WOOD WASTE MATERIALS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL TOYS IN NEW NORMAL ERA, CASE STUDY: TOYS FOR POS PAUD FATHONAH
Purpose : In this new normal era, social distancing is acknowledged as one of virus-spreading prevention acts that must be complied with. Early childhood institutions, without exception, need to provide new utilities for each student, for example, education toys. They cannot use a single toy for a group as they did before. It becomes the problem faced by educational institutions of Early Childhood, especially for Pos PAUD Fathonah. To meet the needs of educational toys, innovative materials that are suitable for a given condition are needed. This study aims to consider the wood waste utilization for educational toys.
Research methods : The qualitative method is used by doing literature review about wood waste that can provide economical, safety, and durability aspects for educational toys.
Findings : The result of the wood waste utilization research is expected not only to become valuable education toys, but also can reduce the environmental effect caused by wood waste itself.
Implications : This research helps develop eco-friendly toys
Human Rights Enforcement in Indonesia During a Pandemic: A Critical Study of Dignified Education
This article was writting to describe government policies in upholding educational rights, especially during a pandemic with its implementation in the field of education according to the theory of dignified justice. Qualitative descriptive method was used in reviewing the problems described, using content analysis method, namely examining the contents of the document. The theoretical basis is used as a guide to adapt the research approach to reality. For the sake of simplicity, qualitative method sources are used in reference studies from various existing research results. The data analysis method uses deductive analysis techniques that use logic to draw one or more conclusions based on a particular field. The role of the state and citizens in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, especially in the field of education, needs to be synchronized so that citizens, especially middle and lower education, SMA to SD and Kindergarten, the role of parents is very important in the continuity of the online learning process because the teacher's role has changed completely from the beginning. dominated by schools when learning is online, the role of teachers and schools is reduced. This raises its own problems so that the responsibility for education is a shared responsibility in terms of supervision in using online learning media, because this is a disaster category so that human rights violations do not occur, it is necessary to change the view of education that is handed over to schools now it is a shared responsibility so that create a dignified education. The government's policy to protect people's education is always implemented by making education a priority work program of the government, among other programs. This means that the education budget is in accordance with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 31 paragraph (4), "The state prioritizes the education budget at least twenty percent of the state revenue and expenditure budget as well as from the regional revenue and expenditure budget to meet the needs of national education administration
Legal Aspect of Cyber Notary in Indonesia
The urgency of cyber notary supposed to be a priority nowadays. Business transactions that use offline notary services have now penetrated online in line with technological developments and also the need for effective and efficient transactions. This article was compiled to find out various legal aspects that can support the legality of online notary activities. The method used to compile this article is the literature study method. The literature study method collects several primary, secondary and tertiary materials as a reference in the preparation of this article. Based on the literature study conducted, it can be concluded that the main duties and functions of a notary cannot be replaced directly with an information system. A gradual transformation is needed so that the concept of a cyber notary can run optimally
Algoritma Decision Tree untuk Klasifikasi Calon Debitur LPD Desa Adat Anggungan
LPD Desa Adat Anggungan merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa keuangan. LPD Desa Adat Anggungan melayani perkreditan untuk nasabah. Dalam memberikan layanan kredit tentunya ada banyak resiko besar yang dihadapi, salah satunya kredit macet. Untuk dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam memberikan peminjaman kredit diperlukan pengklasifikasian berdasarkan kriteria yang sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dengan merancang suatu aplikasi data mining untuk mengklasifikasikan nasabah kredit. Klasifikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pihak LPD dalam memberikan perpanjangan kredit atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini teknik data mining yang diterapkan adalah klasifikasi sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah Decision Tree, Algoritma C4.5. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang membantu bagian kredit pada LPD untuk lebih mengurangi kesalahan dalam mengambil keputusan saat perpanjangan kredit.
Outdoor Tourist Destination: Sumur Batu Art Sacred Space
Purpose: This study aims to find how a sacred space be a part of outdoor tourist destination consisting of heritage building law and rules to respect the sacred space.
Research methods: The study is based on a qualitative research by accommodating criterias of heritage building rules and considering the local architecture as base design.
