The Role of Language in Shaping Literary Identity: A Comparative Study of Modern English Literature
The Role of Language in Shaping Literary Identity is a crucial topic of great interest among researchers and critics. It has occupied the foreground of academic study. With respect to modern English literature, the function of language is not merely confined to communication; it plays a vital role in shaping the identity of both the author and the text. Relevantly, language influences the way the writers draw character sketches in their literary works and how they tackle themes and narrative structures. The main objective of this research is to explore how language acts as a tool of expression to shape literary identity in the works of modern English literature. To relieve the task of academic research, some representative literary texts have been selectively chosen. Bearing in mind that some areas of research still need to be brought into the scope of literary discussion, the study focuses on comparing the works of different authors from a diverse range of backgrounds, genres, and cultural contexts within the English-speaking world in the modern times. The interactive relationship between language and literary identity is investigated; the study seeks to trace how language reflects and constructs the identities of writers and their narratives in the context of modernity. The research attempts an outline of literature review, illuminating the topic perspectives and highlighting the role of language in shaping literary identity. The study also adopts an analytical, comparative approach, supported with authenticated references and insights: selected texts are linguistically, contextually and thematically analyzed. The conclusion draws lines together, providing a deeper understanding of the intersection between language, identity, and literature in the contemporary world of English literature
Exploring the Association between Role Stress and Police Personnel's Mental Resilience: The Role of Work-Family Conflict and Psychological Well-Being
This study uses regression analysis to investigate the connection between police mental health and work-related stress. It focusses on the ways that role conflicts, job expectations, and work strain lead to stress, fatigue, and decreased productivity at work in an effort to offer suggestions for enhancing occupational health in law enforcement. A quantitative survey method was utilized to evaluate the impact of occupational stress on the mental well-being of police personnel in specific regions of Tamil Nadu. The research examined the association between role stress (including role conflict, ambiguity, and overload) and work-family conflict as a mediating variable, with psychological well-being serving as a moderating factor and resilience as an additional element. Statistical regression analysis was employed to assess these correlations. Police employees reported moderate to high levels of occupational stress, according to the analysis. According to regression results (p < 0.05), job stress and mental health are strongly inversely related, with role conflict and job overload having the most effects. Reduced mental health was associated with increased occupational stress. The study's scope is restricted to a few Tamil Nadu districts, which may limit its generalisability. Future studies might concentrate on stress-reduction techniques or use larger sample sizes. This study provides important new information about how work-family conflict, mental health, and occupational stress interact in law enforcement. The results give legislators useful information to improve law enforcement officers' resiliency and occupational health

Equity in Education Management: Bridging the Gap and Policy Disparities for Non-ASN Teachers
This study explores the legal and human rights challenges faced by non-ASN teachers in Indonesia, emphasizing the fundamental right to education and the professional rights of teachers as a cornerstone of equitable development. The research highlights the urgency of addressing systemic inequities in the compensation, benefits, and job security of non-ASN teachers compared to their ASN counterparts. Employing a normative legal approach supported by empirical data, the study examines legislative frameworks and their practical applications in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The findings reveal significant gaps in policy and practice, which undermine not only the professional dignity of non-ASN teachers but also their basic human rights, including the right to fair compensation and protection from discrimination. These disparities contravene national and international human rights standards and hinder the fulfillment of Indonesia's constitutional mandate to promote education for all. The study concludes with actionable recommendations for legal and policy reforms to ensure fair treatment, professional recognition, and human rights protection for all teachers, thereby strengthening Indonesia’s education system and upholding human dignity. The government’s responsibility to uphold teachers' rights is essential for fulfilling its broader commitment to human rights and education as a constitutional right
Exploring Innovative Work Behavior to Bridge the Fragmented Knowledge
Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) is crucial for organizations aiming to thrive in dynamic markets and achieve sustainability. Despite its importance, there remains a fragmented understanding of the factors that foster IWB. This study explores the influence of Human Resource (HR) practices—Training and Development (TD), Rewards and Recognition (RR), Diversity Management (DM), and Work-Life Balance (WB)—on various dimensions of IWB such as Idea Exploration (IE), Idea Generation (IG), Idea Championing (IC), and Idea Implementation (II). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data from 111 participants across 9 industries in the UAE. The results reveal that TD positively impacts IE but negatively affects IG, suggesting that while training encourages exploration, it inhibits idea generation. DM consistently positively influences all IWB dimensions, highlighting the importance of diversity in fostering innovation. Conversely, RR negatively impacts IG, IC, and II, indicating that excessive focus on rewards can stifle creativity. WB has a mixed impact; it negatively affects IE but enhances IG, IC, showing that a balanced work-life environment supports innovative behaviors. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to enhance innovation capabilities through targeted HR practices. It thus adds value to the latent literature of IWB

The Influence of Customer Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Trust on Loyalty among E-Shoppers in Palestine’s E-Commerce Platforms
E-commerce has grown significantly in the past few years and has significantly affected the retail industry worldwide, including Palestine. Due to the improved Internet connectivity, high usage of smartphones, and the young population of Palestine, the e-commerce industry has rapidly developed. This research examines the relationship between customer-perceived value, satisfaction, trust, and loyalty concerning Palestinian e-shoppers in the context of local e-commerce platforms. The quantitative data were collected using a structured survey of (278) online shoppers and analyzed using SEM to test the proposed model. The results show that perceived value does not directly affect customer loyalty; the relationship is mediated by customer satisfaction and trust. In detail, a perceived value improves customer satisfaction and trust, both antecedents of loyalty. The satisfaction and trust of the customers are not just important; they are the foundation of their loyalty. These findings suggest that e-commerce platforms in Palestine need to embrace a comprehensive approach that aims to achieve a high level of customer-perceived value, satisfaction, and trust. By focusing on these aspects, online retailers can successfully build and sustain customer loyalty, thus guaranteeing continued growth and market leadership in the growing Palestinian e-commerce industry. This research provides theoretical implications for consumer behaviors in emerging markets and managerial implications for e-commerce firms that seek to enhance customer retention strategies
