Analysis of Route Choice Between Toll Road and National Highway in Palembang - Prabumulih, South Sumatera
The Palembang–Prabumulih Toll Road, as part of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road network, was developed to improve travel efficiency and reduce traffic congestion on the national highway. However, its traffic volume remains below target, with 9,914 vehicles/day recorded on the Palembang–Indralaya section and 5,600 vehicles/day on the Indralaya–Prabumulih section, compared to 15,456 vehicles/day on the national route. This study analyzes the factors influencing route choice between the toll road and the national highway and formulates strategies to increase toll road utilization. The research employed the Stated Preference (SP) method and Binomial Logit Model. Survey results indicate that most respondents were aged 31–40 years (37%), male (78.5%), self-employed (40.5%), and earned Rp3,000,000–Rp4,000,000 per month. Based on five cost scenarios ranging from Rp67,500 to Rp126,000 and time savings of 15–75 minutes, 62–81% of respondents preferred the toll road at lower costs, while preference declined as costs increased. The average Value of Time (VoT) was Rp365 per minute, and the model produced χ²ₐ = 8.373 < χ²ₜ = 14.067, indicating a good fit with the observed data. The study concludes that travel cost is the dominant factor influencing route choic
Novel Insights into Exosomes and Cardiovascular Disorders
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are tiny biological entities, ranging from micro to nano size, surrounded by lipid layers that influence processes like cell movement, new blood vessel formation, and cancer cell proliferation by conveying various biomolecules such as DNA and proteins. EVs consist of exosomes, microparticles, and apoptotic bodies. Their advantages include their ability to pass through biofilms without being broken down by different enzymes, which makes them valuable potential biomarkers for diseases, garnering significant interest from the scientific community. Recent investigations indicate that EVs play a role in the progression of several cardiovascular diseases (CVD), including heart failure and injuries related to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. Furthermore, EVs derived from stem cells are significant in diagnosing and treating different CVDs. This review discusses the biological characteristics of EVs, their involvement in various CVDs, and the hurdles they face in CVD treatment
Transformational Leadership as a Catalyst for Knowledge Management in Primary Health Care: A Descriptive Analysis at the Main Family Medicine Centre (QKMF), Prizren, Kosovo
AbstractBackground:Knowledge management (KM) has become an essential organizational capability for modern healthcare systems, influencing patient safety, service quality, and innovation. Leadership is recognized as the most critical enabler of effective KM, as it determines vision, culture, and resource allocation. In primary care systems such as those in Kosovo, where resources are constrained and learning infrastructures remain underdeveloped, leadership capacity is decisive for knowledge creation and transfer.Aim:This study investigates how leadership practices influence KM implementation and sustainability in the Main Family Medicine Centre (QKMF) in Prizren, Kosovo. It synthesizes international literature and contextual evidence to identify enablers, barriers, and actionable strategies that can advance KM maturity within primary healthcare institutions. Methods:A descriptive analytical design was applied, combining a structured narrative review of peer-reviewed literature (PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, WHO documentation, up to June 2025) with an institutional analysis of QKMF Prizren. The assessment considered leadership structures, knowledge processes, training, and information systems using publicly available documents and managerial observations. Results:Findings demonstrate that transformational and distributed leadership styles, formalized KM roles, investment in digital repositories, and communities of practice (CoPs) correlate with stronger knowledge flows and clinical standardization. Conversely, the absence of KM policy, limited IT infrastructure, managerial skill gaps, and competing clinical pressures impede KM implementation. Conclusion:Leadership that embeds KM into governance, performance monitoring, and professional development can transform primary healthcare performance. For QKMF Prizren, small-scale investments in leadership training, procedural design, and digital organization—anchored in explicit KM strategy—can yield disproportionate gains in service quality and resilience. Keywords: Knowledge management, transformational leadership, primary healthcare, Kosovo, QKMF Prizren, organizational learning, healthcare governance

Problématique De L’eau Desservie A La Population Périurbaine Par Les Postes D’eau Autonome Prives Dans Le Quartier Kindele A Kinshasa
Feasibility Study On The Development Of Corn Cookies With The Addition Of Spinach And Tilapia Fish Flour
