The non-toxic source mediated synthesis of metal and a metal oxide nanoparticle attains more attention due to key applicational responsibilities. Further the eco-friendly synthesized TiO2 NPs were characterized using a number of analytical techniques[1]. Then the eco-friendly synthesized TiO2 NPs were subjected for anti-fungal , anti-bacterial , anti-septic, quick healing of wounds and other bio medical applications[2]. The nanoparticles are synthesized by physical, chemical and biological processes. The biological synthesis of nanoparticles involves algae, actinomycetes, bacteria, fungi and plants. The Nobel metals like silver(Ag), gold(Au), platinum(Pt), palladium(Pd), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), and iron(Fe) were used Nano particles
Smart Doorknob Cleanser
During the sensitive times of a global pandemic, we have learned over time that diseases such as Covid-19 can live on surfaces for days. The senior project idea is to design, construct, and implement a prototype able to disinfect doorknobs after the surface has been encountered or used. To fight against harmful bacteria's, there is a need to attack one of the main sources where bacteria is being transmitted the most. In fact, scientists have determined that on average a minimum of at least five different colonies of bacteria are on a single doorknob at any given time. The purpose of the device is to spray a mist of alcoholic solution onto the doorknob surface allowing the solution to disinfect the main surface area. The main objective of this project is to keep the environment clean and reduce the spread of viruses and germs. In addition, the device is set to follow constraints that provide the opportunity for the device to be cost effective, efficient, and adjustable. As a result, these constraints will improve productivity, safety, and be more user friendly to consumers. By applying previous engineering coursework, the plan is to incorporate notes from classes such as fluid mechanics, machine design, network analysis, and computer aided design to fulfill the needs of the project. The device is planned to include a fluid mechanism that will be used to spray the alcoholic solution after the doorknob has sensed motion within a specific time interval. Also, referring to the constraints of the project implementing a refillable cartridge with automated fill level notification would be ideal in making sure the alcohol solution can be easily replaced when the cartridge has reached a level of emptiness. These fill levels will be indicated in a form of a display screen communicating to the consumer that the cartridge is empty, half empty, or full and ready for use. This ensures the device is indeed performing and communicating whether the solution needs to be refilled. Overall, the goal is to create a sanitized and trusted environment for consumers when utilizing the smart doorknob sensor. This device would be used as a combat against diseases being transmitted in public areas such as office buildings, schools, and public bathrooms

Shoppingbot (Ecommerce Robot System)
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, it has threatened our lives both healthily and economically. The middle-class economy collapsed, and the small medium enterprises were no longer able to make a living. The government implements social distancing regulations for public health. People are exposed to the covid germs at the working area.
After the national emergency was declared on March 13, personal enterprise fall about 80%. We carry out this project to make up for their economic loss and build the opportunity for the market share, in a time where the industry is pushing forwards to new methods of effective and efficient e-commerce. With a constantly changing world becoming more and more dependent on technology, the commercial industry has shifted to more automated services. We aim to create a e-commerce shopping automated robot that operates as a system to improve the work efficiency of businesses, and take part in growing industry
Disability Assistant System Using Brain-Computer Interface and EEG Signals
Objects' telepathic control letting people use their minds to move objects telepathically has always been a part of fictional movies and literature. Nowadays, this fictional interpretation is becoming our reality. BrainComputer Interface (BCI) provides the power that enables people with disabilities to interact with their environment. BCI obtains brain activity measured through different techniques like the EEG signals. These signals can be extracted, enhanced, analyzed, and sent to computers for processing and translated to several physical commands. These commands can be transferred to output devices to apply the actions. People suffering from neuromuscular problems or disorders can use brain signals to communicate and handle objects in their environment, which allows them to do activities they cannot do due to disabilities. The neurons are the fundamental unit of the brain and nervous system. When thinking, moving, or feeling, these neurons will be activated and can be represented by electrical impulses and biochemical signals. In this work, the EEG signals will be captured and recorded using EMOTIV Insight 2.0 headset. The processed signals from each user will be utilized to train a customized user-specific profile to interpret these use's signals into physical computer commands. These interpreted commands will be sent to the object under control (a robot in this experiment) to manage the object's activities. Also, face and eye muscles activities will be used in fusion with the EEG signals to enhance the performance metrics and improve the controllability of the device under control. A non-holonomic differential drive robot will be used as the object under control in this work. The robot can be replaced by a wheelchair, scooter, or any other medical device that patients with disabilities require
Research of the Obstacles in the Treatment of Chronic Lyme Symptoms and the use of the Herbal Formula - Phoenix Rising to Aid in Chronic Fatigue, Pain and Brain Fog in this Population
Lyme Disease affects 475,000 Americans each year (CDC,2021). It originated in Lyme, Connecticut, and expanded to other parts of the globe (Hout, 2018). In Europe, it is considered one of the top vector-borne diseases (Wijngaard etal., 2017) and is continuing to spread to countries previously not affected (Stone et al., 2017). Many patients present chronic sequelae such as fatigue, pain, neurological impairment, thyroid, and heart problems (Jamal et al., 2017) which are often life-changing and debilitating. The Borrelia burgdorferi is proficient at forming biofilms that have a protective matrix (Sapi et al., 2019). It has been shown that doxycycline, cefuroxime, and amoxicillin are effective in treating the growing spirochete but not in treating the biofilms and microcolonies (Feng et al., 2017). Terms used for symptoms that continue after treatment are Chronic Lyme, which is the belief that these symptoms are from an ongoing presence of the bacteria and Post Lyme Disease Syndrome which is considered a destabilizing mechanism in the body from the initial infection. In seeking a greater understanding an autopsy study found Borrelia burdorferi in the brain, heart, liver, and kidney tissues of someone infected 16 years prior (Sapi, et al., 2019). Since it hides in the tissues it may be causing ongoing symptomology that is undetected. Most agree that early antibiotic treatment is highly effective but a substantial number of those treated experience life-altering changes that can continue for many years or for life (Bobe et al., 2021). Some say 20% of treated Lyme patients continue with symptoms, others state this number is low (Cameron et al., 2014). There are other herbal Lyme protocols that have helped a small percentage of people after one or two years but many still continue to present with symptoms. Clinical histories indicate that Phoenix Rising, an herbal formula that this author created, has the potential to aid in symptoms of pain, fatigue and brain fog in a shorter time period

Tailgate: Electric Skateboard Brake Light Module
Electric skateboards are an incredibly useful mode of transportation mainly geared for college students on campus and young people in the city. Due to their portability, convenience, and eco friendliness, these small vehicles are giant competitors versus other modes of street transportation. However, electric skateboards also have major drawbacks in regards to safety. Many skateboarders on the road get injured due to collisions with other drivers. According to the Journal of Transportation and Health, between 2011 and 2015 in the US, 147 people died from skateboarding. Almost all of these tragic incidents happened on the road. Although these statistics were from over five years ago, it has still been a recurring issue for electric skateboarders. There are several headlines in the news where skateboarders are fatally struck by vehicles on the road. There are many potential ways to improve the safety of electric skateboards, however the solution that our team decided on was to produce an automatic brake light module for the electric skateboard that is both affordable and reliable
