Intelligence in the Social Disaster Aspects of Terrorism in Indonesia
Get PDFTerrorism is a social disaster that exists in Indonesia, causing trauma, destabilizing, and threatening security. This article discusses the intelligence aspect of the social disaster of terrorism. The dissemination of appropriate intelligence information can assist counter-terrorism policy-making and operations, as well as promote efforts to prevent attacks. In addition, intelligence contributes to prevention and de-radicalization by identifying drivers of radicalization and mapping the spread of extremist ideologies, as well as supporting counter-narrative programmers. International collaboration facilitates information sharing and coordinated global counter-terrorism efforts
Prevalence Of Refractive Errors Among Medical Students In Benghazi University
Get PDFBackground: Refractive errors (REs) are common and continue to increase globally. Uncorrected REs are the second leading cause of preventable blindness and the most common cause of visual impairment. Aim of the study: The objective of the study was to determine the prevalence of refractive errors and its association with age, gender among the students of Medical Sciences colleges in Benghazi university, Libya. Patients & Methods: This cross sectional study was performed in the department of ophthalmology, Benghazi university during the period from December 2023 to March 2024 (4 months). The target population of the study was 200 students aged 19-25 years, of Medical Sciences colleges in Benghazi university. The selected students were invited to participate in the study, students already had pre-existing ocular causes of decreased visual acuity and so were not eligible for the study were excluded from the study Results: the age was 23.3. ± 1.02 years, patients were 116 (58%) females and 84 (42%) females. The overall prevalence rate of myopia was 58.75%, hypermetropia was 2.5% and astigmatism was 37.75%. myopia was recoded in 20 males versus 27 females, hypermetropia was recorded in one male versus one female, while Astigmatism was recorded in 16 males versus 15 females. refractive errors were more in the age group (23-25 years). Conclusion: Prevalence rates of myopia in medical students are found to be quite high myopia is the predominant refractive error among the medical students and correction of refractive error could benefit the society and nation at large

With the start-up business success help of a machine learning model and several features of beverages, this thesis would focus on important features that affect the quality of beverage production and have a model to predict a beverage quality. This review would also compare and discuss each technique and provide suggestions based on the current technology. This review would deliberate technology integration and the involvement of deep learning to enable several types of current technologies and the results demonstrate the model's ability to accurately predict beverage quality based on chemical composition. Furthermore, the developed model allows for the identification of critical chemical parameters influencing beverage quality. Manufacturers can use this information to make targeted adjustments in the formulation and production process, leading to enhanced product quality and consistency

One of their tasks is the special inspection of inboard and outboard flaps on Super King Air Model 350i aircraft, conducted every 36 months or 3000 cycles. This requires specialized tools, such as a flap stand tool for removing, installing, and storing flaps. Inadequate equipment can create unsafe conditions for technicians, as the manual flap containment process has led to incidents like Teflon washers falling into flaps held with short tires. To address this, a flap stand was designed using the VDI method. This tool is intended to enhance the maintenance process at BBKFP. Testing revealed that the designed tool can lift a flap weighing 7.89 kg using a thread with a 6-ton capacity and ASTM A36 material

Abstract The world changes every day and with it its interactions, its needs and the ways in which we live together. Currently, the increasing rates of crime, violence and missing persons in the world demand the intervention not only of judicial institutions but of society as a whole. The academy has the intellectual and practical resources to generate strategies that contribute to the construction of more just and harmonious societies. Archeology is a discipline specialized in the reading of contexts and the analysis of material culture, which has contributed to the reconstruction of the social memory of many countries by strengthening ties of identity, using this expertise and responding to the demand for professionals trained in archaeology intervention, registration and interpretation of forensic contexts where social harmony and memory are sought to be broken, it is necessary to create an action plan to be able to look for ways to reduce the impact of the rupture. A laboratory for research, experimentation and training in forensic sciences can contribute to the training of professionals with a critical and diversified vision, who expand the possibilities of information that a context offers them and the strategies that can be used to highlight the details that make it up. Exploration Of Sacredity In Traditional Cultural Rituals In Pemalang Through The Banyu Panguripan Dance
Get PDFImplementation in the series of banyu panguripan ruwat traditions, there is a dance created as a representation that depicts the existence of sacredness in the banyu panguripan traditional ritual. Then the dance is called the Banyu Panguripan dance which in its creation was inspired by classical palace dance, the creation of the Banyu Panguripan dance is carried out exclusively and contemporary which is only displayed in a series of wong gunung festival activities. This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe and explore the meaning and sacred value of the Banyu Panguripan dance itself. The data collection technique used was by conducting interviews and analyzing the documentation that had been collected. The research findings revealed that the banyu panguripan dance not only functions as an event filler in a traditional cultural tourism attraction entitled the Wong Gunung Festival but also as a symbol of local cultural identity and sustainability. Through each dance movement that is harmonized with the tune of the song which contains philosophical meaning. the banyu panguripan dance displays the spirituality and social values of the Pulosari community, Pemalang Regency. Exploring the sacredness of traditional cultural rituals in Pemalang Regency through the Banyu Panguripan dance provides an understanding of the complex relationship between humans, nature, and spirituality in the context of local community life

The capital market also plays an important role in raising funds from those who want to invest in the capital market. Return On Assets can be said to be a measure of good performance and the ratio that the company can control the most, this ratio also represents all activities in the company and stockholders also measures the operational efficiency of the company through achieving profits by comparing the Return On Assets of a company with other similar companies which is a competitor of the company, indirectly Return On Assets plays an important role in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Total Asset TurnOver, Net Profit Margin, and Inflation on Return On Assets and the influence of Current Ratio, Total Asset TurnOver, Net Profit Margin, Inflation, and Return On Assets on Stock Prices in Health Sector companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2021, with a sample of 9 companies, both simultaneously and partially. This study used a quantitative method with panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program. Based on data analysis conducted by panel data regression analysis, it partially shows that the variables Total Asset TurnOver and Net Profit Margin have a significant and significant effect on Return On Assets in Health sector companies for the period 2017 – 2021, while the Current Ratio and Inflation variables have no effect and are not significant on Return On Assets in Health sector companies for the period 2017 – 2021. Then the partial panel data regression analysis shows that only Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on the Stock Price, while the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Inflation, and Return On Assets have no effect and are not significant on the Stock Price. Simultaneously the variables Current Ratio, Total Asset TurnOver, Net Profit Margin, and Inflation have a significant effect on the Return On Assets of Health Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 – 2021 period. Optimization of Anaerobic Co-Digestion of Canna Indica Rhizome and Cow Manure
Get PDFThis study investigates the potential of Canna indica rhizome as a promising substrate for biogas production through anaerobic co-digestion with cow manure. Experimental results demonstrate that a 50:50 mixture of Canna indica rhizome and cow manure optimizes biogas yield, achieving a methane content of 64.48%. This synergistic effect is attributed to the complementary chemical composition of the substrates.To provide an initial estimate of biogas production, an existing mathematical model was adapted without significant modifications. Despite its original design for different substrates, the model exhibited satisfactory performance in predicting biogas production trends, highlighting the general applicability of its underlying principles to this specific co-digestion system.
