moderate inflation and low-interest rates to foster a stable investment environment and encourage public participation in capital markets through education initiatives
The Long-Term Effectiveness of Live Streaming Marketing: Analysing Factors Affecting Purchase Intention and Customer Loyalty
Marketing strategies have shifted significantly away from conventional advertising methods and toward a more modern approach, digital marketing. Subsequently, the emergence of live broadcast marketing was caused by the increasing popularity of social media. Every generation uses social media at least once a day, making it a habitual activity. As live broadcast marketing is a cost-effective strategy for businesses, marketers began to adopt the live streaming marketing strategy. TikTok is one of the examples of social media that has a live streaming feature and has the most downloads in Indonesia. However, most of the previous studies mainly investigated the factors determining the viewer’s purchase intention but did not explore the effectiveness of TikTok live streaming marketing from the perspective of customers’ loyalty in the future. This study aims to investigate the roles of streamers’ attractiveness, E-WOM, and perceived risk on purchase intention and customer loyalty. The research is conducted in Indonesia with their popularity of live streaming marketing strategy. The population of this research is Generation Y and Z. The research method was quantitative, utilizing questionnaires with the 5-scale Likert Scale to gather data. The result of the investigation depicts that streamer’s attractiveness, E-WOM, and perceived risk have a significant impact on elevating the customers’ loyalty by positively influencing purchase intention. The implications and recommendations are also included in this paper
Framing the Nation: Landscape Photography and Cultural Identity in the Young Companion
The Young Companion (良友), a bilingual magazine established in Shanghai in 1926, significantly influenced early 20th-century Chinese culture. Recognized for diverse content including fashion and politics, it notably utilized landscape photography to bridge cultural gaps during a period of modernization and instability. This media not only portrayed China's geographical diversity but also acted as a unifying force, connecting fragmented populations through shared cultural roots. By using iconic landscapes as metaphors for resilience and unity, the magazine reinforced national identity through visual narratives. These images served as cultural archives and political tools that underscored the harmonious relationship between China's natural landscapes and its cultural heritage, aligning with concepts like Benedict Anderson's "imagined community." This interplay of media and cultural identity profoundly shaped Chinese public perceptions amid socio-political challenges

Time Management Model in the System of Ensuring Personnel Security for Sustainable Development Planning
The contemporary organizational landscape is witnessing unprecedented complexity, necessitating the integration of robust time management strategies to ensure personnel security and facilitate sustainable development planning. This article proposes a theoretical and practical framework for a time management model that holistically addresses personnel security concerns. Drawing on current literature, including recent studies on time management models in accounting, construction, crisis management, and the circular economy, we integrate insights from varied fields to underscore how time allocation, prioritization, and organizational structures directly impact personnel well-being and sustainable growth. The core argument posits that effective time management is a pivotal pillar in guaranteeing personnel security by reducing workplace stress, safeguarding mental and physical health, and streamlining organizational processes. Our methodology encompasses an extensive literature review, a conceptual model of time management for personnel security, and empirical validation through scenario-based simulations. The study’s results reveal that enterprises adhering to structured time management principles not only report better workforce morale but also demonstrate enhanced resilience, reduced operational risks, and stronger alignment with sustainable development goals. Discussions revolve around the interlinked dimensions of organizational culture, leadership, and policy frameworks that shape time management strategies. Finally, this article concludes by offering recommendations to policymakers, organizational leaders, and academics on harnessing time management as a foundational strategy for personnel security and sustainable planning