Cookies are a type of snack food that is well known and loved by the public, often served as a supplement to toddlers' diets. Cookies commonly consumed by toddlers are generally made from wheat flour, which is an imported product. Therefore, corn flour is used to reduce dependence on wheat flour. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of developing corn cookies enriched with spinach flour and tilapia flour. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative study uses a survey method with 100 samples determined purposively in districts with high stunting rates in West Sumatra, namely Pasaman and Solok districts. The research samples are parents who have toddlers. The data collected was data on the feasibility of developing cookies, which included aspects of demand, market, and technical aspects (shape, taste, color, aroma, texture). The feasibility study results showed that 96% of respondents were aware of stunting in toddlers and 97% of respondents considered that corn cookies with added spinach and tilapia should be produced as supplementary food for stunted toddlers with the desired characteristics, namely star-shaped (55%), sweet taste (55%), brownish yellow color (57%), savory aroma (65%), and crispy texture (75%). The location where respondents hoped to purchase these cookies was near their place of residence (68%) with a price range of IDR 5,000 - IDR 10,000 per pack (64%). The FGD results stated that corn cookies with added spinach and tilapia flour were very much needed and very feasible to develop
Autism Severity And Parental Affection For Children With Autism As Influenced By Environmental Support
Children with autism often face challenges in social interaction, communication deficits, and repetitive behaviors. These issues can pose difficulties for parents in caring for their autistic children. The aim of this research was to explore the relationship between the severity of autism and parents' unconditional love, with religiosity and social support serving as moderating factors. This study employed a quantitative methodology using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The sample consisted of 200 parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), aged 2 to 17 years, selected through non-probability sampling techniques. The instruments used included the unconditional love scale derived from the Porter Parent Acceptance scale (four items; α = .802; AVE = .628), the social support scale (three items; α = .703; AVE = .628), the Brief Multidimensional Measure of Religiousness/Spirituality (ten items; α = .952; AVE = .699), and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (four items; α = .756; AVE = .574). Results showed that parents' unconditional love was significantly influenced by the severity of autism (b = -0.162; t(196) = 2.849, p = .005), religiosity (b = 0.534; t(196) = 7.101, p = .000), and social support (b = 0.157; t(196) = 2.426, p = .016). Religiosity was found to play an important role in moderating the relationship between autism severity and parental unconditional love (b = 0.249; t(196) = 3.262, p = .001), whereas social support did not show a significant moderating effect (b = -0.020; t(196) = .293, p = .770). This suggests that religiosity can help parents maintain their unconditional love for their autistic children, while social support alone may not be sufficient to alleviate the stress involved. Therefore, it is recommended that parents of children with autism enhance their level of religiosity

And the economic growth rate variable as measured by GDP does not have asignificant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, financial performance, dividendpolicy, and economic growth have a significant effect on stock prices. The results of thedetermination coefficient test show that financial performance, dividend policy, and economicgrowth have an influence of 13.8%, and the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variablesnot included in this study
Optimization of SR-W Radiation Shield on Radiation Dose Absorption and Radiographic Image Quality in Abdominal CT Scan Examination
This study aims to explore the potential use of tungsten silicon rubber composite (SR-W) with percentages of 100-0, 97-3, 91-9, 88-12, 85-15 wt% as a radiation shield on abdominal CT scans, to reduce the radiation dose of gonadal organs without significantly degrading image quality. SR-W materials are characterized through homogeneity measurements to determine the uniformity of particle distribution in the polymer matrix. Furthermore, tests were conducted to assess radiation dose reduction using anthropomorphic phantoms, either without or with the addition of SR-W, at tube voltage variations of 80, 100, 120, and 140 kVp. Image quality evaluation was conducted by comparing the areas covered and those not covered by SR-W. The results showed that SR-W with a composition of 94-6 wt% had homogeneity and the most optimal image quality compared to other composition variations. Although the highest radiation dose reduction was achieved at an 86-15 wt% composition, SR-W at 94-6 wt% provided the best balance between dose reduction, noise reduction, and image contrast enhancement on CT Scan examinations. The results of this study have the potential to be applied clinically to optimize dose and image quality in abdominal CT Scan procedures
