Facilitating Peace through Economic Incentives
Peace is beneficial to the stability and development of all countries and even the global economy. We should try to find a way to reduce wars and achieve peace and development among countries through economic incentive policies. Hand over military power to the United Nations by various countries may achieve long-term peace. Economic incentives such as tariff reductions and most favored nation treatment in trade can be awarded to countries that handed over their military forces to the United Nations. For long-term ongoing wars lasting for more than one year, it can be agreed that the United Nations has the right to forcibly participate in peace negotiations and promote peace negotiations through economic incentive mechanisms
Public Health Management: Development of Screening Programs in Mammology
Public health management plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing screening programs that address critical health concerns. In mammology, these initiatives aim to detect breast cancer at earlier, more treatable stages, thereby reducing mortality and improving patient outcomes. This article explores the development of screening programs in mammology through an examination of contemporary public health strategies, literature-based evidence, methodological approaches, and associated results. It also discusses the impact of technology, policy, and community engagement in enhancing the efficacy of such programs. By synthesizing current findings and outlining best practices, this paper underscores the essential role of organized screening interventions in advancing women’s health and underscores pathways for future improvement and innovation
The Relationship between Financial Indicators and the Trading Volume of the Iraqi National Bank Listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange
The relationship between the financial indicators of the Iraqi National Bank and the trading volume of its shares is of great importance in supporting investment decisions and stimulating economic growth. Accordingly, the research problem is represented by the extent of the relationship between the financial indicators of the Iraqi National Bank in the Iraq Stock Exchange and the trading volume of its shares. Based on this, the research aims to analyze the quantitative relationship between the financial indicators and the trading volume of shares for the Iraqi National Bank listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period (2005-2022). A hypothesis was formulated that there is a relationship between the financial indicators of the Iraqi National Bank and the trading volume of its shares. To achieve the study's objective, economic analysis and modern econometric methods were employed, including testing the stability of time series, testing the stability of the model as a whole, determining optimal lag periods, testing for cointegration, estimating the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), and causality testing (Toda-Yamamoto). The results of the causality test for the Iraqi National Bank indicate that the relationship between the return on equity ratio and the earnings per share ratio is not significant with trading volume, while the relationship between the liquidity ratio, the debt-to-equity ratio, and the turnover of fixed assets is significant with trading volume

Data was obtained from the public through questionnaires by dividing the top 9 (nine) online investment application users registered with OJK. This study used questionnaires, quantitative research centers on statistical analysis of numerical data collected using large-scale survey research, from the results of 262 users of online investment applications analyzed using PLS-SEM, and SPSS. and Smart PLS tool programs. The results of the study found H4 and H6 influential because the value is greater than 5%, while H1, H2 H3, and H5 have no effect because the value is smaller than 5%, which is according to the PLS Bootstrapping technique. This shows that facilitating conditions, and perceived risks have a significant effect on the intention to implement online investment applications in Indonesia. While performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, and trust do not affect the intention to implement online investment in Indonesia
E-Commerce and Price Elasticity How Online Platforms Influence Consumer Choice
E-commerce has redefined the global marketplace, adding dynamic pricing principle, and superior approaches to the proper implementation of revenue and consumer satisfaction. In this paper, various factors affecting outside the retail price are analyzed in detail, with emphasis on elasticity and newer technologies which give e-commerce pricing its inherently complex nature. Using real-time analytics to implementing machine learning methodology and using visualization tools such as visual analytics has helped the e-commerce platforms to improve response to the changes in markets and behavior of consumers. However, structural problems including price level disparities, costs of adjusting prices, and non-linear demand remain in place and essentially force firms to make ongoing fine-tuning of their methods. Also, features such as live streaming and interactive promotional functionalities have sprung up as key means of impacting on the consumer to gain trust in a product. In the next section, this paper distills the lessons learned from prior literature to provide a theoretical framework for understanding pricing strategies, market competition and consumer behavior that would lead to the sustainable profitability and competitiveness of e-commerce platforms
Measuring the market power of commercial banks and market structure in the financial sector in Nepal
Nepal has reformed its financial sectors to align with sector performance and growth, with the aim of mobilizing resources and capitalizing them for higher economic growth and poverty reduction throughout the country. This paper aims to measure the degree of competitiveness in financial sectors in Nepal. The research design, methods, and theory employed in this paper include both structural and nonstructural approaches. The structural approach uses concentration ratios and HHI to measure market competitiveness, while the non-structural approach uses the profit elasticity model/Boone indicator. The paper’s sample size is 6 of 22 total commercial banks in Nepal, using the sample size formula and time series data from 2011/12 to 2020/21. The authors collected the data from their annual reports. Commercial banks represent institutional power, serve as symbols of financial liberalization, and are competitive stakeholders in the post-liberalization era. Financial reforms have ushered in a banking sector that is perfectly competitive. The paper found no change rather than oligopoly market with their shareholding powers and controlled in the banking sector of the financial market in contrast to the remaining banks. The result of the structural and non-structural approach unhides low competition to the remaining rival banks. It implies that there are no significant challenges, other than the need to share power and commands in the supposedly liberal and competitive market. This is not limited to large private banks, but also extends to large public institutions. The paper found low concentration in the banking sector. Further, the policy of merger and consolidation has increased the competitiveness and oligopoly of big banks instead of strengthening and promoting a competitive open market. Therefore, we cannot expect financial reforms and liberalization to foster a competitive, open financial market without regulation. Therefore, the central bank must focus on crafting monetary policy and financial reforms, and ensuring their efficacy in a manner that promotes financial market expansion and optimal competition. The paper covered only six big commercial banks. It implies understanding the competitiveness degree of banking sectors and the financial market and finding out the best solution to strengthen the open and competitive banking sector in the financial market for a higher rate of resource mobilization and capitalization at competitive interest rates and access to banking services

Analysis of Personality Traits of Ecotourism Opinion Leaders
As ecotourism increasingly emphasizes environmental protection, opinion leaders play a critical role in promoting sustainable travel practices. These leaders, leveraging social media and other platforms, significantly influence consumer travel decisions and behaviors. However, existing research primarily focuses on social media influence, with limited exploration of how personality traits shape their impact. This study explores the relationship between the personality traits of ecotourism opinion leaders and their own background. Using a questionnaire survey and factor analysis, four primary personality factors were identified: Practical Performer, Composed Stabilizer, Creative Thinker, and Warm Collaborator. Further cluster analysis revealed three distinct opinion leader profiles: Steady Performer, Thoughtful Stabilizer, and Empathetic Thinker. Cross-analysis indicated that education level and monthly income exhibited significant differences among these personality clusters. Specifically, higher education and income levels were associated with opinion leaders exhibiting creativity and empathy. This study offers a fresh perspective for understanding the behaviors and influence of opinion leaders in the ecotourism sector