Findings: Sumur Batu is a heritage-listed object in Bekasi. It is a water well that believed by local peoples to be an ancestral heritage and is named Tirta Karuhun. The site is one of the Satellites of The National Gallery of Indonesia (GNI) that plays a role as an art gallery that shows artworks.
Implication: The site enriches the contemporary art displays in a sacred area. The sacred place has opportunity to be a venue for art activities. It can be an outdoor tourist destination
Teluk Benoa Reclamation and its Impacts
Abstract: Purpose: This article aims to analyze the impacts and community reactions to Teluk Benoa (Benoa Bay) reclamation.
Research methods: This research is a descriptive analysis. The data collection method used is a literature study with a statutory regulation approach and case studies.
Findings: There are positive and negative impacts that will be received by the community if Teluk Benoa reclamation is continued and the actions taken by the community to reject the plan.
Implication: The impacts might be received by the community if Teluk Benoa reclamation continues, especially those on the sustainability of the surrounding environment
Green Tourism and Tri Hita Karana Implementation at Suranadi Narmada Area, Lombok
Abstract: Purpose: This research is to find out the development of green tourism through Tri Hita Karana in Suranadi Narmada Area, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
Research methods: Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 150 respondents. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression), classical assumption test, T test, F test, and determination coefficient test (R2).
Findings: Parhyangan has a positive and significant effect on Suranadi Narmada Area. Pawongan has a positive and significant effect on Suranadi Narmada Area. Palemahan has a positive and significant effect on Suranadi Narmada Area. Tri Hita Karana (parhyangan, pawongan, palemahan) has a positive and significant effect on the tourist area of Suranadi Narmada.
Implication: Tourism managers today are to pay more attention to tourism business which has ecological, economic, and social sustainability with a basis of local knowledge in such a green tourism paradigm
Tri Hita Karana Implementation in Accommodation Management (The Case of Traditional Balinese Homestays in Ubud)
Abstract : Purpose: This research paper discusses the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in the development and management of traditional Balinese homestays in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: The qualitative research which data are obtained through observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews with several informants, namely observers of Balinese cultural tourism and owners and managers of homestays in Ubud.
Findings: Traditional Balinese homestays in Ubud are buildings where local residents live in the form of umah "pondok" or new buildings that are prepared for tourists. They are built with a traditional Balinese architectural model that refers to the Tri Mandala and Tri Hita Karana philosophy that reflect the harmonious relationship between humans and God (parahyangan), humans and each other (pawongan), and humans and their environment (palemahan).
Implications: The existence of traditional homestay in Ubud that are able to support the sustainability of tourism development in Bali needs to be maintained
Belimbing Tourism Village: A Green Marketing Strategy
Abstract : Purpose: This study aims to determine the green marketing strategy in making a tourism business based on environment and health in Belimbing Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: This is a mixed method research. SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) matrix is used to describe clearly how the external opportunities and threats faced by Belimbing Tourism Village can be adjusted due to its strengths and weaknesses.
Findings: The strategies implemented in Belimbing Tourism Village are the use of social media and holidays as promotional materials, and green marketing as a concept in promoting to protect the environment, socio-culture and society.
Implications: The strategies applied in Belimbing Tourism Village include social media and holidays as promotional materials, and green marketing as a concept in promoting to protect the environment and the socio-cultural things
Implementation of Balinese Cultural Values to Increase Guest Satisfaction
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the Balinese cultural values implemented to the products and facilities to increase guest satisfaction and the influence of the implementation of Balinese cultural values to products and facilities to increase guest satisfaction in Ayodya Resort Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: Data were collected using distributed questionnaires to the 65 of in-house guests of Ayodya Resort Bali, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
Findings: The Balinese cultural values to products and facilities at Ayodya Resort Bali is well implemented to increase guest satisfaction. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the implementation of Balinese cultural values to products and facilities simultaneously and partially influences positively to increase guest satisfaction in Ayodya Resort Bali.
Implications: This research is expected to be useful as an evaluation and consideration in maintaining and improving the implementation of Balinese cultural values to products and facilities in Ayodya Resort Bali
